Can any body send the Sap Help Url's for adeobe form function modules individually
i mean individual Url's for function modules
1) FP_JOB_OPEN
2) FP_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME
3) System generated function module
4) FP_JOB_CLOSE

But you can create the IF THEN by using ( ) in the forumla builder:
Reqt: IF A > B THEN B + C ELSE A
Formula: (A > B )* (B + C) + (A <= B ) * A
Each expression in the ( ) is evaluated as True or False and accordingly outputs 1 or 0.

Dear All,
Can you please help me regarding the following issues
1) My customer wants us to integrate a help other than SAP help or a help using RWD infopak. Is it possible?
2) We are planning to develop the help in a HTML format or something similar to it. Can anyone tell is it possible from a field in transaction to call a URL whre the help for that field will be displayed.
3) Any suggestions on how to develop the help and integrate??

you can place (install) the help files on any machine you want, at least it has a web server on it.
you can then specify the "Server Name" and "Path" in SR13 to this server (e.g. Server Name = mywebserver.mycompany.com:1080, Path = helpdata)
the clients open the associated program to the extension of the files (in case of .chm and .html it would be most likely the Internet Explorer)

Help URL for ESS web dynpro applications

Hi gurus,
I am trying to assign help URL for a standard ESS iView( Record working time).
When i go to the iView properties i have property showhelp. I have the same property for the page record working time.
When i set this property to yes at the page level the help option shows up and whn i set this at the iView level the help option does not show up ( in the right hand corner of the page or iView)
My main question... how do i set up the help url for this help. becuase even for page when i click on help it says "no help found"
I want to give a URL for this help link.
   Any thoughts on why this option is not popping up when i set the show help option for iView and how to enable the help URL for iView as well.
   Appreciate any help on the same.

The Help option should show up in the iview tray if you set it at the iView level. Im not sure why that part isnt working for you.
For the iView help, you can set the property URL to Help Topic property on the iview or page.
If your version doesnt have this property, you can use the PCD inspector (available under system administration>Support>Portal Content Directory-->PCD Inspector). Browse to the iview, click on prop editor, click the Switch to PCM property. Edit the com.sap.portal.iview.HelpUrl and enter your help url.

Link from SAP help pointing to a wrong site

Hi,
We have a link to the site [REMOVED BY ADMIN] in the following SAP help page:

But this site contents are of different category. The reason could be [REMOVED BY ADMIN] might have been hacked. Just wanted to inform this in this forum.

if I type that web address either 1. web.mac.com/lsikesimages/bluemetrodesign ... it Will Not show up.
The only way this can happen, assuming you have truly published the site, is that you have not spelled the url correctly. It must be exact in every detail, including capital letters and punctuation. So double-check exactly what name you gave your site inside the iWeb app and put that after web.mac.com/lsikesimages/
Also you can mount your idisk on your destop (Go > iDisk > My iDisk), navigate to Web/Sites, and make sure there is a folder called "bluemetrodesign" or whatever in there.

Sap Help Configuration Error

Hi Experts,
We have installed Sap Help Library PlainHtml in our Server Ecc6 Ehp5 (Material No - 50123024). We are able to access the Library only from the server where we have installed library, through Gui. But when we tried to access the Sap Library outside the server from the Gui we are getting the below error.
Parameters Maintained in SR13 :
PlainHtmlFile
Variant : HTML (File) 6.40 English
Platform : WN32
Area : IWBHELP
Path : H:\library_plainhtml\PLAINHTM
Language : En
Default : Checked
Help us how to move forward.

Hi,
I'm not sure what the problem is, but I can give you some basic suggestions about what you could do.
First of all, check if there are more detailed error messages available in the defaultTrace.trc file. You can open the file using LogViewer service in Visual Administrator.
Also, check the settings for Database URL, and make sure you have set the SQL Engine option in the Additional tab to "Native SQL".

Using 'A Variable' in "Help URL" instead of file path

Hi,
When we edit 'Title' Tab of analysis we get options such as:
1. Title
2. Logo
3. Subtitle
4. Started Time
5. Help URL
In "Help URL" we can refer a file from an exposed directory (bydefault it's analyticRes). Syntax for refering a file is as follows:
fmap: Filename OR
fmap: Custom Folder Name/Filename
But, I want to check if A Variable (eg: Repository) can be used instead for giving path of the file?

Issue with creation of custom layouts using SAP Help Documentation

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to create a home custom page layout (using web dynpro) in Composite Environment. The default options available in CE are not useful for me. I set out to make a custom layout using the following this SAP Help Documentation: [ Creating a Web Dynpro Page Layout (SAP Library - Using the Portal as a Frontend)|https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/docs/DOC-102846]
I have followed the instructions and followed all the steps, yet I fail to see the application in CE. The custom page layout is not displayed neither in options and is not available any where.
Please let me know if anybody followed these steps and have got any success.

Usage of CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN SAP Help Link and Suggestions Required

This is regarding CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN fm
Currently we are using function module crm_order_maintain outside Loop i.e calling once for all the contracts as sap crm performance standard ,
Is there any standard documentation where we can find that states CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN should be only used outside loop,
As some are telling us to use in Loop Endloop because of timeout error in background job with contract having 180 line items,Which i feel that this create unneccessary load on execution (Not Recommendable)
Please share any comments and suggestion this and also provide me the SAP Help Link on this

i didn't install sap on my pc . i want sap help , i cant accessed sap's site ( marketplace or ect )
how can i download it , is it possible to download from net so how and which site ? is it possible from sap.help ? how?

Unlike earlie version of SAP i.e 4.7 or so , document were available in PDF format which one could download and save it on the local hard disk .
Well as of 6.0 Help documentation is converted to HTML i.e have an internet connection and serf the website help.sap.com .
Help documents are generally treated as products and you can find that from the customers or education partners .
Directly for Help.sap.com you wont be able to download the library of ECC 6.0 onwards .

I donot agree with point 4 enteries & point 5 enteries.
As in my opinion it should be

it is possible, first what material type is using whether moving price or standard price.
if you r creating a po with 150 Rs.
entries : COGS A/c Dr 150
               Gr/Ir A/c Cr         150
if po is amendent for 160 Rs.
entries:
COGS A/c Dr   160
Gr/Ir A/c Cr           150
Price difference A/c Cr 10
pls check ur G.L A/c's for PRD A/c
in miro u can find in header level details tab in that u can mention the value with negative figure
