Dear All
I m planning to pursue SAP S&D or MM module from next month. But I m confused after completion of course what is the scope of placement? What will be the starting package ? As i do not have any experience in SAP before. I've completed my B.Com recently. I m interested more in office job not marketing. So dear members please guide & advice which course is more beneficial for me for upcoming career ?

as far as I know there is no book on SAP Healthcare available.
You can enrole into some training (more infos [in this blog|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/7585]), read the online help at [http://help.sap.com] or at best learn it on the job by finding a company which implements or runs IS-H or i.s.h.med.

Deployment of SAP Internet Sales/E Commerce module

Please let me know whether SAP Internet Sales / E Commerce module comes by default in an ECC 6.0 installation.
Also if yes, please provide me with some guides/documents on configurations to be done in ECC for making the SAP IS module functional.

You will not get SAP Internet sales Software Components while installing ECC, You need to deploy sca files externally.
You need to download sca files from service market place.

Goto Downloads -> SAP Software Distribution Center -> select Search for Support Packages and Patches
try to get below sca files using search key:
eg: for SAP-SHRJAV.sca file search with shrjav
o SAP_JTECHS.sca
o SAP_BUILDT.sca
o SAP-JEE.sca
o SAP-SHRJAV.sca
o SAP-SHRWEB.sca
o SAP-SHRAPP.sca
o SAP-CRMJAV.sca

I always wanted to ask the expert before I take a jump on my career, can any one please help me. To give you a little back ground on my profile, before I ask the Golden Question. I am currently not working and have a solid 3 + Years of Exp in Recruitment and post recruitment.
Which is the best certification SAP HCM or Oracle HCM Module?
Can any one answer the above question with lot of data keeping the current MARKET Condition?

Hi,
Go for SAP HCM. Eventhough Oracle is taking over many companies, SAP still prevails.
My suggestion is that, first you try to get a job in your domain. It's better if you join a company who practices SAP. So that, you can have first hand experience on the SAP HCM/HR.
Then try doing the Certification.
You would have taken certification, if you were a fresher. As such you have 3+ years exp.
Generally for any job opportunity, employer will look for the candidate who is currently working if he is not a fresher.
While you working you can get certification with eLearning. Now so many institutions are offering this. Also, the fees is 50% less.

Where can I get a list of SAP released "remote enabled" fuction modules?

Dear All,
We are developing some java program remotly do automatically configration check, secuirty check, reporting ... for SAP NW 7.0 based system without creating any program/functions inside ABAP.
I know that, not all the checks can be done by java code (some has to be done manually) but do you have any suggestion to help me get a list of SAP released "remote enabled" fuction modules together with some explainations?

Go to Transaction BAPI.
There you will find BAPIs related to all Modules.
All BAPIs are RFC enabled

Yes i possibly feel there are some more services which are not activated in the system.
Try using Transaction NWBC in SAPGUI & then follow the various Applications to to reach to appointment booking.
Once NWBC opens follow the service advisors cockpit. /DBM/SERVICE_ADVISOR.
Step by step it will first ask you to search vehicle / customer & then once vehicle is searched you can continue to proceed to appointment application to book an appointment
Ensure the master data is set up for the vehicle & customer to be able to search in the service advisors cockpit
Ensure you have all the roles of the assigned to your user id these application appear in the your users menus.

Update sap table using a function module call by php code

I m trying to update the table VBAP using a function module ZZ_SET_DISTANCE call by a php code.
But I have this problem:
the saprfc seems to work well but when I look to the table VBAP the fields have not been update.
I tried the function module in debug mode and it work good. The fields are update.

I need some help. I'm trying to integrate the LSO with the SD module, I know that there is a way to do it. The idea is to charge for trainings and to be able to even sell there trainings. Does anybody knows how to activate this integration and if there is any documentation about it?

Also, you really need to understand the infotype time constraint concept. These function modules will provide you with multiple ways of accessing data to save time.

            My problem was solved.But I have used GUI_DOWNLOAD.
    But i want to place the file name with increasing order number.
Just like suppose 1st i am placing file name as PO000051.txt
next time the file name has to be placed with increasing order like PO000052.txt
I am generating the number in my program actually i am using like this.If i keep file name as
190.0.18.65\qdls\ITGSAP_P\PO000052.txt means only it will place only that file how to increment that number. i am not getting.

Modifying standard SAP screen and PAI/PBO modules?

Hi,
I have a SAP screen in which we need to dipplay and populate a Z-field. For this particular screen I haven't found any suitable user-exit or BAdi, so what are my options for moifying the screen? Is there some modification flag or modification assistant in ABAP Screen Painter that can be used so that future SAP support packages and additions will detect the change made to the screen (so that the modification isn't overwritten in future releases)?
