SAP Script not Zmedruck not coming in change mode
Hi all,
I have copoied the standard form medruck to zmedruck and have made some changes in the text element. But anyhow it not letting me create a new witndow, paragraph or character format. windows are coming in display mode.
Please suggest, thnks in advance .

After copying, we need to change the original language to logon language which is EN.
Enter the script in DE language...and in the Utilities--> Convert Orginal language,choose EN, and then save it. Then enter the script in EN. You will be able to make the changes.

SAP is not coming up after system refresh with Export/Import option
Hi,
I have exported Java 6.40 and finished the refresh successfully. And I imported the Java successfully. After importing Java, I restarted SAP but is not coming up. When I checked the dev_w0 trace file, I got the following information.

SAP is not coming up after installing Java Add-in
Hi,
I have installed a Java Add-in for an existing ABAP system. At the stage of "start J2EE engine" it is throwing an error message saying that Java is not coming up after 1142 seconds. I checked config tool and it is working fine. I restarted SAP. After restarting SAP, SAP is coming up and after 1 or 2 mins the disp+work is getting stopped and all the work processes are getting died. I couldn't able to understand & resolve the issue. The system is NetWeave 04. Here is the dev_w0 trace information.

PO printout is not coming after changing only line item Delivery Address
Hi
Can anybody suggest a solution for the problem?
Using ME22N , if I change the line item delivery address details to the already generated manual address number ( Not generated using Transaction MEAN)
If I save the PO then PO Printout is not coming but output message log showing " No print-relevant changes to document XXXXXXXXX exist"
We can read CDHR and CDPOS table for changes .
Is there a way to pass the parameter to the print program to Print the changes?

In IMG - Materials Management- Purchasing-Messages - Fields relevant to Print out of changes
Enter Table EKPO , Reference Field LOEKZ, tick on change print relevant for purchase order,in routine enter 03.
Now your Output will be triggered with a change indicator and you can process it using ME9F.

SAP Script not printing as viewed in preview
Hi Experts,
I have a SAP Script which is driven via RFFOUS_C Program.The script is using custom page format which is created via SPAD.
I have a wierd issue like i can see all my data in preview but when i print all the lines are not printing as viewed in preview.Its printing from top of the page till 70% and the bottom portions are not getting printed.
How can I solve this?

Please check the page format as well as printer on which are printing settings in SPAD..Do we have any custom space before and after defined...? You can also try by testing it with existing format and different printers to find the issue whether it is at script/page/printer level

Hi Everyone,
I am working on a SAP script... this sap script deals with the HIPAA certificate. Right now we are using the std. SAP transaction THIPAA to print the certificate.. when I enter the transaction THIPAA and enter the personnel number and then hit the tab "issue certificate" a new screen comes up and then again I put the personnel number there in and then execute it but after that nothing happens. So can you please suggest me what might be going wrong.

Pricing of Service Entry Sheet is not coming in editable mode in ML81N
Dear Friend,
I am trying to create a Service Entry Sheet in ML81N where selecting the red button for Condition where itu2019s all coming in display mode where as I have maintained some Z Condition to put the value or % wise.
Client requirement is put some % or value, if they want to deduct from the price from Gross Price. Though I can see that all the condition is flowing but in display mode, but there I want to select the Condition type and put it % or value.
*I have checked in configuration in SPRO>External Service Management>Pricing Condition and seen there standard procedure is there MS0000 where I have maintained one new ZCON, but I am not able to put the value while doing service entry sheet as displaying mode only in ML81N. *Hi,
the price chang emust be allowed in the corresponding PO service item on services detail, in field Price Change in Entry Sheet in case of planned services. When you create your SES against a PO with contract limits, then please set the same indicator in the contract service item.

Why Payment Guarantee procedure is not appearing in change mode

I am displaying the customer master. The payment guar field is appearing in customer master. But when I go to change mode for the customer master, the payment guar field disappears.
Can somebody throw some light on this.
Note: Pls donot send the configuration details. I have already done the configuration and double checked on the same.

