SAP HR Benifits  - Urgent

Hi,
This is important and urgent.
I have created a benifit health plan for IT0167. The entry for this is through T-Code <b>HRBEN0001 </b>.
When I go to PA30 and make an entry by selecting the IT0167, it works fine. But this is not appearing in Enrollment (HRBEN0001). Can any one tell me how do I add the plan in here? Is there any config node that I have missed?
Please reply ASAP.

PA30 should not be used for benefits administration. Please refer to the following information from note 124934:
The eligibility rules are not checked when the user enrolls an employee  to a plan using the transaction 'Maintain Personal Administration'  (PA30).
  Solution
  Generally we distinguish between 'Plan data' and 'Administrative data'.
  With plan data all information about a plan itself is meant, e.g. plan
  type, cost or contribution limits, while administrative data means all
  information about the EE participation in a plan (eligibility,
  enrollment, programs). If persons are enrolled via PA90 (Release 3.x) or
  HRBEN0000 (Releases 4.x), the consistency of both the plan and the
  administrative data is checked, and e.g. enrollment is forbidden for a
  person which is not eligible. However, transaction PA30 cannot exploit
  the full functionality of the administrative side of the benefits
  module, so that in general we do not recommend using PA30 at all. If
  PA30 is used, however, we only perform the plan data check with error
  messages since in this transaction only the plan data is fully and
  consistently available.
  In general, we advise all customers to use the Benefit transactions PA90
  (Releases 3.x) / HRBEN0000 (Releases 4.x) instead of transaction PA30,
  because the administrational plan data (Eligibility, Co- and
  Pre-requisites, Permissions) are NOT checked in PA30.
  There are two reasons why the administrative data is not checked when
  using PA30:
   1.) Not all Administrative Data is available in PA30. For example, it
        will not be possible, anyway, to configure co-requisite plans in
        PA30, because these plans cannot be created simultaneously in
           PA30.
      2.) Some customers may want to have a possibility to circumvent
           administrative (such as eligibility) rules for enrollment
           of certain employees in some special cases (e.g. an employee
           with a special contract shall be allowed to participate in a
           plan prior to the expiration of the eligibility waiting period).
           This is not possible to be realized in the Benefit transaction,
           but using PA30.
     This problem may arise when the customer wants to create or update many
     Benefit infotypes via Batch Input. This is only possible using PA30, so
     that customers probably cannot circumvent using PA30. A possible
     solution of this issue could be to remove the illegal records out of the
     batch file, either by performing the checks already on creation of the
     batch files or by modifying the files with a customer specific report.

    Follow the below steps . Definately your issue will bve resolved.
    Let us suppose you are printing following fields
    PH &v_text&
    PH &v_text1&
    PH &v_text2&
    you will get the output as you expected.
    and if you have any conditions  for these fileds
    /: if v_text is not initial.
    PH &v_text&
    /: endif
    PH &v_text1&
    PH &v_text2&
    if you have data in each field then you will get output as expected .
    But when v_text is initial.
    the data will be moved up wnhich is happening in your case.
    so what you need to do is?
    /: if v_text is not initial.
    PH &v_text&
    /: else
    PH  (Here you need to mention empty line with same paragraph format
    /: endif.
    PH &v_text1&
    PH &v_text2&

  • Confused concerning SAP XI Installation (Urgent!)

    Hi,
    well i am planning to install SAP XI on a client Server. But which kind of precondition is needed?!
    Sure u have to install the Web AS for ABAP and Java-Stack - and for sure u need a database. But i have no clue which kind of software-package my client has. So what does he need to install SAP XI on a Linux-Server.

    To make it clear: I only have the SAP XI Software, what does my client need to install beforehand to make sure SAP XI will run and be installed properly?!

  • By mistake I ran Windows Backup/Restore with SAP services on  URGENT

    Dear all
    What I did by mistake I ran Windows Backup/Restore with SAP services on (I stopped win sql services and SAP instance).
    After restore under same circumstances I could not start istance (actually it started but after connect with saplogon dispetcher stopped).
    When trying to restore 2nd time(with deleted AFGDATA1,AFGDATA2, AFGDATA3 , AFGLOG and usr under c:\ I realized I can not delete C:/usr directory (with subdrectories) as SAP services were locking some files. (i stopped services and deleted those files I have them in rcycle bin),
    Can I somehow restore the system

    - what is the status of SAP service? can you start it? If not, what is written in application event log?
    - If service can be started, are you able to start SAP system? If not, what is written in sapstartsrv.log, dev_disp and dev_w0, could you put output of them?
    - which files exactly have you deleted?
    I afraid that the locked files were not backup and they will not be restored in this case. Further steps depend on what the files you have deleted.

    Hi Nama,
    The FI-SD account determination happens through an access sequence. The system goes about finding accounts from more specific criteria to less specific criteria.
    Thus first it will access and look for the combination of Customer accounts assignment grp/ Material account assignment grp/ Account key. If it does not find account for the first combination it will look for Customer account assignment grp and account key combination. Further if it does not find accounts for the first 2 criterias then it will look for Material account assignment grp/Account key. If it does not find accounts for the all earlier criterias then finally it will look for Account key and assign the GL code.
    Thus posting of Sales Invoices into FI are effected on the basis of a combination of Sales organization, Account type, or Customer and Material Account assignment groups and following are the options available.
    a. Customer AAG/Material AAG/Account type
    b. Material AAG/Account type
    c. Customer AAG/Account type
    For each of this option you can define a Gl account. Thus the system uses this gl account to automatically pass the entries.
    The integration is done in T-code VKOA
    1. Sales Order Created 
    -No Entry-
    2. PGI done (Goods issue)
    Cost of Goods Sold     Dr (Configured in OBYC GBB T-Key)
    To Inventory Account
    3. Billing document released to Accounting

         I am getting the following error while installing the sap in my system:- the application has failed to start because libSQLDBC76.dll was not found.  I tried twice but getting the same error.
    It looks like the component was missing. Need your help in finding the solution.

    enter you will get all Tcodes starting with MM. You can use
    OLM and press enter you will go to img. You can use this
    transaction only if you have authorization.

    2. Open the BMP file in IMaging (Goto -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging) and

    4. Give your TIFF file path name
    5. Select Bcol (for Color)
    6. TEXT ID will be ZHEX-MACRO-*.

    9. Now Goto SE71 create your ZFORM
    10. Create logo window
    11. Goto text element of logo window

    If the only solution is to change the sap standard program, simply change the program, it will prompt for an access key. This key can be retrieved in the SAP support portal (service.sap.com) at keys and requests, sccr keys, register object.
    Sometimes these actions are outsourced to a competence center, so maybe youre not entitled to do this, in any case ask a resident senior developer for support.
