SAP IK Transports Error

Question

HI Experts,
I got error while improting SAP IK Sp3 Unicode Trasnsports in the BI SYSTEM. please find detailed error message from the log file.
R21K900693 (Business objects personalization objects) Failed with return code:8..See below error message
Program /CRYSTAL/SAPLPERS, Include /CRYSTAL/LPERS$01: Syntax error in line 000012
Message no. PU163
Diagnosis
Program /CRYSTAL/SAPLPERS has a syntax error in line 000012 of INCLUDE program /CRYSTAL/LPERS$01. The error text is displayed in a log line.
Need your early responses and suggestions on the error.

Hi,
We done direct SAP IK Sp3 Transports.Do we need to do First SAP IK transports and then SAP IK SP3 Transports?Please suggest me either i need to do first Plain SAP IK transports and then the SAP IK SP3 transports?
