I am prepararing for SAP MM ECC.6 exams, i bought SAP MM Functionality and Technical Configuration by Martin Murray.
Is the information on the book enough to write SAP MM Certification or i still need SAP MM Manuals.
It's a very good book

I'm trying to install SAP IDES ECC 6.0 version on a Windows 2008 R2 Server with Oracle 11g DB (11.2).
System Info: 16GM RAM & 600GB Hdd. Prereqs passed.
I'm getting the following error during the Import ABAP phase (16 of 29) in the sapinst log:
"An error occurred while processing option Enhancement Package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0 > SAP Application Server ABAP > Oracle > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step: Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 103. "

Divyanshu - sorry to ask but can you explain why i need to update r3load and r3trans to resolve this error? Just want to understand why I'm doing a correction so I can learn from the same.
Also, can you clarify the file update process:
For R3load:
a) the r3load used by the command is dated 8/16/2011 (location:C:\usr\sap\AVV\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\...)
b) the r3load i have in my db folder is dated 10/23/2011 (location:C:\Final\Installer\BS7i2011_Installation_Master_\DATA_UNITS\BS2011_IM_WINDOWS_X86_64\ORA\UC\...)
Do i replace (a) with (b)?

"all questions will come TBIT40,41,42,43 - Developer certification.
TBIT40,50,51- Technology consultant(BASIS) .
TBIT40 more then 60% questions will appear. "

Hi,
TBIT40,41,42 and 43 are the couse number offered by SAP for XI certification. You can see the topics but not the content on the SAP site. Most of the certfication question will appear from the course content. YOu have to register for the course.

What is the latest patch level that one should apply for Sap HCM ECC 6.0.?
What are the disadvantges of not updating the patch levels?

goto service.sap.com -> click on SAP Support Portal (on left panel first link) -> You will get the Support portal home page, here the 3rd tab is Software download(click on software download tab) -> On left side of web page you will get Support Packages and Patches as second link -> after clicking on it, you will get link for A-Z index (click on it)-> Now on the right panel you will get the a to Z index, since you are searching for HR, select H -> in the next page select third link HR Country Legal Change Packages -> Now select the component as per the applicability(EA-HR, HR-CEE, SAP-HR).

I am planning to take
mySAP Managerial & Financial Accounting (2003) C_TFIN14_03 - certification exam.
The recommended courses for preparation are TFIN10, TFIN12, TFIN14 as per the curriculum.

There have been enhancement packages release by SAP in ECC 6.0 and the latest released is EHP 6 for ECC 6.0
for the software component SAP_HR the release is 604 and the level is 42
for the software component EA_HR the release is 605 and the level is 19.
Your BASIS consultant would be of great help in this regard letting you know whats the latest.

Pass percentage(Individual) = 70%

1. SAP XI Training and certification from Authoriazed SAP training Centers
visit below link to register for training and certification.

2. With work experience of approx. morethan 1 yr in implementation (No support experience)
=->have to send the resume with work experience to SAP.
From SAP you will get confirmation and eligibilty to appear for exam after varification of resume.
After that you have to send the Employment letter and your manager's permission letter to SAP along with check of the Exma fee amount. SAP will notify you through mail about amount.
2. Certification code for the SAP Netweaver XI developement exam.
--> For XI 3.0 ---> C_TBIT44_04
For PI 7.0 --->C_TBIT44_70
3. I have to appear for XI3.0 or PI7.0?
--> If will be approaching through any of the training center then you will go for the latest version available i.e. PI7.0
But if in case you will be applying on the basis of experience then it dpends on which version you are working.
