SAP ITSMobile Change Template, size of buttons and dynpros

Hello Experts,
I am Using ITS Mobile (ECC 6.0), i generated the services to my programs, now i want to change the size of the dynpro and buttons, because they are showing in a big format, and we are having to use the scrollbar to see all the screen.
I followed the steps to create a generation style, i finished all of them, but now, i don´t know how to change the size of button and the screen.

You can use "Ctrl +" and "Ctrl -" to zoom pages quickly and "Ctr 0" (zero) to reset the page zoom.

Hi,
you can do it first you need to goto smartforms tcode there click on radiobutton 'Style'.
Give any name and click on create. Right sideyou can find character format right click on it and create a node .A pop will raise gve a 2 characterlike z1 or a1 etc click on font tab gve size and font style and click on save and activate. Use this style in your smartform you can apply what ever styles created in styles you can use it in your smartform by that smartstyle name.
When we create text in output options give your smart style name and click on general attributes . Select your text and apply the style what thse size it should be and what the font style it should be.
Goto smartforms tcode and select formpainter in application bar set layout according to your requirement.

IPhone: Size of buttons and/or button titles in UIAlertView...

Hello all,
I'm trying to give my users a few bits of info about how to use different options of my app through an AlertView.
I want them to be able to decide to NOT have this AlertView show up again.
I know how to do this, but my problem is one of User Interface:
I would like to have my second AlertView button say something like: "OK, don't show me again", but the two buttons (the default "OK" button and my second button) are side by side, of equal size, and this whole text simply does not fit !
I can't find a way in the UIAlertViewClass to access button title font or button sizes...
Anyone got an idea ??
ps:
There is an undocumented way of displaying the buttons one above the other - which provides bigger buttons - (thank you Erica !) but I would like to stay on the "official" side of things...

Changing template sizes

How can i change the size of a newsletter template on pages to A5?
please help.

Page sizes are set up in:
+Menu > File > Page Setup > Paper Size > A5+
Before you do that you can select all on the page, group all the objects and drag the corner up to fit into the A5 size. Then ungroup them again.
All boxes and images will shrink, but the text will not reduce in size. Either select the text individually, or hopefully you have properly used styles, reduce all the text sizes to 70.7% of the original size.
Then resave the template with a A5 tagged after the name.
You can also keep the A4 template and print it out at 70.7% size to A5 paper or to pdf and then double that up on A4 paper which is what I assume you are doing.

My home page and facebook games open with a very small window. The print is extremely small. How do I change the size of windows and print?

Even when I click on full size in my games on Facebook, the windows are not as large as they were in Internet Explorer and the print size is very small. I had changed the size of the print in IE, but don't know how to change it in Firefox. The same is true for my homepage.

How do I change the size of the text that is on a button?
I can make the button size bigger or smaller with xysize but the text remains the same. Id like to make
the text "SEND" bigger.

CHANGE BRUSH SIZE WITH CTRL and alt KEYS

Hello everyone,
i'm on the road with my new macbook and i have a problem with setting up my wacom pen.
At home i use a iMac with CS5 and to change the brush size i press the alt and the ctrl key and move the pen to left/tight up/down to chang size and hardnes of the brush. I find this very handy!
On my new Macbook i have CC and i don't have the option to use this easy key combination, i was loking around and did some google, but i could not find the place to get the same settings on my macbook.
Is there anyone who can help me?

When you press and hold Option/Alt + Control and Left mouse click and drag nothing happens?
(the button on your pen is set to left click?)
The Option/Alt key should always be the second key to the left of the spacebar
The Control key should always be the third key to the left of the spacebar

Hi,
Normally, to translate your entire application you would export the application using Shared Components=>Translation Services. There is documentation on how to do this:

You can also use Shared Components=>Manage Messages to translate individual items. If this is what you want, please let me know and I'll let you know what I did to achieve this.
Normally, the user would select their preferred language using a browser setting. Do you intend for them to select a language on a page?

We are trying to rebuild applications using 11G. In 10133, we use panelpage as the base of the template. With Jdev11g, I cannot find the panelpage component anymore. Then which component should we use and how to start with it? Is there any article talks about it?

Hi Annie,
Indeed the panelPage layout component is not present in 11g. In the other hand, for 11g we have done a lot of improvements for templating JSF applications. You can find an article from Steve Muench here http://www.oracle.com/technology/oramag/oracle/08-jul/o48frame.html
Basically in order to replace your panelPage you can use a PanelGroupLayout's facets or the ones from the panelHeader.

You can also customize a slide control to look like radio buttons. You can control the text labels and the number of element through a property (by changing the scale properties). If you really want it to look like radio buttons, you can try ripping the images from the dialog radio button. Also, to save some time, you can get the OpenG buttons package, which includes a slide customized to look like radio buttons. The main problem with this is that changing the number of items does not change the size of the control and that makes the dot filling the radio buttons look compressed.
Another option is to create an array of radio buttons, but then you will have to handle the logic yourself.

is there anyway to change illustrators default web buttons and bars after they are dragged to the canvas. it seems a lot of the buttons are yellow or blue. i wanted to specifically change the color of a "talk bubble." thanks

You haven't specified which version of Illustrator you are using, but I will assume for purposes of this discussion, that my version, CS3, is not vastly different from yours. The "Web Buttons and Bars" is a collection of symbols, which gives you several options. When you drag a symbol to the artboard three buttons appear in the Control Panel: Edit Symbol, Break Link, and Duplicate. Each affords you certain option for editing the symbol.
Edit Symbol puts the symbol into Isolation Mode, which allows access to the parts of the symbol through the Layers Panel and the Appearance Panel, and may be changed using any colors, effects, transformations, additions, deletions, or anything else you choose to do to it. When you are finished editing, and exit Isolation Mode, the changes you have made will appear in the symbol in the Symbols Panel and in any instances of the symbol you have put on the artboard.
Break Link turns the symbol instance you have selected into an object which may be changed in any manner you choose, just as if you had built it yourself and then changed your mind. Changes to the object will have no effect on other instances of the symbol, nor on the symbol in the Symbols Panel, because it is no longer a symbol and is completely unrelated to either. If you wish, you may turn the edited object into a new symbol.
Duplicate turns the selected symbol instance into a new symbol, identical to the original but having no connection either to it nor to other instances of the original. If the first symbol was named "Original," then a new one will appear in the Symbols Panel named "Original 1." The same options will be available in the Control Panel, and any changes you make will only be applied to the new symbol and any instances of it that you may have put onto the artboard.
You may save your edited symbols through the Symbols Library Menu in the Symbols Panel.

How can I change the size of table control in table maintenance re-gen?

Hello Experts,
I hv created a maintenance view and after generated table maintenance view for it.
now it adjusts the size of table control in table maintenance generation.
I want to change the size (width) of table control and again re-generate the table maintenance.
But when re-generation occurs, table control size is set to initial.
why it is happening? and wt to do to solve this issue? any user exit?
I need the changed size of table control even if its re-generated.

Hello Ronny,
Goto SM30, Enter your table name for which you have maintained your table maintainence generator .
When the maintainence screen appears for your table name , Goto System->Status->Screen Program name.
Copy that program name from there.
Open that module program through SE80,this is the program name of your SM30 screen which appears when we enter our table name in SM30 transaction.
In SE80,click the layout of the module program name you have entered there.
Its layout will display you the table control(of SM30) present to enter your your enteries.
In the change mode you can change its size , savee it and activate that program.
Now goto to SM30 again and enter your table name, it will show you the changed size of the table control used to take the enteries.
Note:This changed size is only for your table name and it will remain of its previous size for other table enteries.
