SAP Logon - how to disable popups while playing tests (QC and  TAO)

Hello,
I am using QC 10, QTP 10 SAP TAO 2.03.
I recorded and cofigured sample scripts and now I am planning to run it from QC during night. There is one problem to run scripts someone needs to accept popups initiated by sap logon at the beginning of test run -
So my question is how to disable the logon popup windows and fully automate runs?
Thank you in advance for your help
Edited by: Ksan_1 on Apr 1, 2011 9:04 PM

It is just the beginning of replaying the test.
When i initiate the test eg from the QC the very first operation is to confirm 2 popups. First informs about starting the gui and. Second is confirmation that script would be initiated. In the system.
So i need human interaction to initiate each SAP and this is part i want to eliminate.
Is there any way to disable the initial popup?

You could set policies which when a malware detected an action perform automatically without user interaction but there is no GPO which stop the notification, one reason could be that when notification keep appearing, then user will know something is wrong
otherwise why FEP should display any warning.

  • I muted the sound while playing angry birds and now I can't get the sound back. I have the sound on ipod, just not with the games.

I muted the sound while playing angry birds and now I can't get the sound back. I'm fine with ipod, just the games

If you lose sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.
This support article from Apple explains how the side switch works.

    Aamir,
Set the text item's Enabled property to False at design time. Then, using SET_ITEM_PROPERTY (see Forms Help), set to Enabled in the relevent part of the code on the WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED triggers on your Insert and Update buttons. Similarly, disable on your Save button once the cnahges are saved etc.

  • How can I disable wifi while playing music with locked ipod touch?

When I play music and lock the iPod touch, the wifi stays on which drains more battery than is needed. I don't want to turn off wifi in Settings since I like the flexibility to unlock the iPod and quickly check email, browse the web while listing to music (without going into settings, turn it on, browse, go back to settings and turn it off). Once I lock the iPod while playing music, I'd like the wifi to turn off. I know it will stay on while streaming that is expected, but why is the wifi staying on when playing music of the iPod?? Is there a way to do what I am asking? I don't recall having this issue with OS 1.x or 2.x. Also I have seen some posts asking for the opposite (leave the wifi on when not playing music and iPod is locked). These posts acknowledge that wifi stays on while playing music, so it seems to be 'feature' or bug in the OS.

henry is correct. you can't do that.
however, for what it's worth, i have found that wifi connection is similar to mobile phone network connection. i.e. if a phone is searching for a network, it takes up huge amounts of battery, but if it is constantly connected, it doesn't. so it is the 'search' procedure which drains the battery. similarly with my iPod touch. if it is connected to my home wifi network, but i am not using the wifi connection, the battery will not drain significantly. it's when i'm away from home and forget to switch it off that the battery drains. or when i am using it constantly (like listening to a 3.5 hr radio show using safari)

  • How to disable MOH from playing on 1 queue

We have several queues in our
CUCCX ver 5.0 and need to disable MOH from playing while
callers are on hold for 1 queue. Does anyone have any info on this?

    Hi Carlo,
The MOH is played to the customer via the CTI ports.  So when the CTI port places the caller on "hold" they hear whatever the hold source is defined for that port.
So, if you have a Call Control Group with all the CTI ports and you are using your CSQ's so that they share those ports across all CSQ's then you can only do an all or none on the MOH because you can only change that to the whole CCG.  When you navigate to appadmin and find under the Subsystems - Unified CM Telephony menu to the Call Control Group, choose the group you want to change.  Then click the Show More button at the bottom and look for the following:
    User Hold Audio Source
Audio source heard by the caller when the Cisco Unified CCX Script places the caller on hold via the Hold Step (when the user presses the hold key).
    Network Hold Audio Source
Audio source heard by the caller will when Cisco Unified CCX performs a Consult Transfer (when Unified CCX calls an agent). Use this entry for the .wav file (for example, .wav file playing a ring back tone) to be played to the caller during this Consult Transfer.
If these values are set to None, then the callers will not hear any MOH.
So to summerize, if you are sharing one CCG with all CSQ's you will affect all CSQ's if you change this value.  If you want to ensure that only the CSQ that you want to disable the MOH on is affected, I would recommend creating a new CCG with User Hold and Network Hold set to None and assigning that to the CSQ that you do not want MOH on.
    Hope this answers your question.

  • How to disable columns while displaying

    Hi,
How to disable columns from the page which we don't want to show to the users. For example Users will search by "Invoice No" but they don't want to see again Invoice No on the results page.
    Appreciate your quick response.
    Thks.

    Check out Dev Guide
Chapter 4: Implementing Specific UI Features -> Search -> Declarative Implementation: Auto Customization Criteria
With this Query Bean option you can separate the Search region from the results table. You map the items in the search region to the items in the result region. You can mark the item in the result table as Rendered=No. OAF will run the query against this item even though it's not displayed.

