SAp reporting error

HI,
I am getting below error message when i tried to pull a report by using T.Code S_ALR_87011795
May i know is this a functional or technical error.What need to do for this.

Hi Rafi,
Did you manage to import the report via GR59?
Transaction GR59 allows you to import definitions of reports from SAP reference client - 000.
Looks like in your case someone has deleted some SAP standard definitionds (variables).
Importing report with dependent objects should ssolve the problem.

When you change the Remark manually in Documents that remark wont display in SAP Reports if that remark is updated one.
But if you are putting remark manually at the time of adding document then this remark will be shown.
So remark always displays from the Journal Entry form and not Marketing Document transaction form.......

Before developing report on SAP Payroll error log I suggest taking a look at below blog. There is a new functionality from SAP to improve payroll data validation and they are calling it "Control Center Add-On".
This is going to be a free add on for anyone who is on EHP7 and NetWeaver on 7.4 release. The general availability is June 2nd 2014.

Sap b1 Crystal Report error

I reinstall Crystal reporting on SAP.
1. Remove in Add ons manager
2. Uninstall SAPCrystalSetup.
3. Install SAPCrystalSetup.
4. Register SAP in Addons.
5. Publish SAP report.
But in viewing the report, I got this error titled "Microsoft .NET Framework"
Body message error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.... "Retrieving the COM class factory for componenet with CLSID {D7F5D7C3-B06C-4CAC-BC47-A06E 66D 2EE9B} failded due to following error: 8007007e"
Please help me on this one.

Crystal report error on Target Machine

We have to provide application exe to our clients. The application is developed in Visual Studio.Net 2010 and by using SAP crystal report CRforVS_13_0. Client must be able to fire reports on their target machine on which the Dot Net framework and u201CCRforVS_redist_install_64bit_13_0_1u201C run time utility is installed. But it gives a crystal report error on the target machine.
Our development and target machines have Win 7 Professional, 64-bit OS installed.
Kindly provide us with an appropriate run time version for target machine in order to fire reports or any other solution in order to make our project work on target machine.

We have already taken care of the points which you mentioned in your reply on development side. Also, we have downloaded crystal report from the link which you posted but on DEPLOYMENT side we are unable to run reports from our application.
It gives the notification when we try to install crystal report on a target machine as "You must have visual studio 2010 installed in order to install the crystal report".
The DEPLOYMENT problem we are facing is in RUNTIME environment on TARGET machine. Our TRAGET machine has properly installed Win 7 Professional 64 bit, .NET Framework Ver 4 and CRforVS_redist_install_64bit_13_0_1 . We also have properly installed application on this machine. We got no errors while installing any of the above. The problem starts when we fire a report on target machine from the application.
We get the error as "The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an exception"
So, we are looking for an appropriate RUN TIME version of Crystal Report which can be installed on the target machine to fire reports (where visual studio 2010 is not installed).
Please help suggest an exact version to download for target machine and the steps if it has a specific procedure.

Error while printing (SAP spool error)

I have configured a printer of type 'C : Direct Operating System Call'. On printing a page, an error occurs with the following log entries

The 46c system prints just fine, on the ECC 6.0 systems; I can not get the printers to work. I have made sure that the hosts file on the ECC server has the printer host address, and I get the following error back:

Communication channel reports error after system restart.

We have third party adapter Aria installed in our PI 7.1 system and whenever systems is restarted interface is reporting errors
in default trace and communication dies. but after we manually activate each time it works properly.

Can we create a SAP report for all messages displayed inRWB

We are planning to create an SAP report (in XI or R/3) which will display the status of all the messages in the XI adapter engine. I wish to know if this is possible and if yes, then can someone throw some light on it.
<b>Scenario:</b><u></u>
Inbound XML messages are coming to XI from legacy system and finally are sent to R/3 from XI.
In R/3 and XI we have SXMB_MONI or SXI_MONITOR to see the overall status of the message pipeline. However if there are some adapter issues, the messages are stuck in the adapter and never get shown on SXI_MONITOR. Only way to see these messages is through RWB.
So can we create a report in R/3 or XI which displays such messages stuck in RWB .

alerts can be triggered for RWB errors also. So when it is triggered there will be an entry in tables related to alert. from there u can read and make use of it in a table. there are workaorunds which we need to explore. to read the text from sxmb_m,oni there are f/n mod aviable...not able to get one but can be found in debuggin

Custom SAP report used to display an average standard cost per material.

