2. Assign this system to your scenario
3. Create communication channels
4. Create Sender Agreement, Receiver Determination, Interface Determination, Receiver Agreement
And for with party.
1. Create Party in Integration Directory
2. Assign business system to this party
Now when you create your scenario
1. Create configuration scenario
2. Assign this party and system to your scenario
3. Create communication channels
4. Create Sender Agreement, Receiver Determination, Interface Determination, Receiver Agreement

Which document you are talking about?
If this is a PDF file then No PDF translation tools exist, that make a new PDF, so far as I know. If the document is public you can put the URL into an online translation service like http://translate.google.com/. If it doesn't have a public URL you can copy and paste the text into it.

Issue with one Select Query in PBS Archive Translation Tool

Hi All,
Iam having X mark symbol against the select query from EKET table
This is the select query in my actual program and when i convert this using PBS Archive Translation Tool i have a X mark against this select query
SELECT SINGLE BANFN FROM EKET INTO V_BANFN WHERE EBELN = BSEG-EBELN AND
EBELP = BSEG-EBELP AND
ETENR = '0001'.
I guess i have to modify this select query because EKET table has transaction data and we cannot ignore this X mark.
Let me know if iam wrong
ALso , iam confused whether a select query with X needs to fixed or can be ignored

Russian Translations problem with Translation Tool Package

Hello Everybody.
I'm doing some translations and whenever I try to paste a Russian text into one of the messages in TTP, the app transforms the Russian characters into question marks. For example:
Предупреждение: Контактное лицо X не имеет связи с Бизнес-Партнером Y. Но Активность будет сохранена.
TTP Transforms it into:
??????????????: ?????????? ???? X ?? ????? ????? ? ??????-????????? Y. ?? ?????????? ????? ?????????.
Did anyone come across with this problem?

It looks like Translation Tool Package does not support russian character set and that's why it is displaying as '?' which means character is not recognized by the application.
Are you able to type the russian text in a note pad?? If you can type and text is proper, Operarting System is able to recognize russian characters, and not the TTP.
If it displays '?' in the notepad also, it means OS is not able to identify the Russian character set. In this case, you need to install the russian character set in the machine.
Can you please provide which CRM mobile release you are currently using. In case if you are using CRM 5.0 or above, you can translate the texts using Mobile Application Studio itself.

Alternatives to SAP GRC Tool to monitor compliance & automatic provisioning

Hello Gurus,
Not sure if this would be the right forum to ask this but surely there exist tools in the market which are viable alternatives to the SAP GRC Tool. We are a large semiconductor firm and currently manage role assignments, user provisioning and auditing manually.It is a huge cost overhead and is labor intensive.
Looking at possible alternatives?
SAP GRC Tool is a strong contender but I am trying to weigh in other options with it and their comparisons.
To your minds, what would be the biggest advantage of implementing GRC versus any other third party tool? What is the distinctive edge it provides? This is also to help me build a strong business for pushing GRC to the management.
Appreciate any thougts/ideas/suggestions, at the earliest!! Much appreciated.

GRC is a convenient grouping of solutions that have been developed and acquired over time. There are pros and cons in every application and no one can say that SAP GRC is 100% best and un comparable with any other compliance product in the market.
But, I can strongly say that GRC gels well with all the SAP flavours such as ECC and BI, and it is easy to implement, incorporate, and manage.
With the introduction of GRC 10, SAP is looking at more features and easy to manage compliance solutions. I bet you can't get A to B product comparision anywhere. I rather suggest you to look at the top ten features and advantages in different products in terms of deployment, adaptability, user friendlyness etc., and opt for the right one.

SAP XI Assessment document ?

Team,
Is there someone that have an SAP XI "Assessment Document" and will be kind enough to share it with me (and us) ?
We are developing 14 scenarios (MQ/JMS- webMethods -SAP ECC 6.0 - JAVA based application) using SAP XI.
We are wondering if a lists of <things> that must not be forgot when putting in productions theses 14 scenarios (like a check list) !
Example, would be:
1) Schedule batch job for Alert Automation
2) Schedule batch job for archiving, Alerts epuration, etc
3) Make sure that the logging / tracing are at off
4) RFC xyz must be set,
5) etc ..

We call these "red book entries" and they basically differ from project to project depending on requirements of the customer!
We Create the document as we start developing in Dev:
Idoc config, SM59 connections, user ids, urls for webservces/soaps/http, Abap Proxies, scheduling information etc
Someone else then "QAs" this document into XI Test and ERP systems(for connections), etc
And again, someone else uses this same document to get ready for pre production testing, and then all the documenation is ready for handover.
As for the Alert automation/CCMS, we do those as a post installation step.
Anything else we take as a recommendation from SAP on the Pre Go Live health-check. This is always a very comprehensive document and details Java/abap/operating system and database improvements/settings to change/make.
