Sap ecc6.0 instalation error invalid objects

Hi,
we tried to install SAP IDES (SAP ERP 2005 SR 2) on a Windows 2003 server service pack 1 as Database we use for oracle 10g.
Everything went fine until the step "ABAP Import (Step 19)" after that the following error occurs:
Not all objects are successfully processed. DIAGNOSIS: For details see output file with invalid objects invalid_objects.txt and log file object_checker.log. SOLUTION: Normally it indicates the data load error but in some special cases (for example if some objects were created or loaded externally) you can press OK to continue.

    its showing following error Invalid Object Name 'good'

Use 3-part naming like: MyDatabase.dbo.good(ID,Name) .
Also consider using stored procedure for database INSERTs.

Transport user error: invalid object name while starting CMS in CCM

Hi Experts,
        I'm not able to start the CMS in CCM.It was working fine. Suddenly it went down due to some data base access failure. After that Iu2019m not able to start the CMS.
Kindly find the event viewer error and information.
Error: The root server reported an error Initialization Failure.
Error: Failed to register object..   Reason: Transport user error: invalid object name..
Information: Central Management Server stopped
      Could you please tell me how to start the CMS in CCM? Since I can able to setup CMS Database and audit database successfully.

Script logic error - Invalid object name 'tblStatus'

Hi all,
Running BPC 5.1 SP5 on SQL 2005.
Has anyone ever seen this error message before? I only get the error message when choosing the run-time option in the package, to honor work status settings. This problem just appeared in the last few days, and I believe that a month or two ago, users were running the same logic (with the same yes-honor-work-status option selected).
We did recently upgrade from 5.1 SP3 to 5.1 SP5, and I'm wondering if this may be a cause? That's just a hypothesis though.

I understand what it means, and of course there is no table in the appset database tblStatus. Work status locks are kept in tblConsolLock (where Consol is my app name). And in that table, the field name is StatusCode, not Status. So it appears that this is some vestige of code from an earlier version of BPC / O'soft.
This error occurs in a piece of script logic, that includes both basic SQL WHEN/IS/*REC's and also a *RUNALLOCATION. The error is thrown within the RUNALLOCATION code block. The complete run-up to the error message is shown below.

Thanks, you've confirmed what I suspected.
Yes, we always process & save apps & dims on any upgrade.
We've reproduced the problem in all 3 of the environments with the customer's appset. I haven't yet reproduced in ApShell, but will do so & report it as a bug.
And just out of curiousity -- was the other message you saw here in this EPM forum? Before I posted my question, I searched both here, and in the support notes, for "tblStatus" and a few other terms about work status lock errors, etc., and came up with 0 results.

Report error, Invalid object name 'v_lu_cpu'

Hi
I have a report that I have imported from another SCCM server that has it working. I have changed the datasources after the import but when I try to run the report I get this error message:
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Query execution failed for dataset 'DataSet0'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
Invalid object name 'v_lu_cpu'.
Does anybody know what this means?

Error Invalid object name 'mbrGROUPS'.

I'm attempting to validate the standard elimination logic for Intercompany eliminations. I'm getting the following error when I try to validate:
Invalid object name 'mbrGROUPS'. in:select [ID] from mbrGROUPS where [REPORTING] = 'Y'
Below is my logic for this. I'm trying to use this logic for a Legal consolidations application.

I fixed this myself. I forgot to change the "CURRENCYDIM" in the ICElimWithCurr file to my Reporting Currency, which in this case is "ConsolView"
Logic can be so humbling sometimes.

SAP Sybase ESP - Error: Invalid URI at Example: Using a Simple Web Services (SOAP) Input Adapter

Hello all,
we need our help regarding the StockTrader example project that is delivered with SAP Sybase Event Stream Processor (Sybase ESP 5.1).
we want to build a simple Web Service and follow the instructions as described in the Sybase Infocenter. We have attached a screenshot ("Sybase InfoCenter") that contains the described steps (as copying the URL always lead to a wrong page).
We have problems with Step 10 ("Start the ESP project by running the start_project.bat or start_project.sh script."). We get the error message "Invalid URI" as you can see in screenshot "[error] Invalid Uri". Previously we started the "start_node.bat" (Step 9) - see also screenshot "[error] Invalid Uri".
Like in steps 6 and 7 mentioned, we have changed the parameters "USER" and "PASSWORD" of the adapter_config.xml files and the parameters "ADAPTER_EXAMPLE_USERNAME"and "ADAPTER_EXAMPLE_PASSWORD" of the
set_example_env.bat files. Here, we were a bit confused wether we should change these parameters in all those files as there are 4 adapter_config.xml and 4 set_example_env.bat files. Please refer to the attached screenshot ("changed files").
Does anyone know why this error occurs and how to continue to complete the Web Service?
Later we want to push data with this Web Service into a SAP HANA database table.

