Sap script for sales order

I copied RVORDER01 to Z, made changes. Now I need to convert it to landscape format. I did it in basic settings DINA4 L, but when I see in print preview of sales order, it still shows portrait. I see my changes but except landscpae. Do I need to do anything else to see print preview in landscape?

Hi,
If the Script is ready with all the programming done for data display, then it can be associated with Sales Order using transaction 'NACE'.
Goto 'NACE'.
Select Application as 'V1'.
Press Output Types button in the application toolbar.
Select any output type which u need to associate with uir Sales Order say BA00.
Double click on Processing routines on the left.
This will give u a table in which there will be multiple output options.
In the Print output, specify ur Driver Program and the Form Layout name.

use sap script form medruck for PO
SmartForm /BPR3PF/MMPO_L is the standard delivered Purchase Order in 4.6c
Transaction code m/34 allows you to associate your 'Y' copy of the standad PO to your included company specific PO requirements such as company log graphic and other particulars.
Go to transaction OMFE. Tell me what you see there for the output type you are interested in. Let me take the standard output type NEU. The entry looks something like this.
NEU Purchase order 1 SAPFM06P ENTRY_NEU MEDRUCK.
The first one is your output type, next is its description, next is the medium, then the program, routine, and the form name.
You already copied the layout MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK. Now copy SAPFM06P to ZZSAPFM06P. Now ENTRY_NEU routine is in the include FM06PE02. You need to make your changes here to accommodate for the new field. So copy this include to ZZFM06PE02 and make your changes. Also, in ZZSAPFM06P, change the line where it says INCLUDE FM06PE02 to INCLUDE ZZFM06PE02.
Now in this routine ENTRY_NEU, there is a function module call ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING which reads in the PO data from the tables. We need to copy this function module as well as this is where you will do your extra selections for the new fields. You will do the same with the other function call ME_PRINT_PO, if you need to change anything on the print.
after this to define output type...
NACE
You can track the form and the print program used for that form
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table

Condition records in NACE?
EX--in simple terms..take a transaction say ME21N ( Purchase Order ), u can see a Print icon there. now when u click on this icon, it has to print the PO document. Now how does it do that? when u click Print, the control gets transffered to a print program, now which program gets triggered is decided by what program name u specify in NACE.
So in NACE>EF>Output Type>NEU>processing routine--> u can see some standard program already configured( maybe SAPFM06P n form MEDRUCK )..these are the programs n sapscript that gets executed wen u say "PRINT" in the transactrion...so u can customise the print program for customer changes over here by copying the standard program n form into a Z/Y one and replacing the program names in NACE.

SAP Mobile Sales 2.0 delta load issue for Sales Orders

Hello,
we have used Mobile Sales 2.0 with a Windows app for a while now. Our current issue is that sales reps won't see any historical sales order data on their devices.
Background
Due customer requirements, we need to make small changes to customer master data attributes and reload all customers from ERP to CRM. Then we ran delta loads (MAS_PARTNER followed by all other objects) to DOE, in which virtually all 5000+ customer accounts were compared. The delta load ran for about 3 days (some performance bottleneck we haven't located yet).
During the delta load, data on devices was inconsistent. Accounts were missing and all transaction data disappeared. After the delta loads, all accounts and contacts are OK, save for a few. Data from activities (appointments, tasks) have reappeared, as they should. Only sales orders won't reappear. The sales orders exist in the backend and belong to active accounts and sales reps.
Settings and troubleshooting so far
We don't have any limitations for sales orders in CRM Sales Mobile configuration.
We've run delta loads for all objects in transaction SDOE_LOAD.
MAS_CUSTOMIZATION etc seem fine.
We've re-run initial load for sales orders from CRM.
In the test system, we've even reinitialized the whole CDS database on DOE and on the devices, then re-ran the loads.
Checked steps suggested in discussion
SAP CRM 2.0 initial load issue
Historical sales orders (those created before the master data reload) exist in the backend, but don't show up on the device.
If I change one of those historical sales orders in the backend, it gets sent to the device.
If I create a new sales order in the backend or on the device, it is saved and replicated just fine.
To sum it up, it seems DOE is unable to identify the sales orders relevant for replication.

First Doubt i got clarify by my self as we can go with Unwired Runtime option .
But i still have doubt in :
2. How can i Modifying the Main Menu for iOS.
i am able to customize the same for windows using files SybaseCRM.Configuration.xml file.
Same how can i do for iphone/ipad.

can any one provide me the script to insert into mtl_transactions_interface for sales order transactions. actually i have to create the transactions for all the assemblies/components of C* item (configured item). as per the standard functionality it will create only for the C* item.

If I understood your question correctly, your requirement is as follows.
You have a sales order for a configured item - say C*123.
The components of C*123 are A and B.
A and B as well as C*123 appear on the sales order.
When you ship the sales order, Oracle will create sales order issue transaction for C*123.
You would like to use the transactions interface to create sales order issue transactions for A & B.
That is wrong thing to do.
You should not create a sales order issue for A & B.
You need to BUILD C*123 by creating a work order. You need to perform WIP component issue transaction for A & B.

Hi Amol,
This feature is not there in mobile application for sales order.You need to write custom code to acheive this.
1)One way could be you need to connect to the outlook from mobile application and then access the address book(to get the phone details) and then send SMS. Ithink outlook does expose various API for sending SMS.

We need to send a mail to the customer for the Sales Order Acknowledgment. We have the Print Program and SAP Script for FAX/Print output.
We are extending this to send email also. But we would like to know what are all the parameters we need to pass for the following fields to OPEN_FORM:
MAIL_SENDER              - Type SWOTOOBJID

How to get the back order quantity for sales Order

Hi Friends,
I want to get the back order quantity for sales order . in MD04 t-code,
there is a field(MDEZ-MNG01) for Received Qty/ Required qty. But MDEZ is a structure.
I tried from MDTB table, but the table is not updated with the values in MD04.
Please guide me from which table I can get the back order Qty for sales Order
(ref: t-code MD04, MRP element = CusOrd).

Proforma Invoice for Sales Order

Hi,
Currently, SAP will generate all items using the entered SO for Proforma Invoice despite that some items already being created.
There isn't any suitable user exit to filter those checking on items being generated.
Please revert if there is any other way in doing it.

Copy routine is created in VOFM
KIndly take the help of ABAPER for the Code, example given below
