SAP HCM Performance Management Reporting in Portal
Hi guys, can anybody help me by telling me what are the standard Portal reports provided by SAP HCM Performance Management in ECC 6.0 EHP4?
If possible I would also appreciate that you can send me some screenshots.

Need help writing Performance Management Report
Hi Experts
I need some help retrieving specific Performance Management data for a report.
I have the employee pernr.
1. From this I need to determine which teams the employee belonged to for the period 1 Oct - 31 Sept.
2. What was the total performance score for the TEAM for that same period.
Can someone please help me out. The table data seems to be quite complex.

Reporting in SAP HCM using Crystal Reports
We have decided to use Crystal Reports for SAP HCM Objective Settings and Appraisal component.
What will be the best option to access SAP HCM Tables using Crystal Reports?

I have to assume that you've followed the Admin guide and given sufficient Authorizations (as per the detailed list)
Actually, there are quite a few related notes about this, if you search in SDN or via SMP: www.service.sap.com/notes or /x-search . for example:
1334461 - After upgrading SAP R/3 ECC5 to version ECC6, the Integration Kit transport package /Crystal/BC was found in DELETED OBJECTS and Crystal ODBC connection cannot view or browse any tables
1374874 - Cannot see the SAP tables, clusters or functions in Crystal Reports
here's a suggestion:
using the Database Options:
When creating a new report, in the Database Expert window, click on SAP Table, Cluster, or Function
Log on to an SAP system
Once connected, right click on the connection created and select Options
In the Options window, in the Data Explorer area, use the Table name LIKE field to select only a subset of data.
Type the full or partial name of the tables you are looking for
Use the percentage sign (%) to denote any number of characters
Use the underscore (_) to denote one characters
Once done, click OK to accept the change.
Back to the Database Expert window, right click on the connection and select Refresh

i am facing problem with performance management reoprt:FM:HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_DETIAL in this function module gettting tables are t_bod_elements, t_body_coumns,t_body_cell_note tables here relanships are not clear like foreign_type Foreign_id are getting from While checking conditon Row_IID = coloumn is it correct or not if i am wrong correct me and one more thing
after getting Foregin_id,Foreing_type i want delivery method getting from table HRp5007 Foregin_id,Foreing_type passing we can get the details but security reasons they sugeest use Fm but i dont know which Fm suitable for this getting this data can you flow logic for this requirement.
along with i have get the details from 1042 like same valuese need to pass (Forien_type , Foregn_id), and from qualification acquired form 1001 by passing Foreign_type and Foreign_id , if i am wrong just correct me .

HR/ HCM performance management
Dear fellow abapers,
I would like to build up a custom HR application (like portal or something) to let the manager and the employee to sit and agree on some future targets they will evaluate during the next meeting. I would like to know if there is some "tidy" way to store this dynamic goals/ targets, because I think that would not be a good way to create a custom appraisal template for every man.
Can anybody help me to use SAP standard to store these dynamic goals?
I have asked this question in HCM forum, but I got a single sentence answer which didn´t help. I would like to know more about the functions, data tables and all the fancy ABAP stuff around the topic. Can anybody give me a hand please?

You cant show the employee as absent and working both. If you want the system to consider him absent itself then you dont need to do anything as he already has the leave record for the week. But if you want to show him working then you will have to remove absence and maintain attendance for that day. -

It will be a warning message and should not be error. Can you please confirm.
Here for the error you described, you have to check the coulmn objetive under coulmn tab. You must have missed selecting values under Note section.

I created MSS Performance Management iView in Portal. In this Page trying to create Appraisal Doucment and getting ESS Appraisal Docuemnt Page. Not getting Proformance Management Appraisal Page when clicking the button "Create".
I have done all the configurations as per SAP notes
1468466 Performance Management Launchpad Configuration
1463821 Performance Management Portal Configuration
1416756 OBN Configuration in Performance Management
1408243 Configuration for object-based navigation
Please help to resolve the issue.

In MSS Performance Management I am not getting error. While "Create" appraisal template through popup window getting ESS Appraisal Document window. It is pointing to this application HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_ESS.
In SE80 , the create button pointing to "hap_main_document" application.
We need two iViews and I created new iViews for MSS - Performance Management(HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_MSS) ,
Appraisal Documen(HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT).
In Portal , why it is pointing to ESS Appraisal Document. Is there any OBN to set?
We don't have HTTP trace in our Client Browser. Please help me out.

Expected Sales Volume in Pipeline Performance Management
Hello,
I have created a few opportunities for my sales team with the closing dates in a particular quarter and specified the values for 'Expected Sales Volume' maintained for each opportunity as required. However, when I view the peipeline performance management reports for that month/quarter, I do not see the expected sales volume in the graphs. The graphs in the reports show the expected sales volume as zero. I am not able to figure out why this is happening. Inputs would be appreciated.

The monthly distribution for the other rows i.e. the sales team members is editable by me.
