Hi Experts,
I am in SAP HR module for the past 2 years.I am preparing for the certification for the same.If anyone has the idea regarding the same please send me the thorough details.I have the hardcopy of THR10 and THR12.Apart from these materials have i need to look into some other materials?or is it ok to go ahead with the above materials?If so kindly send me the materials too.Kindly help me in providing further details about this.Thanks in advance.

on 15 October i cleared my Certification exam.
For Certification direct exam. you have to get approval from SAP INDIA. First you will create a profile in Portal. then SAP India will give approval. and you will submit a concent form, Ur company HR will give approval and work experience. then you will go for exam.

SAP B1 Certification on 8.8

Hi Experts
I wants to do certification on 8.8 in SDK (Technical Consultant). I have provided my S-User id by the company. I wants to ask few question regarding this :
1. How can I do certification through online Portal of SAP or I have to go a authorized SAP Center for Test.
2. Should I apply for test through my company or myself goto center and apply? Someone said that through company fees is less.
3. where I can find the model test paper for certifcation?
4. On the portal of SAP I do't find India's trainging Schedule. Where it is avialable?

With your s-user you have i guess access to the channel partner portal.
Here you can find the relevant information:
1) The certification is not online but in a test center.
You can either contact your local SAP office to find out when the tests are scheduled in your local SAP office.
or
You can book your exam online through PearsonVue at www.pearsonvue.com/sap
To current date we only have the English test published at PearsonVue. Other languages are avaiable at the SAP test centers.
2) The prices were negotiated with PV and are the same to the SAP test centers.

literally saying its a problem with major IT/ Non IT companies that they never consider any freshers in sap , its a scenario in almost technologies, but its a major problem in IT companies. Yes i totally agree with you that, most of the career intitute provide fake matters like having tie up with major companies to take their students through placements.
Listen, whatever your previous experience will be whenever you will move towards sap module , you will be considered as a fresher only, and for a fresher its too tough to get a job in sap world, but its not impossible, if you have determined and you have enthuasism for the same, please don't care for hurdles, as you have industry exposure, you will surely get benifitted through it.
Now according to me, you can take training from where you finds more suitable for you, practice well during training period, and after that you can search job inittially in any non it companies, as they have less criteria requirements, once you will get placed anywhere you will become an experienced proffessional, then you can move easily towards any major IT companies. Initially it will be tough to get a job, but you can take the help from your all contacts in taking a job in sap.
It looks and perhaps its tough in first seen, but i have seen many people who have achieved their goal through consistent efforts.

SAP FI CERTIFICATION

Hi,
I am based in Dubai and planning to take SAP FI certification. Earlier the requirement was to Hold a resident Visa of Dubai we can register for the exam. But recently there has been some amendment in the rules. We have to meet one of the following requirements:
1) Attendance of an Official SAP Course/s directly from an SAP Education Training Center, in this case, participants should forward:
a) Certificate of Attendance/Participation
b) S user ID – (SXXXXXXXXXX)
2) Attendance of an Official SAP Courses from an authorized SAP Training Partner, in this case, participants should forward:
a) Certificate of Attendance/Participation
b) Confirmation from the Partner - signed and stamped
3) If working for an SAP Partner or SAP Customer, participants should
a) Forward a copy of their CV with qualifications
b) Forward a letter from their company, confirming their relevant experience (as required for the particular certification exam) - signed and stamped by their HR department
4) Should have a SAP Learning Hub Subscription, participants should
a) Forward their S user ID (SXXXXXXXXXX) / SAP Learning Hub ID

SAP FI Certification(TFIN_50_2)-doubt syllabus

Hello Friends,
Next month I am going to appear for SAP FI certification exam.
TFIN 502 contains the following additional material
UNIT 6 u2013 Country specifics
Check management
Lockbox
UNIT 15 u2013 Additional Material
General tax processing
Tax reporting in USA & Germany & EU
German foreign trade regulations
Consolidation
Is it require to prepare the above two units also for certification?
(or) just those are only for information purpose.

Not to be studied for certification.
But Unit 6 is a part of certification.

There are three ways to go for certification.
1. Through class room training,
In class room training ,I think you have pay around 3 lakh 10 thousand rupees.
Class room training is excellent. In depth it is discussed there of the subject included and you have to be mentally prepared to do atleast 15-16 hours of labour a day even if you are little experienced to ensure your certification.
Some friends may have some bad experiece at Siemens but it is rare as you have the right to complain if you are not clarified and it is immediately taken care of. Siemens is a reputed company and would never like to take any bad name, so they discard the instructor if the participants are not satisfied.
2. On-line course.
In on-line course you have pay around 1.62 lakh rupees including taxes, but it is meant for experienced candidates. Here there will not be any instructor physically to explain to you, so if do not have very good knowledge and experience of SAP then should NOT opt for it. You will have 200 hours of learning time and within 5 months time which ever is earlier to go for certification test.
3. If you have SAP implementation exp for atleast 2-3 yrs and your organisation sponsers you for certification , then you can apply to SAP directly by giving the certification fee which around Rs.30000/-.
SAP will varify it and if it is found correct then they may allow you for the test. Then only you can go for certification.
I do not know if there is any other way.

If you are planning for a certification program now.....
There are two options to get certified.....
1. Classroom Training
2. E-Learning
1. Classroom Training.
Here you get a Trainer during the Course.
5 weeks Time Constraint to complete the program.
Certification on 25th day of the course schedule.
No looking back into the topics again once the schedule starts.
2. E-Learning
Here you wont get a trainer, but you have the option to place your doubts on the e-learning way.
You need to complete 200 Hrs according to your flexi timings ranging from minimum 5 weeks to max 4 months.
Certification only on completion of 200 Hrs of e-learning.
You have an option of looking back if some topics are not clear in you mind.

are taught for this purpose. It seems there is no certification as a Workflow consultant any more. Please confirm with your local SAP training center if they still offer certification in Workflows.

Please visit SAP Authorised Training Centers like NIIT, Siemens or Genevate for the details on how to get certified. There are two types of certification Class room training and online training. Depending on your domain experience you can choose one of them. Preference should be class room because you get a certified trainer with experience to teach you. SAP will provide certification material for the course and two things to remember, go through the books with highlighing important points and practice on the system. SAP is also Sit And Practice.. Passing exams is not that easy but if you are thorough with the concept its a cakewalk.