thanks a lot for your help.
The solution for us was to change the column names inside Sybase ESP Studio to the column names in StockTraderMappings.xml.
After compiling and running the project we could see the data and were also able to push it to SAP HANA.
This is the CCL Code that worked for us:

I'm trying to implement a JDBC to IDoc XI/PI scenario with PI 7.1.
In RWB CC monitor i'm getting the following error : "Database-level error reported by JDBC driver while executing statement 'SELECT * FROM SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0''. The JDBC driver returned the following error message: 'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid object name 'SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS'.'. For details, contact your database server vendor".
Communication channel configuration:
JDBC Driver: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
Connection: jdbc:sqlserver://<IP>:1433;databaseName=<DB Name>
Query SQL Statement is : "SELECT * FROM SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0'"
Update SQL Statement: "UPDATE SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS SET TRANSFERRED_FLAG='1' WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0'"
The name of the database is 'SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS', is checked. Are the table name and/or table fields names key sensitive?
The MT definition is identical with the data base table.

this issue is solved now.
The problem was in the name of the database table. The Database was created for more then one
company codes (by an other partner company ) and the full/right name in the query is
SELECT * FROM dbo.<company_code>$SAP_SALES_TRANS_PAYMENTS WHERE TRANSFERRED_FLAG='0'

Install error - Business Objects Enterprise Client XI 3.1

Hi All,
i am trying to install the XI Client on Windows XP and I am receiving this error after I select the language (english). Any suggestions?
Error 2711: The special feature named ("SAP IT Customizing") is not found in the feature table.
Any ideas? Can I try installign version 3.0 of the client as an alternative.

While i'm running SAP 4.6 R/3 setup for Central service, i got this error and i did not understand what can i

Invalid object error while migrating oracle forms 6i to APEX

Hi,
I have a form name abc.fmb and I did converted to xml and imported using application migration in APEX
With these I have nine PL/SQL libraries (PLL). converted it to PLD using rwconvertor and imported in APEX. Also, I have 4 tables i.e data base block in forms.
Now, when i m migrating forms to APEX it is giving an error message saying invalid objects and shows the table name and column name. But the column name that it shows is a text box in the form that is also a database item ...
eg:- addr is the block name in forms
item name dsp_name
error: invalid object
Please suggest.

Invalid object error, for @CURRMBRRANGE

Hi,
I have been getting the error invalid object in line 1, when trying to retrieve the member using smartview 11.1.2.1.
The formula in the member is:
@SUMRANGE (9999,@CURRMBRRANGE (Period,Gen,4, ,0 ));
I have tried changing it to:
@SUMRANGE (9999,@CURRMBRRANGE (Period,LEV,0, ,0 ));
Can anyone suggest any other changes I can try out?

If yes, are you trying to write a YTD member formula?

Err. Invalid Object name 'tblStatus'

Hi Expers,
While i run an allocation in
BPC i am getting an error
"Invalid object name 'tblStatus' in.
In the script i have used the stored procedure
and through that i have updating the tblfactwbappl
table. Whether this is the cause of this issue.
Please help me on this.

Reason and Prerequisites
"Allocation engine" may try to find the old table which was used for checking work status. But the table is not used any more from version 5. So the work status checking process fails with the error.
Internally, the features in work status checking process were changed (work status dimension, database table, ownership related to manager and owner) from version 5. But these features were not applied to the "Allocation engine" in logic.
Solution
The work status features are applied to the "Allocation engine" in logic.
This issue is resolved in 70M SP4.

[CS3][VB] Invalid object GeometricBounds in CS3

I used in InDesign CS2 the following VB code:

tfSupb.parentstory.AppliedFont = myRange.InsertionPoints.Item(2).AppliedFont
tfSupb.parentstory.PointSize = myRange.InsertionPoints.Item(2).PointSize * 0.6
tfSupb.parentstory.Leading = tfSupb.parentstory.PointSize
GB = tfSupb.GeometricBounds
In InDesign CS3 I get in the last line the error:
"Invalid object for this request"
Is there a problem in CS3 when using GeometricBounds for frames in frames?

I still have some problems with this. I created a scenario where a textframe holds some text plus another textframe.
Something like this

After that I tried to address the inner textframe in another script. When accessing the textframe via the textframes property of the textframe I even get exceptions when calling to textframe.parent. But when I access using the pageItems, it works fine.
I quite don't understand the reasons for that...
