Sap note not found

Hello,
We were facing some issues with the extraction performance of price information after an update of material ledger in the ECC system. We were looking into the service system of SAP looking for applicable notes. After the search we concludes there were no notes available in the service system and sent a message to SAP.
SAP came up with note 1730065. I have tried searching with a whole lot of different terms like, 0CO_PC_ACT_05, 0CO_PC_ACT_06, 0CO_PC_ACT_07 and terms related to performance. However it does not show up in the search system. Can someone from SAP please explain why I cannot seam to find notes related to a problem, even though search terms are used containing content and subject of the specified note?

I believe this SAP note is not yet released for customers yet or it might be under updation.
You may have to wait for its official release.
Also you can contact SAP directly again and they will release the Note specifically for your customer.

The cluster resource could not be found-SAP ECC on Windows Server 2008 MSCS

Hi,
I'm installing SAP ECC 6.0 on Windows server 2008 MSCS Cluster. As mentioned in the guide, i've created a service and added a resource.
I was able to successfully configure the DB installation and cluster configuration. But when I start the ASCS installation, the installation fails when it tries to create system folders with the following error.
Error when sharing file system export (share) saploc : The cluster resource could not be found
I'm using a user with domain admin access and also a member of the local administrators group. I've even tried to install using the domain administrator user but still the problem exists.
Can anyone please let me know where am I going wrong ?
NB: The host on which I'm installing is not a domain controller but it is a member of a domain.

I've not created any shared folders manually and I've used the "Use domain of current user" option.
Actually SAPINST has created the usr and sap folder in the SAP drive (say E: drive) which is a clustered disk. The name of that clustered sidk is "Clustered Disk 1". I could able to open up the shared directories available in that SAP virtual host by issuing
<SAPGRP>. I don't know where am I going wrong:( I've also opened a call with a SAP and waiting for their reply.

SAP CRM 5.0 (PCUI): 'Survey could not be found'

Surveys in CRM 5.0 (PCUI):
I want to use surveys in PCUI. In SAP GUI everything works fine but in PCUI the following error message occurs: 'Survey could not be found' . What additional customizing is necessary to work with surveys in PCUI?

I had the same issue with SAP Logon 7.30 patch 11, have looked in everything: internet, SAP Notes (1709502 for version 7.30), reinstall SAP from scracth, applied all patches available (11 so far) and nothing.
In the end I just removed the 'incorrect' entry and create again from scratch and voila, no more error.

Crystal report error (The table '' could not be found)

Dear Expert,
As I know, the end user who don't want to edit the crystal report design no need to buy crystal report,right?
Using the 'Crystal reports for SAP B1', they already view the report.
But, how about, if I had created one crystal report, and then I want to distribute to end user. When I load the report on user machine that dont have crystal report, the system shown an error (The table '' could not be found).
I think, maybe because of the database location. When I create the report, of course I made connection to my machine as a source of database location. But, how i'm going to change the database location to user machine?
Is it when we login into SAP, did SAP auto detect the new location source? And will auto create connection to the crystal report?

We do not create the database connection for the end user. the end user must have the same database connection as it is set up on your machine. The report is looking for the same connection, with the same access into the database.

SAP is not coming up after system refresh with Export/Import option

Please check the logs it is clrerly mentioned thet your sapsystem is not able to connect to database.

Error in Broadcaster - An Active RFC Server could not be found

Hi all,
I am trying to broadcast a workbook to my mailbox through Information Broadcasting, i am trying this in BI 7.0 system. In the Broadcasting wizard, I gave my mailid & the other required credentials. But when i click on Schedule, i am getting a Error message "An Active RFC Server could not be found. Error occured during processing of framework class CL_RSRD_PRODUCER_EXCEL, type PROD".
I checked in SU01 & my mailid is already added there. So, where am i missing or is there any settings need to be done for the Broadcaster to work?

The precalc server is not needed if you are generating html output, but certainly is mandatory for the Broiacaster to run/distribute BEx Excel Workbooks.
The BW needs access to a Windows computer that has Excel on it. The BW connects to the Precacl and sends it a request it run a BEx wkbk, which the BW then can email to users.
The precalc server is a Windows Service. You can install it locally on your desktop, or it can be installed on a windows server. There is a little config that needs to be done. The How To Troubleshoot Information Broadcasting link in the other resposne will provide all the steps. You should obtain the most current version of the software from SAP.
You'll need a precalc server for each BW system in your landscape that you want to broadcast BEx wkbks from, so if you have Dev and QA systems, you'll need precalcs for them as well.

Dboraslib.dll - Error 126 : "The specified module could not be found."

