Hi Deepak,
It is not possible to get, you cannot officially get SAP preparation materials online. You need to enroll to SAP training course for getting the books. You may try to ask your colleagues / friends who took SAP training before - maybe they still have the books and can lend them to you.

I have replied a similar message in this forum. Anyway I will give you some tips. SAP AFS has many features which makes the MM different from standard. In an AFS implementation you might have to make decisions on following.
1. How you are going to manage the batches Every material in AFS are batch managed. So you need to check how you are going to use the batch and what is the data you are going to capture
2. How you are going to manage the Grids Grid in AFS is an important feature. You need to decide what kind of information you are going to capture using grids. For more information check the <a href="http://www.sapafs.net/2007/10/using-3d-grid-option-in-sap-afs.html">usage of 3D Grid here</a>.
3. How are you going categorize your materials and stocks In AFS you can use Categories to categorize the materials according to the various requirements of your organization
4. How you are going to tackle the seasonality Seasons are another very important aspect of AFS. You need to check and figure out how you are going to use this feature.

I want to take the exam 1Z0-141 (Build internet applications), but I cannot find adequate study material (preferably a book). I have searched everywhere! The only thing that I could find, is the self-study CD from Oracle, but this costs 1000$!
Is there anyone who knows of a good book, or who can send me some good material?

I believe study for forms may be covered by the WDP Program ..... [http://workforce.oracle.com] ... but teaching is max 6 hours/week and the quality may not be good.
The following book is for 1z0-131/1z0-132 but is still probablly useful. However it is difficult and expensive to get hold of and any second hand editions may be without the cdrom:
Oracle Certified Professional: Building Internet Applications I & II Exam Guide: ISBN: 9780072193336
Other than that you need to look at the online Oracle Manuals .... probably not a bad from for an OCP. Otherwise the majority of Oracle*Forms books are typically not much good with possibly one or two exceptions.

There is not much difference between ABAP and ABAP HR.
There are some additional skills required in HR ABAP.
1.Creation of custom Infotypes and enhancements in standard infotypes.(PA and OM).
2.HR data mainly deals with clusters...
3.HR reports uses logically data base.(PNP,PCH)
4.payslip coding and knowing about HR forms.
5.Macro coding like rp-imp-c2-b2 for getting cluster data.