Hmm.. this is rather strange. Are you sure it is not entering the SP? Can you try to cancel all operations by changing your SP (make a backup first) to:

Sales order not showing on Change mode
Dear Expert,
I have small issue, The issue is when we put sales order number on item level (VBKB_BSTKD_E) in change moode and save it. If we go back to change mode again we do not see the order number. But if we go to display mode we are able to see the sales order number.

If it is Table VBKD related updating field for item.
While updating entries in Table VBKD. The header entry of the business data (VBKD) is valid for all items. When you make change/alteration at item level is done to the business data. Then in the table the item receives a separate entry.
So, this not standard, when system not allowing to save the changes. But, there can be exception for updating this Table-Field VBKD-BSTKD_E (PO Number). Or may be there is subsequent document for this sales order.

Z table is not opening in change mode in production server.
Hi,
In development I have created BDC for Tcode SE11 for z table.
So in that BDC i have recorded like --
SE11->Utilities->Table contentes----> Create entries.
this is working fine in devlopment but this BDC is not working in Production server.
For that i have open the production in change mode and upload the bdc and again i have to close the production server.And this is very hectic work.
My problem is how to open that Z table in change mode to upload the data in production server.

I think the USER ID by which you are logging in the production server will not have authorizations to do changes in production server.
The options you have:
1. You can ask the Basis consultants to give you authorizations of change mode in SE11 transaction.
2. You can write a program which will insert data into ZTABLE using statement INSERT.
3. You can create a Table maintenance of the ZTABLE and add records using it.
best options :
2nd Option is the best option for Mass Data Upload.
3rd option is best if you need to add data in regular interval of time or you need to give this authorizations to end user to add records.

Page format for SAP-Script not working in 4.6C
Hi all,
I have a problem regarding check printing.
I am using SAP version 4.6C
The size of paper for check printing is
width = 231 mm
Height = 304 mm
So for this I have created a new page format with these details in SPAD.
Then I assigned this Page format to spool format and assigned that spool format to SAPWIN driver. I have assigned this page format to the SCRIPT that is used for check printing .
But when I am taking the print out for the check with new page format, the printer dont print till the end of page, it prints till the total amount on check and then stops there. So this creates an alignment problem when taking printout for multiple checks.
Please give some solution for this.

Bharat.I guess you are printing on dot matrix printer. If yes, try to do some physical printer settings for the dot matrix printer by following the printer manual. I guess you have to change the page size.. or set default printer settings... it may help you to solve your problem...
if not goto your device types tab in SPAD and select device types.. select your device from the list (for ex, SAPWIN) click format and goto the format that you have inserted for this device types.. double click on your format, you will see printer Indialization.. try to write code like this
set page length to 8.5 inch (=52 lines at 6 LPI)
\e\0x43\0x44
Note the above hexa decimal value can be obtained by going through the printer manual.

Oracle Data Guard, SAP instances not coming up after switchover
Dear Experts,
We have implemented Dataguard, Uisng Maximum performance with real time apply (redo log apply). Redo logs are apply from primary to standby perfectly. And the SAP Instances are up and running, when we create a user in primary its reflecting in standby server.
When i do the the switchover from primary <--> standby. There is no communication between R3 and database. I have refered the Note 400241, have not got the solution. I changed the password of the OPS$ user uisng brtools utility. Still getting the r3trans return code 0012.
O/s-Windows 2003 server
DB- Oracle 10g
SAP ECC 6.0

We are not able to activate oracle enterprise manager where the configuration is slightly simple. Is it possible to have the primary and standy database with same db_name?. SAP Script not getting transported to Production server
Hi Friends,
The office address in the Purchase Order has been changed using T-code SE71. The changes are getting transported to QA Server, but not getting transported to Production Server.
Kindly let me know why this change is not getting transported to Production server and also guide me to correct the same.

SAP is not coming up after EP installation
Hi Experts,
We are facing problem while trying to start SAP after EP installation.
Everytime we are trying to start EP the file system /usr/sap/QP1
and /tmp getting filled up. Everytime it is generating core dump files
(like core.20100309.115811.290824.0001.dmp,
core.20100309.115827.290824.0005.dmp,
core.20100309.104638.323622.0009.dmp)
under /usr/sap/QP1/JC00/j2ee/cluster/server0 and /tmp. How to resolve
this problem?
