SAP QM CRTD CHR SPRQ

Can Anybody answer me Even after a Inspection plan is there why is this status coming in my inspection lot.
Second one how do I release it??

Suresh,
the main reason on why your getting this message is because even though the Inspection plan is there ,It is not assigned to the inspection lot created .Once you assign the inspection plan to this lot the status changes to REL.
Here is what you have to do .Assuming that there is an inspection plan for this material ,goto QA33(Display) .Enter your material and Plant and execute.
Locate ur inspection Lot# and display(Click Inspection Lot icon) that lot.Check the Usage under Inspection Specification tab.
Now ,goto QP02 to change ur Inspection Plan.In you Inspection Plan there will be Usage -change the usage to be the same as one shown in the Inspection Lot.Save
Now go back to QA32(Change) and locate ur Inspection Lot# -click Inpeciton Lot icon and click Inspection Spec.here you will find a button called Task List/Spec -click -The inpection Plan you just changed will get assigned.
After this the status changes to REL.
If you follow the steps exactly as i said it will work .Let me know if you have problems.

I am having a similar issue with inspection lots. The information provided has been very helpful, but I have not been able to resolve my issue. Forgive me if my terminology is not clear as SAP is very new to me. Here goes:
When my inspectors try to enter an inspection lot with transaction QE01, they receive the error "The function you selected cannot be carried out." When you click the detailed info button, a transaction analysis box appears with the following info:
Influence of System Status on Transactions
Stat Description Influence
CRTD Created Disallowed
If you click on status display instead detailed info, there is a system status tab with CRTD, PREQ, CHCR & SPRQ. All four options are checked, but to the right of the first two there is a grayed out piece of paper with an arrow. It appears the system is checking for these features, but they aren't properly set up.
As of now, we have no inspection plans, so material is simply checked to drawings and specifications and and an accept/reject usage decision is entered by receiving inspectors. My immediate concern is to get the material released that is stuck in inspection. If I click on the inspection task list, there is no task list created for the material.
Our receiving inspection supervisor was the only one trained in QM and he left the company this week. Is anyone familiar with this error?I'm desperate for a solution.

I can change system status without canceling lot,,"CRTD CHCR SPRQ"

A insp lot have (System status) "CRTD CHCR SPRQ" system can not allow for any recording at the lot,, But Question is that i want to change status without cancleing this lot, Have any idea for this lot status.. "CRTD CHCR SPRQ"

Hi kazz, i can't tell if your issue was resolved but if not then you should check the 'valid from' date on the ECM used to setup the inspection plan. this is assuming that you are using ECMs to create inspection plans and maintain revisions on the material. the valid from date on the ECM used to create/assign the inspeciton plan to the material must have a date that is equal to or before the valid from date on the ECM used to assign the revision to the material.
for example,
ECM 123 has a valid from date of 01.01.2013 and was used to assign revision A to the material
then the ECM used to create/assign the inspection plan to that same material must have a valid from date of 01.01.2013 or prior...otherwise SAP will not find a valid inspection plan that's valid on the date for the inspection lot and revision of the material in the inspection lot.

It looks like the status you mentioned are of inspection lot.
CRTD mean created status of inspection lot.
CHCR means characterstics required. in your case the the material master inspection view says characterstics required however your inspection plan does not have any cahracterstics.
assign the characterstics to inspection plan & both the status of inspection lot will change. you will be then able to process the inspection lot to move the stock from quality to unrestricted.

CRTD CHCR SPRQ-how to do result recording for that lot.

i am having issue.
i did GRN,lot is created with this status-CRTD CHCR SPRQ
i tried for Result recording but error is showing.
Then came to know QP01 is not assigned for that material.
then i created the QP01,but still i am not able to to Result Recording to that Lot.
is any way to do that.without cancell the lot can we do.

Hi,
Your lot is at created status so you need to relesed lot. May be insection plan /task list has not been assigned to lot.
In Qa32 go in inspection lot Change ( Or T code -QA02 ) .where in tab Inspection specification tab click on task list/speci where you can assign plan theri ( You can assign plan with usage that you have created plan )
Save transaction.
refresh QA32 then try result.

