SAP on iSeries - EHP4

Question

Hi everyone. Would any of the on-line 'experts' be able to help me with a problem I having upgrading to EHP4.
I have hit this error:
Checks after phase MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RSPTBFIL_DEST were negative!
Last error code set: RFC call to SUBST_START_REPORT_IN_BATCH failed with key RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE (SYSTEM_FAILURE): Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)
I have checked (many times the DDIC passwords for both the main instance and the Shadow instance and set the passwords using the 'Start With Options' in the SDT but same result each time. The Shadow instance is definitely started (you can log in with DDIC) I have raised an SMP message with SAP.

Hi Stephen,
I had this as well, but it worked when I reset the password for DDIC in the in the shadow of SAPUP - there are 2 different stored passwords insite SAPUP (or sapehpi).
(right now I do not fully know the syntax for that reset ... perhaps "reset ddicpwd" and "reset ddicpwdshd" or similar ...)
