SAP ITS 6.2 Win64 installables path?

Can any one tell me that from where i can download SAP ITS 6.2 Win64 installables. I need to install it urgently. Kindly provide the complet path, if possible.

Goto http://service.sap.com/patches and click on "Search for Support Packages and patches". Enter "SAP ITS" in the search form. The first hit in the result list will guide you to the SAP ITS 6.20 pages. Now click on SAP ITS 6.20 link in the upper part of the page until you see links to "Windows Server on x64 64bit".
Hope that helps.

There is no "C  Nls CharacterSet..." line, the problem must be something regarding NLS charactersets, non-unicode/unicode issues...
But we don't know how to solve the problem.
    Any idea?

  • Sol Man 4 - data transfer to SMD - what is installation path?

In Solution manager 4, transactio SOLUTON_MANAGER then select menu path goto > Solution Manager Diagnostics > Solution Data Transfered.  It says "This wizard  senden the configuration data of solutions to the Solution Manager Diagnostics.".  Select continue. Next I select a Solution Landscape and press continue.  It seems to select all the servers with a basis level >= 640 and in my case find red opposit the server.  If you double click on the server and expand the resulting display to the "SYSTEM - main instance" attribute Installation Path is blank.
What is Installation Path? Nothing I try to enter is valid.  Any idea what is supposed to go here?

Before you attempt to publish a landscape to SMD there must be an SMD agent on each host running SAP BASIS 640 or higher that has sucessfully connected to the SMD.  The wizard takes your specified path and asks the agent on that host to verify that it exists.  If there is no agent you get that same cryptic error message.
I suggest you use SM trans SOLUTION_MANAGER to create landscapes comprising of systems you have sucessfully deployed a SMD agent there-on.  As you deploy more SMD agents you can either create more landscapes or add those systems to your existing landscape that you have used for "publish to SMD".
    Summary:
    Step 1) Install SMD
    Step 2) Install SMD agent(s)
Step 3) verify http://smhost:smport/smd/admin > Agent administration > Agent tab lists your server(s)
Step 4) create landscapes for publishing wizard
Step 5) publish lanscape expressly tailored for SMD

  • Find installation path of the LV application

I want to find the installation path of the LV application. I have aplication already installed in the system. Lets call it applic.exe file. I want to find in which directory it is installed. I need to obtain this information programatically, probably by reading some registry key, but I do not know which.
    Thanks in advance.
    regards
    Pawel

    Hi pawel
    1. Registry: I don´t think that will be possible, since, at least in my system, there is no registry key for path to an application.exe. Yoy can try to run Regedit ans use its search to look for youa applic.exe and see all references in registry.
    2. My suggestion is to use any list recursive directories and check for path to your file.
You can find examples if listing directories in this web and OpenG site.
    Hope it helps

  • [SOLVED]Searching for a way to change default kernel installation path

    Hi,
( first of all SRY for my english )
I've set up a multi boot system onto an USB Stick - something like a personalized Recovery System. Currently I have a 32 and a 64bit version of Arch on it, but may I'll extend it with other distros...
OK, so far everything is running pretty fine, but every time I do a kernel upgrade I'm running into the following issue:
Since I'm using a shared boot partition where my GRUB and all of my Kernels (i686, c86_64) lie on. -  I'm using the shared partition for technical reasons (MSDOS part table, max 4 primary partitions ).
I've organized my kernels in different directorys (e.g. i686, x86_64) and it is no problem to tell GRUB about this, but every time I do a Kernel upgrade the kernel is installed to its default location on /boot/vmlinuz-linux.
    That has two side effects:
       - I have to move the kernel "by hand" to the right directory
       - I've changed the Kernel-Path in mkinitcpio.conf to /boot/xxx/vmlinuz-linux therefore mkinitcpio is not able to create the initramfs because it does not know about the right path
My current solution is, that I will move the kernel to the appropiate directory and execute mkinitcpio afterwards ... but sometimes it happens that I forget about that and my system is not able to start up again...
I've thought bout possible solutions via symlinks, mountbinds, shutdown scripts, etc. but I wasn't able to find a proper solution for that problems.
So far my (long) story. My specific question is, is it possible to change the default installation path of the kernel package? If so that will solve my problem in a elegant way .
    Best regards,
    gnux
PS.: I was thinking about something like a config e.g. in /etc/kernelpath ... whatever

  • SAP ITS 6.2 PL 22 needed

    Hello,
we need SAP ITS 6.2 PL 22.Can somebody tell us how can we get this patchlevel?

    Hello Kacso,
If no one else responds and has a copy of the ITS 6.20 patch 22 then you will need to open an SAP Support Message and state WHY you need a copy of this old installation file.  The message should find it's way to the Product Manager who may be able to provide you with a copy.  Good luck.

    1. Checks the validity of system ID in the system object.
    2. Checks if the system can be retrieved from the PCD.
    3. Check whether a SAP system is defined in the system object
    4. Validate the following parameters: WAS protocol; WAS host name
    5. Checks if the host name of the server can be resolved.
    6. Pings the server to see if it is alive.
    7. Pings the WAS ping service; works only if the service is activated on the ABAP WAS.

    Hi Murthy,
From the Result message which you gave, it seems that you are using the incorrect Hostname/Host path.
Try giving portal server name, generally the system name would be the portal server name.
The port which you are using is 8000, try 80 instead.
Please find the below URL for more details about these parameters.

but when you try to log on it just refreshes the screen and nothing actually happens.
The same time when you are doing it licaly in the office everything works fine.
Does anybody know what can be the solution of this problem?
    Dmitry.

    Hi! Привет.
Well i have tried to use this transaction (SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL) and it published a lot of services, but still i can't log on from home, for example, to the system in our office where ICM and ITS are running.
    I found an interesting link
    /people/durairaj.athavanraja/blog/2005/08/21/running-your-first-its-webgui-application-in-sap-netweaver-04-abap-edition--nsp
And i tried mannually to publish "SYSTEM"  and "SHUFFLER" services. The same time "WEBGUI" service works fine in the office. Those two i also can publish, but i can't start them in SE80.
    It is written that
sap/bc/gui/sap/its/system/ call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. And i can't find such a service following that link... Still it shows that it has been published.
May be it is so because i can't test the service
    /default_host/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
    The error is
The URL http://.../sap/public/bc/its/mimes was not called due to an error.

    Hi,
New  SP was released in February, and now most of the new bugs should been caught ,This has a Central Note. For SP06 it's Note 1527325 - Planning and Consolidation 7.5 SP06 NetWeaver Central Note to fix any issues. Most of the improvements in SP06 were related to performance, especially when logging on from the BPC clients. There you should be able to find a big list of fixes/improvements and Notes that describe those. Some of the Notes even have test description how to reproduce that issue in the old version.
    hope this will help you

I have introduced following parameters in SAP ITS instance in ALL SERVICES.  pls let me know, is there any parameter need to be enforced to clear the hanging session.  Apprecitete your help.
Parameters in SAP ITS Gateway Instance:

    Hello Soma,
With the ITS 6.20 you can use the ~timeout parameter to change the session timeout in minutes.  Basically the value, in minutes, will determine when the session terminated after that period of inactivity.  This can be changed on a per service level.  So if you think the wireless connection is lost every 10 minutes and the users should have activity every 5 minutes then it is safe to change the ~timeout value to 10.
In the access.log the question marks (?) are when a request is made before there is user information, that would mostly be the logon page.  The entries with "command" in it are requests from the ITS ADM instance.