See QP02 with what usage you have cretaed plan.
as earlier I told you in QA02 tasl inspec tab in usage field select same usage by which you have created inspection plan.in QP01.

Quality Management - Insp lot with status CRTD CHDR SPRQ

I am not able to do usage decision for Insp lot with status CRTD CHDR SPRQ but I can do usage decision for status REL CALC SPRQ.
Can anybody know why ?

If there is noe inspection plan (group)
you need to create a inspection plan, and then come to QA02
then you need clickon TAsk list/spec button in insp.specification tab.

Confimation Error

Hi SRM gurus
We have issue while doing confirmation, no approval workflow(WS10400010) for confiramtion has been activated and we are trying to confirm the PO with currency GBP. It is working fine for PO with currency USD. I did not find any thing useful under RZ20.
The error is
No approval workflow found inform system administrator
System status INCM active (Confirmation 11261)
We are SRM5.0 ECS.

"System status INCM is active" in SRM means that your doc is "Incomplete".
There is an error so you can not validate it, only park it. This system status prevent you from ordering/submitting/validating the document until you corrected the error.
Please check that you have activated the PO change WF. transaction SWB_PROCUREMENT - BUS2201 for PO. Looks like, You didn't set a default currency in your starting conditions ! (right now you have "no default currency" displayed... Please go in change mode and select in the drop down list the currency you want !
1) This sounds like the vendor is set up for ERS... Check the settings against the vendor. It might be worth trying to create a confirmation against a non-ERS vendor and see if you get the same problem.
The IPC is required and I don't think this is an issue for this problem. Please test with a non-ERS vendor as well ?
The problem definitely seems to be with the ERS activation for the vendor.
The vendor you have choosen is an ERS vendor.If you choose any other vendor you will not face this problem.
If you want to continue with the same vendor, check the below mentioned settings :
In the SRM system in SPRO settings check what option was choosen for " Defining system for Tax calculation"
SPRO > IMG > SRM > SRM Server > Cross Application Basic Settings > Tax Calculation > Determine system for tax calculation
There you choose the R/3 back end system for tax calculation as you can not maintain FI settings in SRM.
Also ensure the payment terms are maintained in the P.O. In the Tax codes for EBP create a tax code and check no tax check box and make it deafult.
2) Try to activate minimum one workflow so that the confirmation gets posted. Try with the one I mentioned before (WS10400010-no workflow required) in Tx OOCU.

How to change the Status CRTD of the Inspection Lot?

Dear all.
I want to Complete an Inspection Lot 10000000005 In the T-CODE qvm2.When I select the Inspection Lot 10000000005 and press F8 to Complete the Inspection,the SAP show an error message "Status check error".
And the detail info show that the error was cause by the Status CRTD of the Inspection Lot.I check the Status of the Inspection Lot 10000000005 and found that it's Status was CRTD CHCR SPRQ.My question was how to change the Status CRTD of the Inspection Lot?

CRTD means ...
In material master QM vew-inspection setup->Inspect with task list tick is there.
Now to change status,
Go to Qp01>create a task list for material(If not exists)>remember date of creation of task list must be prior to date to creation of inspec lot
If task list is created/exists>go to QA02.<inspection specification -->click on Inspec Spec
and attach task list
go to sample tab....click on sample.
Now save it.
Status will change to REL

Posting goods from quality to unrestricted status CRTD CHCR......

I have one issue.
In QA32 my lot is in CRTD CHCR SPRQ. I have not made quality plan for that.in MM01,quality view i activated inspection type 01.
now in mmbe stock is showing in quality.
i want to do transfer posting from quality to unristricted stock.i dont want to use quality plan assign to that lot.
I tried MB1B movemet type 321. i am getting error Change the inspection stock of article 1111030200267 in QM only.
Is any way to do that,transfer posting.