I need to implement a report with the following functionality,
This is a custom SAP report used to display an average standard cost per material. Standard cost data is stored in SAP at the Material/Plant level. This report will gather the individual Standard Costs at each applicable plant (restricted by selection screen input and additional logic specified in more detail in the u201CReport Fieldsu201D section) for applicable Materials (restricted by selection screen input; if not specified all materials should be returned) and calculate an average standard cost for each material. The corresponding Currency and Base Unit of Measure will also be displayed.
Additionally the relevant u201CCommodity Code/Import Codeu201D information should be displayed for each material returned. This attribute is also stored at the Material/Plant level. To determine the value of this field for each relevant material, the report logic must retrieve the values stored for each plant. If all values are the same, the value can be output to the report. If not all values are equal, a message u201CNot Consistentu201D should be output. It should be noted that if all values are u201Cnull,u201D a null value should be returned in the report.

XL Reporter Error - Error Starting Excel! Cause: (Retrieve Excel Interface)

Hi all experts,
My customer is running SAP B1 8.8 PL13, with MS Office 2003.
One of the workstation is encountering XL Reporter error when trying to generate XL Reports.
Error starting Excel! Cause: (Retrieve Excel Interface) Automation error
Library not registered.
I have tried checking the Excel Macro security setting, COM-Addins, changing Excel.exe.config file to use .NET Framework 1.1. But the error still persists.
I have also tried uninstall SAP B1 client, remove SAP folder, the reinstall B1 client again, but the error still exist.
Any other idea except reformatting PC?

When trying to start the add-on XL Reporter after installation, the user gets an error message:
"Unable to connect to XL Reporter,

Reason and Prerequisites
This is because the old stand-alone version of XL Reporter previouslyhas been installed on the company database you are trying to use. This version used the partner code SAP, while the add-on version uses the code SBOOEM. The installation does not recognize this as an upgrade.
Solution
Start the Enterprise Manager from the Microsoft SQL Server program folder on your Start menu. Browse down to your Business One database, expand and choose tables. Right-click the table called ixtdbversion and choose Open table -> Return all rows. In the column 'Partner' change the text from SAP to SBOOEM and press Enter. Close the Enterprise Manager and start the add-on. The XL Reporter information in the database should now be upgraded.
Note: The report definitions created on the old stand-alone version, will probably not function straight away, as changes has been done to the Meta database. You should therefore edit the definitions before you start using them in production.

RFC PTRA_WEB_CUSTOMIZING_GET reported errors

Dear Experts,
One user of the Travel Application(ESS portal) is getting the error "RFC PTRA_WEB_CUSTOMIZING_GET reported errors".
This error has been reported previously in this forum (another member) and a fix has been released through the note 954108.
When i checked that note the corresponding changes has already been done in our webdynpro component.
Any idea why this error is occuring still?

This could be the problem:
The date that is passed to the RFC PTRM_WEB_CUSTOMIZING_GET is from
the J2EE engine where our travel application is running.
In your case it seems that this date is wrong.
Could you please verify that
a) The time and date setting of your J2EE is correct ?
b) Check whether the date provided in field I_DATE of RFC PTRM_WEB_CUSTOMIZING_GET remains always the same (you assume it is always the date of the last J2EE restart)
You can see the Time and Date in the J2EE in the start page for SAPMMC. The actual Date and Time from the J2EE is taken from the Date and Time of your Workstation computer.

Displya image through SAP Report ?

Dear experts,
I have requirement to Display images witch is store in local PC, and the image output will display as sap report.
Each time user captures the image of material before entering, the material in our plant and this image is saving into the local image server and we have provided entry screen through which user can enter the local image server path, and this path is saving into the SAP tables.
Now we want to prepare a report to view these images in SAP from the local path.
Note: We are not saving these images in SAP server, only path of these images we are saving.
Please help me to solve this issue.

IF Condition in a PL/SQL Script give a report error.

Hello, Im German and I hope you can unterstand my Question.
First, I work with the HTML DB Version 1.6.0.0.0.87 and the Oracle Version 9.2.0.6.
I create a SQL Report, where a PL/SQL Script return the SQL Statement for the Report. This is my source-code, I have short it...:

This Script include a IF-THEN condition. The Condition is true and the sql-String-Variables are updatet.
I can get the string with htp.print() and the Statement is OK.
The report get a Error report error: ORA-1403: no data found. If I copy the printet sql String in a new Report Region with SQL String, the Report is OK. When I write IF(true) instead of IF( Condition) the Report is OK, too.
I try ist with Varibalen V(name) and with :name. Its always the same problem. I cant use IF-THEN-Else Conditions in a Script.
Please help me and say me what is the problem???

Hi Simona,
In the sql region below the region source see that you have " Use Generic Column Names (parse query at runtime only)" check and not " Use Query-Specific Column Names and Validate Query".
This error you usually get when you have a mismatch in your report heading.
