SAP WAS service stopping while started.

Hi All,
I am not able to start the SAP J2EE engine service.It is stopping immediately giving the below message.
"The Service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service."
I think thats the reason there is no systems displayed in MMC.
The Sharing for the folders saploc and sapmnt was removed recently and it was working fine before that.Even if i have shared the folder again, the service is not starting.
Please suggest any solution.

What is your even log file saying? Check the status of the service file from command prompt
ntscmgr.exe query <service_name>
you can check SAP OSS Note 82751
Why did you delete those shared folders?
can you delete that particular service and then restart server and then register the service once again.

When do services fail, while start/restart the services

Hi All,
when do we have chance of services get fail while start/restart it (consider that everything is properly configured and instaled).
and How do i troubleshoot it.
can anyone come across related this issue, your experices will be helpful.

When Essbase.sec file got corrupted services will fail frequently.
If you have back up of essbase.sec then replace it and restart the services or you need to create the essbase.sec file from starting.

Unabl to start sap (DISP+WORK Stopped) While installing/importing database

Dear Experts, As iam installing/ importing windows ecc 6.0 sr3 & DB2 9.5 ( Database exported using Hetrogeneous system copy from sqlserver 2005 to DB2), All phases finished and finally start sap failed due to db connect failure and i have tried by mmc and command mode but no hope. . SAP router service not getting started

Hi,
While trying to start the saprouter serices in service.msc it is giving an error.
could not start the saprouter service on local computer.
Error: 1067 The process teminated unexpecedly
Due to this we need to start the router service at the o/s level
Is there is any option that we can re-install the saprouter services.?

My mac book stops while starting up

I hat to force the computer to stop by pressing the on/off button a few seconds, because it was stalled.
Now, when starting up, after a few minutes it stops alone. I see the grey apple, the turning wheel and a progress bar that goes only to about 15% of its length.
I tryed also starting in safe mode, but with the same results.
I am travelling and don't have the disks with me.
I am running OS Lion.
Can somebody help?

I assuming you are on 5.0.2. If so, please refer to chapter 3(Pre-installation) of the install document, specifically the setup of the automation server user. The stated error indicates that the automation user info you entered into the installer does not match up with the entries in the pre-install steps.

CE560 service stopping and starting

I started recieving these error logs lately and have narrowed the problem down to being hard drive related. Some of the errors are:(sh disk) disk01: Problematic; (sh flash)Your software installation appears to be incomplete; (sh disk)You need to check cable or replace it, then run "disk recover" command from CLI and re-install software.
It seems that I need to reinstall the image but can't find Version: ce560-5.0.3
Anyway I can run some type of disk check? Also the storage of the disk is 100% and of course 0% free. How do I free up space?

The SAProuter service failed to start due to the following error:

I installed the SAP router 710 on windows server 2003 NON_SAP SYSTEM. I installed it successfully using the command:
>ntscmgr install SAProuter -b c:\saprouter\saprouter.exe -p "service -r"
But when trying to start the service I am facing this error:
"SAP router service failed to start due to the following error: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".
I removed and reinstalled it, but again when trying to start the service facing the same error.
Plz help me in resolving this issue and also let me know using which user I need to start the SAPRouter Service(Local System Account or any other account) . Do the needful as the matter is urgent

The version that I am using to install is SAP Router 710 on windows 2003 x64, I have to installed the SAP router on non SAP System.
now when I am trying to start the service, it is giving an error as mentioned above.

How to start/ restart the service in visual admin of SAP WAS 6.4?

I have installed the sneak preview version of SAP NetWeaver WAS 6.4 for default Database MaxDB. While developing a simple application to manage simple database table citymaster with 2 columns in jsp I am getting error as
Exception e com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Path to object does not exist at : java.comp.
Looking at visual admin tool for WAS 6.4 all the entries are in color blue but the last entry for 'DATASOURCE' is in RED color where 'java.comp/env/JDBC/DATASOURCE' is the jndi reference created for default DataSource.
Can any one help me that why the last entry is in RED and it that say that some error has occured or that entry is not started then how to start that?

I have checked the Visual Administrator's JNDI Registry service entry in the ejbContexts node but there is no entry for the project which I have created.
It get deployed while I right click on the project's ear file and click on "Deploy on J2EE Engine". But same as before while checking in Browserthe site gives the same error...

Just check out your filesystem/ directory have sufficient space.
Do paste us dev_rd as the error above " NiIRead: SiRecv failed for "
pasted looks like system uanble to access SAP gateway.

Try it in another vehicle see if it still happens, at least you can narrow it down to your phone or the car. My 4s play totally fine, I have never had any of those issues. Maybe its time to restore your phone and start over. I would also have someone else play their Iphone in your car, see if it happens to them. Or try yours in someone elses car. Good Luck!
