SAP HR - Infotype 0021 in 0006

Hi,
We have made an enhancement to infotype 0006 and added the standard field FAMSA ( From P0021 ). On creating a SAP Query using SQ01 for Infotype 0006, the field FAMSA(Type of family record ) appears along with "Text:Type of family record".. No problems so far...
When the query is run, thid text field doesn's show up values whereas the field FAMSA does as it is a part of PA0006 now.
I have added the Explicit Search help for field FAMSA...
On debugging the standard query I found out that the text is obtained from table T591S on passing the infotype as 0006 and the subty...
Whereas table T591s has values for field FAMSA when infotype is 0021..
But because the field FAMSA is created under PA0006, the infotype values is passes as 0006..
Any suggestions??

As already told by Param you are getting the Default values for Company code, Personal area, Personal Sub Area and Business Area because of Account assignment infotype - IT1008 - for your position or Org Unit
Go to PPOME and check the Account assignment of your position or Org unit. The default values are stored here.
or else you can also check from PO10 or PO13 and infotype 1008.
You will have PA value defaulted on IT 0000 screen and others defaulted on IT 0001 screen.
You can change these values on respective screens. A warning will be issued but you can overwrite them.

when ever we maintain the Family infotype 0021 - If the person is married the spouse last name is automatically populating in the last name field. Is there any functionality which would allow the last name of the female spouse come in as blank as it is not standard for the last name to be same as husband.

I have a problem with Infotype 0021.

Hello my name is Uilian(ABAP), helpme!!!
In SAP(DEV 100) development.
I create a new field(Nome da Mãe) for infotype 0021 in transaction(PM01), when I go to transaction PA30 the field is deisplayed with success.
My problem is...
In SAP(DEV 110) TEST
The field (Nome da Mãe) does not displayed, I tried to transport the changes of the infotype using transaction scc1 but it doesn't work. I don't have any idea of the problem, helpme.

When enhanching standard infotype or creating new infotypes, two transport requests are created, one is workbench request and other is customize request. Both requests should be transported to ur quality client.

Issue in custom subscreen added in infotype 0021

Hi experts,
Im doing the enhancement in infotype 0021. I have added some custom fields (custom subscreen) in IT0021. Those fields (text boxes) are grouped inside a group (Box) in SE51.
Now my issue is that when i see the custom subscreen in Change mode in PA30 transaction, it is getting displayed in enable mode. But when i see in Disable mode, still those text boxes are shown in enable mode. Actually those need to be shown in Disable mode , when i see in Display mode in PA30.
pls tell me how to achieve the same.

I am having the same problem.
I had created a custom infotype ,But when I try to view it through PA30 in Display mode.
the fields are still enabled.
Whereas , in create mode, its working fine.
Please guide me the steps to disable the fields in Display mode in PA30.

In PA30 infotype 0021, i have to change the value of T_VIEW_REPID by implementing BADI HRPAD00INFTY [Program MP002100->screen 2000->MODULE BEFORE_OUTPUT->PERFORM badi_before_output(sapfp50m)]. I'm trying to use field symbols (as below) to change the value of T_VIEW_REPID and getting SY-SUBRC = 4 after the Assign (LV_WA) To <FS_REPID>. Can somebody please help.

Problem in scrambling HR data for infotype 0021

hi experts,
i am working on hr data scrambling project.But i am facing problem in updating the table(master table) for infotype 0021.
i am using function module hr_infotype_operation. The error message it shows " EPG.... 009 NO DATA IS STORED FOR 0021

That simply means that you are trying to update non-existing data... which of course is not possible

Update SAP 7.00/0021 from SAP 7.00/0020

Hi Friends,
I have installed SAP ECC 6.0 IDES on windows 32 bit system. for update of SPAM SAP 7.00/0021 from SAP 7.00/0020 showing me in the import_phase, import_proper showing red status. I also imported the tp and R3tran to the current market level. Kernel also current market level.
Error in Phase : IMPORT_PROPER
Reason for Error : Nothing
Error Message : Nothing.
It is running in the phase DD import finished with return code 4. After that it is not comming out.
Please suggest me what to do?. Guide me.

