SAP SD Standard reports in BI

Hi All,
I need all the list of standard Sales & Distribution (SD) Queries in SAP-BI. How to find that queries in help.sap.com or how to find in system or else if you any.. that is very greatful to me.
Please help on this.

just go to the query option there.
Or just go the SD domain in the business content and drag any of the cubes for the installation...you will find all the related report based on that.

4...Report of Actual Price Trend of f BRASS, COPPER, SILVER ,STEEL of Last Six Month
SAP have standard reports like this or not??

Standard report to show Raw Material which has been consume

Hi,
My plant controller would like to know for particular of raw material has been consume by which style number for particular period of time. Example:- Material A has been consume by style number A - 6 pc, B - 4 pc and C - 2 pc
Do SAP has standard report to display all this information.

Use t-code COOIS and follow below activities -
List - Documented goods movement ---> production order ---> plant ---> Execute
All the components will appear with movement type 261 and 101.
select only 261 movement type materials.
These are your RAW material which has been consumed against subjected production order.

SAP HR Headcount Reporting

Hi Experts,
We are consolidating our system and looking for optimal ways to identify the correct headcounts.
SAP provides standard reports S_PH9_46000219 for headcount. Can someone help me in identifying what is considered as a headcount from SAP standard point of view. I know different organizations may have different criteria for calculating headcount but I'm primarily interested in standard behavior. Accordingly we will decide if we can make use of this standard report.

Standard Report for 5 Accounting Books

Hi SAP Guru,
Would like to know what is the corresponding Standard Report or tcode in SAP for the following books:
1. Disbursements Journal
2. Receipts Journal
3. Sales Journal
4. General Ledger Journal
5. Cash Journal

Julie-
I don't think SAP has standard reports for all the books you have mentioned. SAP has some line item reports like FBL1N - Vendors, FBL3N - General Ledger Accounts, FBL5N - Customers and depending on your needs you will have to customize these reports. Like for example, if you want to see receipts journal you will use FBL3N and include only those GL Accounts which are responsible for receipts and similarly for disbursements.
But, there is a functionality called cash journal which if you implement will get some of your reporting needs. I have never worked on cash journal, but know it is out there.
As far as sales journal is considered, see if you can use transactions SDO1, VA05.
Also check transaction SAP1 which gives SAP Standard reports. Maybe there is some report that helps you.

Standard report to find changes in purchase contract

Dear all,
is there in SAP a standard report to find changes in contract - ME31K?
For example:
I have the contract with number AAAAA and Creation date: XXYYZZZZ. I change some header information on date: CCDDEEEE, Creation date of the change document. I need a report with input parameter Creation date of the change CCDDEEEE and output information Agreement Number AAAAA.

The changes can be seen in the contract.
Alternatively, you can use the report CHANGEDOCU_READ (in SE38) to get the change documents. The object class for all purchasing documents (RFQ, PO and Outline Agreements) is EINKBELEG.

Standard report that extract material weight

Dear,
do you know if exist in SAP a standard report that extracts information about weight from the material master data.
I don't need something particular, only extract weight information for a material.
We have not WM and MDM.

there is no standard report available.
you can do it with QuickViewer, Query , or even with SE16.
Table that holds the info is MARM.

Standard Reports issue in i-Phone

Hi experts,
We are facing an issue with Sap B1 standard reports in i-Phone. In the "Reports module", the only report that apears is the "Annual Sales Analysis (by Quarter)", while the rest of the reports that are activated in SAP B1 do not appear. In addition, when this report is selected, then a white screen appears with no data.
Has anyone faced the same issue?
SAP B1 Version: 8.82 PL5
SAP B1 Mobile Version: 1.9.6

Hi,
You can get all these fields in MB51 report by selecting the relavant fields in the selection variant. If any of the required fields are not available than you can add those in img -going tothe Inv Mgt-Reporting - Define field selection for material document list.

But I don't find the any single Standard Report in BEX.

did u try to see that reports in metadata repository
login to bi system
enter RSA1
on the left panel select METADATA REPOSITORY
select LOCAL OBJECTS
then hit Query
TRY TO find ur REPORTS WITH TECHNICAL NAME
if it exists here than u shuld be able to seee in infocube.
if that doesnot make sense
go back to LOCAL OBJECTS SCREEN
hit INFOCUBE
locate ur infocube and select it
now everything with respect to infocube active and available is visible
all char catalog, keyfig catalog, queries etc....

SAP Standard report to view the asset balance- Based on the calender year

Hi ALL
Any sap standard programs are available to view the asset balance based on the calendar year not for the fiscal year.
Asset balance report S_ALR_87011964 will display based on the fiscal year in report date. For example I want to view the September month asset balance, Any standard report to view the calendar year wise output.

Dear Gunasekar,
in Asset balance report S_ALR_87011964 you can view also a calendar year, you can enter every Reporting date in the progrm.
In RABEWG_ALV01 you can enter also a Capitalization date "from to". I think this is what you want.
