SAP report

Hello Gurus
We have populated our Legacy Asset no in one of the filed in Asset Master data. This field is in ORIGIN Tab by the name "Type Name".
I want to extract the report based on Legacy Asset no for all APC and Dep values to validate the data. Can someone guide me how to extract this kind of report.

Here is what you need to do. Go to OAVI and create a new sort variant making sure you have the field "Type Name" included among other things that you want in the report output.
Now, go to any Asset balance report ex; S_ALR_87011963 and go the dynamic selections and choose Type name. Enter/Paste the legacy nos. you want to select. Fill in other parameters in the initial screen making sure you use the new sort variant that you created. You should be able the see the desired output when you execute the report.

I would like to use a standard SAP report to give me a list of all the movement types (much like MB51) but instead of material I would like to select on Material type e.g. ROH. The result should for example be a list of the movement types 501 on material type ROH.

I have managed to join the two tables and created a report that will work, except that the amounts in local currency that is given by movement type 201 is not negative (as in MB51). I need all movement types that generate a debit must be shown as a negative value. Wo when I summarize all the movement types I end up with the value of 101 minus 201.
Is that possible without ABAP programming?

Open an HTML file from a SAP Report

Hi all!
I would like to open an HTML file, that`s in a local directory of my PC, from a SAP Report.
It is an alv list, where I have added a pushbotton. And I would like to code the utility of open a local html file, when someone push it.

Is there a SAP report that shows a list of sales orders on which pricing conditions have been changed.
My knowledge is:
Review pricing condition transaction data table (KONV) helps is some way.

I don't know any such a report, but I guess you can play arround with table CDPOS.
Change doc. object = VERKBELEG
Table Name = KONVC.
Actually this will take lot of time.

Creating a new column in SAP reports

Hi All,
I need to add a new column in, Financials --> Financial Reports --> Accounting --> General Ledger. When I try to create a column, it says Column already exists.
Kindly advise me if it is possible to add new columns in SAP reports.

Hi Satish,
you can't add a column to a system matrix using UIAPI - the only way is to add a userdefined field

Exporting data to Excel 2007 from SAP report

Dear all,
Earlier we used to have Excel 2003 and while downloading data from MC.9 Report - Export - Transfer to XXL, we could able to download the data.
Now we have installed Excel 2007 and trying to download the data from MC.9 report, its opening excel, but no data is being copied,,, blank excel sheet,,,, further we could not able to download the data.
Is there any setting need to be done in SAP reporting or excel 2007 to download the data to Excel 2007.

Pl. go through the following step.
1. Execute MC.9
2. Select (click on) key figure column
3. Select Time series Button (CtrlShiftF4)
Now seperate window will come.
4. Select the button Save to PC file (shift+F8)
By this procedure you can download to excel

SAP Report for banking

We are using same bank account number for wire payments and ACH payments and Bank account balance displays payment for both payments but i would like to see balance with respect to payment method.

SAP report to see orders who have been TECO'ed

Hi All,
I am looking for a sap report to see all the orders that have been TECO'ed by date & plant. I know i can use COOIS & CO26 but i need something that will give me more options to exclude report output by more status types. Using these reports i can only select upto 2 statuses(for instance include status 'TECO' & exclude status 'OPEN'). Any help would be greatly appreciated & duly rewarded.

THis can be easily done in COOIS screen in the header level status option just maintain TECO and in the next TAB right to it write OPEN and mark exclude.

There is no standard report available to compare purchase order price cost and standard cost of a material.
You can check if FBL3N helps to resolve your purpose or not. Or else you have to make a customized report with the help of ABAP'er on the informations based on the following tables.

Requirement Standard SAP Report on Total Purchase Order Value

Dear Friends,
Could u please suggest is there any standard SAP report. Requirement has given belwo.
I required if we have account assignment Category A as one of inputs, we will get the reqd output " Total Purcchase order value."
Note 1) Total Purchase Order Value means - Basic price + taxes + Charges (Freight + Other charges - Discounts etc)

Report: RFKABL00 SAP Report - Display Changes to Vendors
In R3, we can run this report either from:
1) SE38 or
2) "Change Vendor: Initial Screen" (i.e. FK02) -> Environment-> Account Changes-> All Fields-> Environment-> Multiple Display.
it shows all the updates dates & who changed the information, i wanted to use these info into my Program. but don't know what table its using to fetch update date & time and changed fields. LFA1 has only recent change.
Can anyone have some idea what table i can use for these change History.

Searching SAP Report to create new entries in IT 1001

hello,
due to some changes in our FI / CO system we have to create new relationships between cost centers and org. units.
Does anyone know a sap report which could help here?
I only knew reports to delimit relationships and / or objetcs but i found nothing to create!

Not come across any such report that creates the OM relationship in Infotype 1001. If its a big number of entries, it would be worth writing a bespoke upload program for table HRP1001.

How to copy standard SAP report to a Z report?

Hi All,
Guys, I have a requirement to copy an standard SAP report and make some changes to it. Please let me know how to copy a standard SAP report as a Z report. Is there any simple way or will I have to open the source code and copy it into the new Z program? If that is the case, how will I copy the screens and related PBO/PAI events?
Please provide me a step-by-step solution.

Hello Madhur,
As Raja had said, yuo could just copy the program from SE38. But just remember a few points:
1. If the standard report is being used in some other programs, then there's no way you can make your Z-report get used in all such instances. I suspect that you may not want to do that anyways, but just in case.
2. Just also check out if the standard report you're talking about has any INCLUDE programs within it. If there are too many standard INCLUDEs in the main report, then you might have to decide whether you need to copy all of them too, or let them be as they are.
3. You are likely to have some problems with the text-elements and translation that may have been maintained for the original report.
I have experienced some problems with respect to the second and third points in the past, so it is worth it to be a bit careful.
