How to generate a work schedule rule with every second Saturday as halfday.
please explain me in details.

Hi,
First create variant...variant can be created from IMG-> Time management->work schedules->daily work schedules->Define rules for variant...
Here create ur rule such that only second saturday is half day
Then goto ur Daily work sch(DWS) and copy the same and give variant name that u created earlier...u can give variant name beside DWS name...
now give working time as half day i.e 8:00 to 12:00 for eg
Now u'll get two DWS with same names one with variant and other without
Now dbl click on DWS without variant and give DWS selection rule as the rule for variant created earlier....

How to setup extended desktop with second dispay

I am not able to setup a second display for use with my new 2.3 i7 MacBook Pro, running Lion. I can run the displays mirrored. If I try extended, I get the dock and menu bar on the second display and the prefs window on the 'book display. The cursor remains firmly with the second display and cannot be moved to the 'book display, forcing a power button shutdown to right things.
The same monitor, an Eizo, runs perfectly in extended desktop with 10.6.8 on my year older MacBook Pro.

For example if country is 'US' then call Zprogram(zprog_US).Inside zprogram call standard report(rhecm_change_proc_status).If country is 'CA' then call zprogram.Inside zprogram call standard report.For same othercountres like 'PR','GB','ES'.Actually HR_ECM_READ_FEATURE_CARGP will having the input as employee id and will return the CAREA(County like 'US','PR'......).Kindly help me what is the procedure?

no special logic is required
If u want to use
RPUAUDOO IN THE ZREPORT.
Put the submit button where ever required
ex: In zreport after certain process reacedu want to call then use
submit rpuaudoo and return.

How to use MacBook pro with ERP software like SAP B1

We are using Sap B1 how to use with MacBook pro, it is easy with PC to set up.

Please contact the developer. Some ERP's write Mac clients. Some require you to run the Windows client in Parallels. The software we used had a lame Mac client, missing about 80% of the features I needed (like running gross profit reports by product line...really lame). So, I just ran the client in Parallels desktop. I could run a VPN connection from my Mac to our server if I was out of the office, and Parallels picked it up, and told the ERP client that it was a secure connection. Worked well. Our IT guy was able to set it up without too much assistance from the software developer, who charged $100/hour for these things.

The forum that you have posted your question in is for questions related to the SAP Business One Integration for SAP NetWeaver. Your question is SDK related and should be posted in the SAP Business One SDK Discussion forum.
That being said ... here are the answers to your questions ...
1. As far as the SDK goes, it does not provide an IDE. Since the API's are COM, then you can use any IDE that can communicate with COM objects such as VB6, VB.Net, C#, C++, etc.
2. As stated above, the SDK does not provide an IDE. You would need to purchase one or you can get a free one from Microsoft on there website such as Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition.
3. The Screen Painter is an SAP tool (independant of any IDE) that allows you to graphically create new SAP Business One looking forms and then save them to an XML format. You would then in your code use the LoadBatchActions method to load your XML form. Documentation on the Screen Painter and the LoadBatchActions method is in the SAP Business One SDK Help Center Documentation that comes with the SDK as well as there is eLearning available for the SDK on this portal as well as the SAP PartnerEdge Portal if you are an SAP Business One partner.
4. If you are an SAP Business One partner and have an "S" number, you can log into the SAP PartnerEdge Portal and then under SAP Business One and "Installations & Updates" you can download the SAP Business One product as the SDK installation is part of the overall installation package. If you are not a partner you would need to contact your local SAP Business One sales representative.

You can make use of standard text...
create a standard text in SO10 with your company address
and in the footer window of your script.. use include text and provide the name of the standard text you created in SO10.
In the text editor... goto insert > text> standard
You get popup give the name of the text name id and language

How to add Excise item with out chapter id?
Chapter id of purchae items will be known only after receiving Invoice/gate pass/delivery chalan from supplier/vendor
To send a purchase order we need to create that particular item in the master, but with out assigning chapter id system is not allowing to save without chapter id.
How to solve this?
I am with SAP 8.8 and PL 10

Hi Kumar,
Refer the book of chapter ID or find out on internet you will get the chapter ID.
Still if you not able to get the chapter id then consult with excise advisory.
But you can add Excise PO until you have the excise details in Item master.

How to create shipment document with out outbound/inbound delivery document.
In my client scenario, there is no inbound delivery for normal purchases.
Just there are raising the PO to vendor, then they are doing MIGO for goods receipt.
Can we do shipment creation with reference to PO?
If it is possible, how it will be?

Dear Sameer,
Please go to transaction VT01N here you enter Transportation planning point and shipment type then press enter.
Now system will take you to the shipment document creation screen here you click on Select deliveries or press F6 now system will take you to the select outbound deliveries screen in this screen you enter selection data then execute, now deliveries will get assigned to that shipment.
After assigning the deliveries enter the remaining data then complete the shipment finally save the shipment document.

Note:- Shipment process need to be carry out for the deliveries before PGI.

I have a requirement where i have to produce a spool even i go for e-mail or FAX option when the script is triggered.
I am using a standard program where it is coded to have either of the option. i.e. either we have to go for a printer or e-mail or FAX.
