In that at left hand site there is an overview documentation in which you can find the SAP R/3 and R/2 enterprise
Click on that it will open an new page where u can find all the Releases like 4.7 , 5.0 and 6.0
Click on the release u need and click on the
LOGISTICS->SALES & DISTRIBUTION>BASIC FUNCTION....
There you will find all the nodes step by step.
Alternatively you can also cehck the details in search,, but it wiill help only if you know the correct node.

hello Sunil ,
to find BAPIs realted to HR,use transaction BAPI and there u have to look for personnel management,time etc ,these all are HR related.
HR related Idocs shud be having Message type like HR*.
hope thts wht u needed.

Iam really surprised by the way people post links to "sap help" when posting questions.
Is there an efficient and quick way to look the SAP-help when one is looking for special things.
I only got this far

Then SAP NetWeaver Library -clicked "Developers Guide"
I hope up to this poing Iam right,From here on If Iam looking for XI topics like message mapping or BPM;how should I proceed to find it...

Pressed the "SAP NetWeaver" link on the left side
pressed "English" documentation
Then SAP NetWeaver Library -clicked "Developers Guide"
everybody goes this far only ..... once you get on the above page you need to type in the words in the Search option so that you get to the related results.... it is on the Top-right portion of the page
In addition to normal search you can also opt for Advance Search option to filter your search area.
Please note that the search results will contain many additional (un-related) results, so you need to select the required one.

Issue with creation of custom layouts using SAP Help Documentation

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to create a home custom page layout (using web dynpro) in Composite Environment. The default options available in CE are not useful for me. I set out to make a custom layout using the following this SAP Help Documentation: [ Creating a Web Dynpro Page Layout (SAP Library - Using the Portal as a Frontend)|https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/docs/DOC-102846]
I have followed the instructions and followed all the steps, yet I fail to see the application in CE. The custom page layout is not displayed neither in options and is not available any where.
Please let me know if anybody followed these steps and have got any success.

Usage of CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN SAP Help Link and Suggestions Required

This is regarding CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN fm
Currently we are using function module crm_order_maintain outside Loop i.e calling once for all the contracts as sap crm performance standard ,
Is there any standard documentation where we can find that states CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN should be only used outside loop,
As some are telling us to use in Loop Endloop because of timeout error in background job with contract having 180 line items,Which i feel that this create unneccessary load on execution (Not Recommendable)
Please share any comments and suggestion this and also provide me the SAP Help Link on this

for example to you, look for FM CRM_LRP_APPOINTMENTS_GET_DIAG which using CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and parameter it_appointment.

Logon failed when trying to connect to a SAP BW related universe

Hi,
when I try to connect to my SAP BW related universe, I simply get the error message "Logon failed".
I have the SAP integration kit for BO. Furthermore I have set the connection appropriate to OSS note 1182409.
Nevertheless I get this error message.
The universe and the connection settings to SAP BW themselves are working correctly.
So e. g. I can set up a connection to my universe from the WebIntelligence tool.
Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Hi Ingo,
I do not get any error while using the Universe Designer, I get this error when trying to connect a SAP BW related universe in Crystal Reports. There is no problem at all with WebIntelligence by the way. It is possible to connect a SAP BW related universe in WebIntelligence.
I use BO XI 3.0 with Crystal Reports 2008 and the SAP Integrations Kit client components are installed on the client machine.
Nevertheless the BO Enterprise system is not configured with SAP Authentification, but with an own authentification.

How to download sap help 6.0

hello
i didn't install sap on my pc . i want sap help , i cant accessed sap's site ( marketplace or ect )
how can i download it , is it possible to download from net so how and which site ? is it possible from sap.help ? how?

Unlike earlie version of SAP i.e 4.7 or so , document were available in PDF format which one could download and save it on the local hard disk .
Well as of 6.0 Help documentation is converted to HTML i.e have an internet connection and serf the website help.sap.com .
Help documents are generally treated as products and you can find that from the customers or education partners .
Directly for Help.sap.com you wont be able to download the library of ECC 6.0 onwards .

I donot agree with point 4 enteries & point 5 enteries.
As in my opinion it should be

it is possible, first what material type is using whether moving price or standard price.
if you r creating a po with 150 Rs.
entries : COGS A/c Dr 150
               Gr/Ir A/c Cr         150
if po is amendent for 160 Rs.
entries:
COGS A/c Dr   160
Gr/Ir A/c Cr           150
Price difference A/c Cr 10
pls check ur G.L A/c's for PRD A/c
in miro u can find in header level details tab in that u can mention the value with negative figure

SAP Help Tutorial - Create a Hashtable ??

I'm new so this will be simple - I think
I'm attempting to follow the tutorial on SAP HELP located at:

I got threw tutorial 1 with no problem...
When I get to the "Writing Code" section of Tutorial II, writing the mySiteMap.java code, I assume I'm suppose to use the code as written in the tutorial... however my IDE (NWDS) gives me :
Syntax error on token "Hashtable", "interface", "class" expected
on this block of code, (which I copied from the tutorial):

Put the "code" into a class and make sure there is an import statement for Hashtable.
For instance,
