SAP Logon Message

Question

Hi
Becuase of some reasons in system if users are locked , it gives the message "User is locked, Please notify the person responsible" , But I want to pass specific message like if users are locked because of Batch Processing, It should disply the message "User is locked because of Batch Processing".
I have been trying to use the
Transaction SMOD -
> Display -
> Click on component -
> Double click on EXIT_SAPLSUSF_00 -
> SAP  INCLUDE ZXUSRU01
But in my case this is not useful, because if the user try to login it should able to
get through then only above user exit will get executed.
But in my case USERS are already locked in by ABAP program , hence any user try to login will immediately it throws the "User is locked, Please notify the person responsible"  message which could not able to process above user exit.
If some one has came across such case & share the same would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
have you aldready check the logon SAP program? SAPMSYST screen 100?
Screen 100 have some information about the way of activating some users exits,
check this information (copy & paste ) from screen 100:
(h) Login-Lastverteil-Algorithmus aufrufen (SUBMIT RSRZLLG0)
    FUNCTION SUSR_LOGON_USER_EXIT
   - Message ausgeben bei Anmeldung in unvollständiger Sprache
(j)   - System-Default für Zeitzonen setzen (FB 'TZON_SYS_DEFAULT')
(k)   - ggf. Hilfe-Applikation laden (FB 'HLP_RTF_DISPLAY_PRELOAD')
(l)   - Kundenexit (ZXUSRU01)
(m)   - -ID lesenSAPphone: Arbeitsplatz und Benutzer zuordnen
(n)   - ggf. fehlerhafte Transporte anzeigen (Benutzer-Einstellung)
(o)   - Anzeigen, ob Mail angekommen ist (FB 'SO_WIND_INBOX_INFO')
  MODULE D020_USER_EXIT.