Hi,
I have the same problem. But not only for SPAM update, it's valid for all patches. The import remain still in import_proper step and the log show just a warning. I guess it's related somehow to database parameters.
Anyway, if someone has a clue, please send us.

Infotype 105 and 0006 not transferred through ALE

I am sending organisation data (infotype 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1008) & personal data (infotype 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0105) from one SAP system ( ECC 5 ) to another ( ECC 6 ). using ALE and i used message type HRMD_A and idoc type is HRMD_A06 , in that process all my infotype data in moving properly except infotype 0006 and 0105. i am getting IDOC status 52 ( Application document not fully posted) in receiving system. both the infotype (0006,0105) has subtype & i have included respective subtype in distributed model.
can any one tell what could be reason. pleasae help

Is there a Report/Query on Photos already linked to SAP to Infotype 2

We have a requirement to have a report that displays personnel number , document type and whether or not they have a document (in our case photo) linked to them or not? Is there any report/queries or tables that could assist me with this.
We currently use transaction OAAD, and click on the 'technical search' button to find linked photos, what happens at the moment, user actually needs to pull this report and then pull a normal employee list on SAP, and do a Vlookup. It also doesn't give us the exact personel number, because in the column SAP Object ID in transaction OAAD it combines the personnel number, with the Infotype number it is linked to.
Is there any other way of obtaining this information from any other report or possible queries that could be created?

You can get the list of employee numbers who have a photo attached.
1. TCODE OAAD -> Click "Technical Search" under Documents Section -> Type Business Object = PERL, Client=Your client number, and Document type = HRICOLFOTO.
2. Click Execute.
3. In the next window keep everything empty. And, press ENTER.
The result will tell you "Employee Number" under SAP Object ID, "Link to Image" under Document ID(double click it to see the image), and "Date of Image Upload" under Storage Data Fields.

I would like to know if SAP has provided standard report for infotype 8.
1) I would like to download personal no wise wage type data from infotype 8 for a period.
2) And I would like to compare the basic rate data prior to increment or promotion of a personal no?

SAP HR infotype access through portal

Hi All,
Below is the client requirement
*They want to access an infotype "pa9016" in portal*
In order to do is I have created a SAP Transactional iview and selected the system and in the Tcode area I have given the infotype name "pa9016".
Assigned the iview to Role
Now the problem I am facing is when i click on the Role I see the error message
pa9016 tcode unknown
My question is Can we access infotype using SAP Transactional iview.If not how to access the infotype in portal

It is not possible for you to create a transactional Iview for an Infotype in Portal.
We have 2 options to access the PA info type 9016 in Portal
1. Create a program in the back end system which will pull the data from the Info type 9016 and attach the program to the new ransaction code. Then create a Transactional Iview in Portal for this newly created transaction code.
2. Add this Info type 9016 in the existing PA role (back end role). We can add the PA Info types in the following authorization objects
P_ORGIN
P_ORGINCON
P_ORGXXCON
P_PERNR
The second option is recommended.

i wrote a report to extract HR Data. I#m looking for a way to extract the information about the corrsponding SAP user which is configured in infotype 0105 (sy-name). I defined the following passage in my coding, but that's the way to extract the last user who did changes in that infotype:

The SAP User id of the Employee is maintained in the USRID field of Infotype 0105 subty 0001.
If you are looking for the user who changed the record, the field is UNAME.

All of the infotypes in HR need to be created with validity dates.
All of the HT information is based on beginning and end dates.
In termination, you had better restrict 0 and change the organizational assignments in 1.
In promotion, update 8.
In retirement, update1.
You may wanna update any additional infotype if you wish to..