Hi,
As your lot has been at CRTD status you need to released by assigning inspection plan.
In QA02 --change inspection lot or in QA32 select lot line item & click on inspection lot so that you can be able to enter in change lot.
In which you can assign your inspection plan ,you will find icon inspec tasl list ,click on same icon.so that you will get message inspection plan assigned , .If system wont allowe you then same screen usage ( You have to select same usage by which you created inspection plan.)
Save the transaction & refresh the QA32 screen

Quality lot clearance

I have punched one finish good production. The non availability of quality plan it went to CRTD mode. now I have created the QPlan and wanted to assign this plan in already punched lot to convert in REL mode.
But when I clicking on Tasklist v Spec tab through QA02. System is not reading the data.
The system status for material is CRTD CHCR SPRQ and User Status is IMAT.
Pl. let me know how I can changed these status.

Hi,
Pl. check whether you have made Inspection Plan in QP01 with proper Usage i.e. it should be FG GRN Inspection. And also check it should be valid from the date of Inspection lot.
Then go to QA02 ---> for your inspection lot go to Inspection specifications tab & click on Task list/spec. so your inspection plan will be copied under Assigned specifications.
Check & revert for the same if any issue.

Recurring inspection lot status "created" changed automatically to "Release" without change history

Dear Experts,
I observed that for few materials recurring inspection lot (inspection lot origin 09) status from "CRTD CHCR SPRQ" to "REL CALC SPRQ PRSI" changed automatically without manual interruption.
I have thoroughly checked the change documents in status management, but the there is change history found.
can anyone help me understand the root cause of the issue?

Note : System status CRTD because there is no Insp.plan master data for particular material
Check & create Inspection plan for material & also check the Material master QM view Insp.set up tab.
Suppose if already created Insp.plan for material,then you need to assign Insp.plan manually in QA32 select the insp.lot line & click change Insp.lot icon in Header ,click spec.& save
Then system status change from CRTD to REL.

BTW, the sampling procedure in Inspection Plan is a read-only field, but empty inside.

Dear in your case there is no Inspection plan was attached to the lot so attach the plan and make lot status to REL then only you can do Results Recording.
Inspection plan gets auto assigned to availble inspection plan on respective date if you enabled the inspction with tasklist and automatic assignment boxes in relevant inspection types in MM QM view for this Inspction plant should be made avaialble in stsyem before any lot created which can be created QP01.
If it is not getting assiged automatically then you can assign it manually by QA02 here go to inspection specification tab click on Task list assignment the go to sample tab and click on sample and SAVE Inspection plan will be attached to inspection plan.
Once inspection plan is the lot status you can see REL before assignment of a plant it would be CRTD.

Found nothing related to my Question , i.e, system status in qa32 .
When an Inspection plan is not made then System Status for a material is   CRTD CHCR SPRQ.
After an Inspection Plan is created then the System Status changes to   REL CALC SPRQ.
This kind of material is required for all the stated System Statuses.

Hi
It seems there is inspection plan created for this material. You can create inspection in QP01 transaction and maintain usage 5 (Goods Receipt) and status 4 (released) in the header inspection plan.
Once plan is created, go to QA02 (Change inspection plan) and enter inspection lot. Click on inspection specification tab, change key date to current date and click on task list/spec. button, Then plan will get assign to inspection lot. Save the inspection lot. Once again if you go to QA03 (Inspection lot display), you can find system status is chnged tp CRTD to REL.
Then you can able to enter results recording and usage decision for the lot.

Insp lot- results recording

Hi, activated qm for procurement. po generated and gr done and insp lot no taken from md04. pls note that the sys status here is crtd, chcr, sprq shows in MDO4 for that insp lot details.while searching same insp lot no in qe51n, it gives the message "no entries found". pls advise how tosolve and to do rsults recording.

Check Whether you have created the Inspectionplan for that material(QP01 for creation). If not create it.
And Check In Material master -
> Inspection type deatiled view whether auto. Assignment Check box is selected or not. If not , Select it.
Now Onwards the Created Inspection lots will be released Status and you can do result recording for them.
For Existing Lots with CRTD Status do the following steps.
1) Create Inspection Plan(QP01)
2) QA02 -> Inspection lot change> Insp.Specification Tab> Click On Task list/specification push button> It will Auto matically assign the Inspection plan and then Inspection lot get convert into Release Status. Then Save it.
Noe you can do the result recording for it.