Thanks for the reply.
dboraslib.dll is properly installed - I checked the registry and physical location of the file.
The problem was : Environment variable "Path" not being set properly for the "oracle jre".
Solution:
After setting the path, the dispatcher started to run properly without any problems.
Path=<Drive>\oracle\ora92\bin;<Drive>\Program files\Oracle\jre\1.3.1\bin; <Drive>\Program files\Oracle\jre\1.1.8\bin
FYI - We are using WIN2K with SP4 and oracle DB 9.2

MIGO-Sales price for material (NL1S ROH1 ) could not be found

When i doing MIGO , i am getting following Error Message .i.e.,
*Sales price for material (NL1S ROH1 ) could not be found*Message no. M7158
Diagnosis
The sales price valuation is active in the valuation area.
The system could not determine a sales price on the specified posting date for material NL1S ROH1 in unit of entry in plant .
Sales price conditions may not be defined for the material in plant .
Procedure
u2022 If you have a goods receipt for a purchase order or an order, the sales price is taken from the purchase order or the order concerned.
Check the sales price in the purchase order or the order.
u2022 if you have goods movements without a reference, you can specify the sales value (sales price including sales tax) manually.
If the screen does not have the field Sales price, then you have a Customizing error: the sales price valuation was activated in the valuation area, but the field selection of the movement type was not changed accordingly. In this case, contact your system administrator.
u2022 Check the definition of the sales price.
Note that for distribution centers, the sales price of the consumer distribution chain maintained in the distribution center's master data is used.
Proceed
If you post this movement without the sales value, the movement will be valuated with value zero. This can change the average sales price.

-check with SE16 at table T001K whether you have sales pricing active for your valuation area,does your material belong to a very special material type
-Check SAP Note 84480 ,109881
-No sales price exists, no goods movements can be posted for an article subject to value-based inventory management. You must maintain the sales price in all cases.

Hi SAP experts
1. First we have created new asset with reference old assets in As01
2. After that we have transfer all asset from old to new asset with in the company code in the ABUMN T.code in the month on 01.04.2010
3. After that we have run the deprecation for April, May and Jun. Up to this, there were no problem those periods
(now here we are following first we are running the ASKB and after that we are running AFAB)
4. now we are facing the new issue for July month while running ASKB Like Below
Account 'Contra account: Acquisition value' could not be found for Deprecation area 52
Message no. AU133
Diagnosis: When creating the accounting document, the system could not find account
'Contra account: Acquisition value' for company code 0216.
System Response
Procedure: Enter this account in the account determination for Asset Accounting.
Here in Error log it showing three account determinations 100002,100010 and 100040
5.As per my knowledge we can maintain the G/L account for account determination in the T.code AO90 for deprecation area wise but why the new error massage has come into picture.
Please let me know if you require more information about the issue

I have this error when running RAPERB2000 program in IDES ECC6.0.
I have checked AO90 and this B/S account (199990) is maintain correctly in area 64 for the account determination.

Anyone has any idea why this error occur?

Hi,
Error AU133, is generally issued from some wrong or missing customizing. The text of the error message indicates in your case that a "Account 'Contra account'" and area 64 is concerned.
1) At first, please double check if in in AO90 (or table T095) the account is maintained for area 64. Do you have not defined a contra account for acquisition value postings in the Asset Accounting Customizing settings (Transaction AO90)?
Further, check in tr. OADB if you have defined "Different Depreciation Area XX". That means area 64 takes the account determination from area xx and perhaps there it is no account defined?
If this is not the reason:
2) Execute report RACKONT1 or transaction OAK4. Account determination should be set following the rules explained in SAP note 7595. Even if some account is not directly used, the account determination has to be completed. If output from RACKONT1 is not error free, it indicates that your customizing is wrong. You might correct it with the help of note 7595.
Furthermore:
3) You have defined the account in Asset Accounting, however, it is not created in the affected company code. Check whether the account is correct and create it for the company code, if necessary.
4) You have entered an asset reconciliation account for the "Contra account: Acquisition value posting" (for example, the same account as for the "Acquisition:Acquis. and production costs" account). This is not permitted.
5) As "Contra account: Acquisition value posting" you entered an asset G/L account. If necessary change the automatic posting indicator in the G/L account master record.

Account 'Acquisition:Acquis. could not be found for area 01 AU133

To provide for reporting in USD group currency the leading ledger currencies for each company code has been changed from only local currency to also include the group currency (type 30) of USD.
Once the above setting for group currency was made the fixed asset transactions are not posting and the subject error message is occurring. The threads in this forum for this type of issue have been read and all the t-codes have been checked (AO90, AO93, OADB, OAK4, OABW, etc. with no change. The account is defined for the company code as an asset reconciliation account. No SAP Notes were found to be helpful with this either.
Any suggestions other than these are greatly appreciated.

hi i have the kinda same problem "Account 'Loss made on asset retirement w/o reven.' could not be found for area 50" my dep. area is derived dep. area called 50 which is difference between 01 gaap and 25 ifrs dep. areas.
in oadb the XSTORE is not flagged, BUHBKT set for 5 and LDGRP_GL is set for IF ledger when i run askb some of the assets issues this error but i have done all the custm. in ao90 what could be the reason for this by the way all of the accounts derived from 01 and all of the accounts set in 01.

problem solved some times the problem could be so tiny so that you cant see,
this is one of them the gl account was not created for the company code

HR iViews are not getting displayed and showing "Page can not be found".

Hello,
I am facing an issue in the EP 7 wherein all the standard HR iViews are not getting displayed and showing "Page can not be found".
We have added S_SERVICE autorisation object to user used for the relative JCO as well by looking at other similar forums but that did not help.
I have attached last part of log from file application.log under "F:\usr\sap\EP1\JC01\j2ee\cluster\server0\log"

Hi,
This issue is now resolved. We followed up with SAP and they suggested to update the component EP-PSERV to latest patch which was earlier to patch 1. Later on we upgraded it to patch 4 and this resolved the issue.