  • How to create popup window with radio buttons and a input field

    Hi Guys,
Can somebody give some directions to create a stand alone program to create a window popup with 2 radio button and an input field for getting text value. I need to update the text value in a custom table.
I will call this stand alone program from an user exit.
Please give me the guidance how go about it or please give any tutorial you have.
    Thanks,
    Mini

    Hi,
There are multiple aspects of your requirements. So let's take them one at a time.
You can achieve it in the report program or you can use a combination of the both along.
You can create a standalone report program using the ABAP Editor (SE38). In the report program you can call the SAP Module pool program by CALL Screen <screen number>. And then in the module pool program you an create a subscreen and can handle the window popup with 2 radio button and an input field for getting the text.
For help - Module Pool programs you can search in ABAP Editor with DEMODYNPRO* and you will ge the entire demo code for all dialog related code.
For Report and other Module pool help you can have a look at the following:

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any more details.
    Thanks,
    Samantak.

  • Browser freezes for a second while playing Zuma Blitz and Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook

Zuma Blitz hangs while playing on Facebook

The only way to turn off the ipod is to use the sleep/wake button and then turning the red slider. The only setting to switch it off automatically would be the Timer function:
    Timer
Set the timer: Tap Timer, then flick to set the number of hours and minutes. Tap Start to start the timer.
Choose the sound: Tap When Timer Ends.
Set a sleep timer: Set the timer, then tap When Timer Ends and choose Sleep iPod.
When you set a sleep timer, iPod touch stops playing music or video when the timer ends.
If you start the timer and go to another iPod touch application, the timer continues
running in the background. (user guide page 89)
And if the batteries are almost empty the ipod will turn off by itself and you will have difficulties to start it up again until you charged it a couple of minutes.

  • Firefox gets Stuck while Playing Facebook Games and Working in Another Tab

Firefox gets stuck while playing facebook games (restaurant city) and side by side working in another tab or window of firefox. Switching between tabs takes time and on facebook scrolling doesn't remain smooth it gets stuck again and again while scrolling the page.
Also, in earlier versions it was a great feature that when once a game is loaded then when i open it second time it was loaded immediately without any complete loading but now every time you play the same game it will load completely which happens generally when we reinstall firefox so that our saved cookies gets destroyed.
ON THE OTHER HAND OPERA 10.6 LOADS FACEBOOK GAMES SMOOTHLY NO HANGS NO STUCKS NO FREEZES EVEN DOING OTHER WORK AND THE GAME ALSO LOADS IMMEDIATELY THE NEXT TIME WHEN IT IS OPENED.
    == This happened ==
    Every time Firefox opened
== The 3.6 versions came up

same things happen to me also the cache system is so slow it even download the flash player game after 3 or 4 days completely and hang is always the error when ever i use the fire fox also there is one more thing some time computer is not opening any site what ever u type mozilla is disconnected from IP what ever he issue is but if u close the firefox and start again it is working for a while after some time it may happen again time is not counted over this matter so i m sure this is the trouble from fire fox coz other browsers are working in the same time while mozila sucks

  • How to disable popup from Java for upate of J2SE?

    Dear
We have an instance 12.0.5 running on AIX box.Since last week whenever user tries to login & use ERP, java popup appears. It asks whether to download J2SE update. Once we accept & download, it gets connected to intenet (java.com) for verification. Most of the users does not have internet connection. In this situation, i want to disable this popup.
According to my understanding, Oracle R12 is bundled with J2SE (some version) software though which we run forms based applications. My question is, how do i disable this popup to avoid J2SE update installation & use default J2SE version that is already installed on user PC when they first login to ERP instance?
Secondly, how can i upgrade J2SE for specific ERP instance on AIX server for latest Java version? And is it acceptable according oracle policies. What i mean whenever we have new version of java (J2SE), how do i make it applicable to our instance?
    Thanks.

To disable updates, click on Java in the Control Panel, click on Update tab, and clear the "Check for Updates" Automatically" box.

  • AIR for Linux - how to disable popups during install?

During the AIR for Linux .bin install, how can we disable the two popups (that the user must select "Agree" and "Finish" on)?
Our company wants to migrate to AIR for online help but the popups need to be disabled. We'd be incorporating the AIR install into our sw builds and the sw manager will not approve until the popups are disabled.
Neglected AIR for Linux only offers .bin installs that have these two popups.(HINT HINT... Adobe please provide different AIR for Linux installations other than .bin installs.)

    Hi auzenne
With AIR2, AIR runtime installers for Linux are provided as deb and rpm packages, which should take care of your requirements. Try out AIR2 beta from:
