SAP Error

Dear All,
Please help below error message,
"linking primary sales accounts has not been completed"
I got this error message when open AR Invoice, Credit Memo Module.

Hello William...there are several areas you need to check..
1. Path of Administration > Set Up > General > Accounts Segmentation - check to make sure you have all of the segmentation items properly set.
2. Path of Administration > Set Up > General > G/L Account Determination - check to make sure you have all of the General Tab GL accounts properly set AND do not forget to check the three-dotted Accounts Receivable entry (this is one area folks tend to forget).
3. Path of Administration > Set Up > Inventory > Warehouses - check each and every warehouse to make sure the GL Accounts are set up properly.
4. If you have defined Item Groups, then take the path of Administration > Set Up > Inventory > Item Groups - check each and every item group to make sure the GL Accounts are set up properly.
If after doing those checks, you feel that everything is set properly, then it might take a bit more research (i.e., Default Customer, etc). But first try the four reviews above...
Please let us know how it was resolved - you will help a lot of folks by doing that. Or post a continuation question so we can look further...

Hi Shravan,
Normally system throws up an error when it reaches the threshold point. Normally the threshold / critical points are arrived at by considering the SAP recommended values and what is the sytem configuration you have got.
In true project scenario because of budget constraints we might not be able to have ideal system configuration which SAP recommends , in that case we have to tune to the system perform at an optimum level considering various aspects
In yr case memory parameters should have been set at level , but for yr job it needed more memory which it could not allocate and throwed an error.

127 is not there either change the no or create the same

Are you interested in WDA messages ?
The set a breakpoint in METHODS IN class CL_WDR_MESSAGE_MANAGER.
Then use call stack (default desktop 2 in debugger) to see where message is added to message manager.

Web Service call through XI returns SAP error( QName is 'xmlns'.....)

Has any one come across this type of error.
We are in XI 3.0 SP14 on AIX Platform.
We are trying to get StockQuote Service working to test SOAP Adapter.

I am also facing the same problem with SPS15(preview version)on MAXDB. But i am not using XI but instead sending SOAP Message over http (in a portal application). Kindly let me know the solutions if you know it.

Dear Narendra,
Need to check the VL02n for given shipping point , also if the said material shows is not available then you can even check MMBE, this report shows on order stock so you can remove this on order stock.
On order stock can be removed by using vl02n, put F4 in the outbound delivery field enter it. All open delivery list (not picked or not posted for goods issue will come)

SAP Error when initializing work area SYST

Hi,
We performed a system copy, can start sap, can start the oracle database, and we upgraded the new kernel. However, we still get the error
"SAP Error when initializing work area SYST"
when attempting to log-in to SAP thru the GUI. We looked at many logs in the process.
Please hlep so we can resume post system copy steps.
the sap system is a BW copy

CK40N error: Missing authorization for BOM (SAP Error: CK-581)

Hi Experts,
When running CK40N, I found an error message Missing authorization for BOM (SAP Error: CK-581).
If this is the problem of my CK40N that make object cannot be costed, how can I solve this? Is this relate to SAP authorizartion?

Hello,
While doing Costing run CK40N or Cost estimate CK11N, you require having authorization of T. Code CS03 for the plant in your SAP ID as it explodes BOM.
Kindly contact basis team & take the authorization on your SAP ID.

Sap error msg no: AW624 while doing the settlement for KO88

Hi all
We are having an issue with settling the order from KO88 and we are getting the following error: msg no AW624.We are not able to settle the order beacause of this issue and the order needs be settled fast as its open form last month.iam not able to settle asset form previous year.please advice on the same.
First settle the items from the previous year in previous year 2013: 1190056/001
Message no: AW624
You have not settled all the items of investment measure in previous year.line items : 1190056/001 is not settled.it was posted in 2013 was not settled in the periodic settlement in the same fiscal year.

you can simply see if the data really gets there by
+) looking into the respective tables or
+) let your function module return a good answer telling you if everything worked fine or not
+) view transaction ST11, file dev_rfc to see your data being communicated

Excel incompatible in SAP - Error

When I try to execute the Tcode RRMX, it shows error message "Please Install suitable Excel version".
Currently I'm having excel version 2003.

SAP Error code- How to find possible errors

Hi,
Please advise is there any way to identify the possible errors in data or in config using error codes displayed by the sap system. Any such procedure to trace the possible mistakes. please guide me.

one of the approaches as follows ( technical , not functional): on your error screen goto System-Status, double click on Program (screen)
and in this ABAP editor you could try to find out the place with that particular error code/number.
then to analyse the code (why this message is called).
to use this method you need to be able understand abap.
just in case, all messages exist in standard table T100, so you can search there by text error or message number.
from functional point of view you could try to find out the place in config (spro) where you can customize that particular message , say , error, or warning, or just skip. But this doesn't work always! Some of system messages are not configurable.
depends on module and etc..

SAP Error "Trader does not exist for company code"

Good Day,
In SAP, we have multiple users in the role of trader. However, for one user, he keeps getting the message "Trade <name> does not exist for company code <code>" when he hits enter on the first screen of transaction TX01.
We have copied the profile of another user who is not getting that error, but still he keeps getting the error. What else should we check apart from the profile?

Dear sir
We are giving following 2 cases regarding updation of data in the RG-1 Register :
CASE NO. 1)   In case of Product Code : NST0071B041 0.33BFC71 55 .C.S4 R411 having 2 different sales Transactions in the Month of July u2013 2010, Reference Invoice Nos. are .90041513 dtd.02.07.2010 & Invoice No.90042572 dtd.20.07.2010 respectively.
a) Material Document No.4900920723 dt. qty = 1 No. which is of Re-sale.
b) Material Document No.4900943089 dt qty = 8 Nos. which is of Fresh sale.
*First transaction should not post in RG-1 Register as it is of R-e-sale and second Transaction should post to RG1 Register as this is belongs to Fresh Production.
Conclusion :* Physically 8 Nos. are dispatched and F.G. Stock is Zero, but same are appearing in book stock of RG-1 stock Register which is wrong as per Excise Rule.
CASE NO. 2) In case of   Product Code LFT112MB006 u2013 5BFLF112M55 also having 2 different sales Transactions in the Month of July u2013 2010, Reference Invoice Nos. are.90042121 dtd.12.07.2010 & Invoice No.90042726 dtd. 24.07.2010 respectively.
a)   Material Document No.4900932808      qty = 1 No. which is of Re-sale.
b)    Material Document No.4900945651     qty = 1 Nos. which is of Fresh sale.

SAP has dropped support with those Active-X components, some time ago. Also those don´t come with rather poor documentation. I my current solutions I hvae migrated away from those and switched to the native onse from Gs-Soft.
1. I don't know this error, but it could relate to datatype translation from sap to delphi, try using a variant datatype in Delphi
