SAP QM MM overview

Question

hi Gurus,
Actually i am learning SAP QM Module module  and i maintain
Creation  Material  - QM view
Creation of Quality Information Record
Change of Quality Information Record
Create Inspection Method
Create Master Inspection Characteristic
Creating Sampling Schemes
Creating Sampling Procedure
Creating Dynamic Modification Rules
Creating Inspection Plans
Creating Manual Inspection Lots
Record Usage Decision
After creating the above config when i raise the PO and good reicept it will done normal as general Good reciept , actually i didnt have a concept in my mind what the thing are reflected when Raising a PO and GR
Please suggest what the senarios are coming in PO and good reciept for QM side , if i make any mistake please tell

Hi,
when you are creating GR system will generate Inspection lot in background as per info ginen in material master if it is not generating Inspection lot then in material master quality info. is not been maintained.
to enable the material master for quality management, follow the procedure as..
1. MM02, enter your material code,  from selection view screen select quality management screen.
in quality management  screen , in procurement data screen activate the QM proc. active indicator, enter the QM control ket  like 0001, then click the Insp. setup button.... In Insp. setup data screen, click create button--> enter Insp. type 01 & activate active indication and dont do any things othere, come out from this screen and save the material master.
2. Create the Inpection plan using QP01 for task list & Operation.
3. create GR.
system will generate Inpection lots now.
now you have to take the action as per subsequent transaction....try to refers sap help mat.   help.sap.com
