Sapapo/sdp94 - GR/GI issue problem

Dear Experts,
After doing a deployment run by sapapo/sdp94, it is creating a process goods issue record. Actually it shouldnt create as per standard. Because in /sapapo/mat1 GI processing time filed is blank. When it has value it should show the process goods issue record.
Can any one have ideawhy it is creating process goods issue in sdp94 when we look product view.
My observation is that there is one field activity type is setting with "i" what does it mean?

As per my knowledge without GI issue time in mat01 it shouldn't create the process goods issue in sdp94 when we run the deployment.
But for me it is creating, I couldn't find why it is happening>

but when I try to launch the "interactive demand planning" (transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94) the system does not respond (the system shows a "sandglass" for ever...)
If I logon on the ERP 2005 system all transactions work fine.

Changing labels in /sapapo/sdp94.
   I want to change the labels in /sapapo/sdp94 for the same i found an exit EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLMCP2_006 (APODM006).
   Problem is the control is not reaching the EXIT; i set up a breakpoint over there but still it doesn't reach there.

Hello, make sure you activated the user-exits properly. Then you set a BP at FM /SAPAPO/MC_PERDY_GET in SE37 in below coding:
* User-Exit?

Authorization In IDP - (/SAPAPO/SDP94)

Dear Gurus,
We have created one authorization object which has 7 fields. This object will be assigned to roles and roles in turn will be assigned to users.
<i>Now when the user goes In the Interactive Demand Planning (/SAPAPO/SDP94) transaction he will be seeing the first screen.
The user can click on the shuffler and makes some selection and fills the values in the fields below and clicks the TICK button , at that time it checks the authorization object and if the values are there in those fields(Authorization Object Fields) then it allows him to go in , otherwise it says NO AUTHORIZATION.</i>
This was done by using BAdi.

Now if the user only makes the selection only on the shuffler and clicks TICK all the values are getting displayed in the Selected Object list.
How is it possible to restrict the value in the ALV list based on his Authorization Object.</b>
Is there any Enhancement available for this, if yes please explain how to use that.

Hi Rajiv,
You can use the same BADI definition /SAPAPO/SDP_SELECTOR (Method : SELECTION_CHECK) for performing this. Based on the your output from the Authorization Object modify the parameter IT_SELECTION accordingly. Pls let me know if you have any issues.

Issue / problem adding audio in Presenter 7 (PowerPoint 2010)

Since I got a new PC (Windows 7), I'm having an issue / problem adding audio in Presenter 7 (PowerPoint 2010).
It doesn’t happen every time, but randomly with many presentations...
In PowerPoint, right after I import audio (through Presenter) and click “ok”, I get the following errors:
Then, I can't get into the "import/sync/edit" mode, from the Presenter tab...
Already tried reinstalling Presenter, resaving new presentations, deleting the .ppcx/audio folders, importing the audio locally (vs from my network drive), etc.
Then sometimes, randomly, it will let me get back in and edit the audio, after numerous attempts…?!? I can't figure out what the pattern is, which is causing this new problem (never had this problem before, w/ my old PC - Win XP / PowerPoint 2003 / Presenter 6 & 7)
Anybody have an idea what the issue could be?

I tried to reproduce this issue but I am not getting any error message. Please provide us following information; this might help to reproduce this issue:-
1) You are seeing this issue in PPT or PPTX
2) You seeing this issue in newly created presentations or its just old presentation which is not working properly.
3) OS and PowerPoint version
4) If this issue is consistent on any particular presentation then please share it.
5) Can we have exact reproducible steps

Shortcut for /N/SAPAPO/SDP94

Dear Techsperts,
some sensible guys asked if there is a way I can create a short cut like "ZIDP" for loading interactive demand planning without having to type this long ugly name on command prompt or expand the menu
Tried some gimmicks on SE93 but can't figure out what dialog or report program name should I enter.. but none worked.
Is there a way out ?.

You can also try to set the /SAPAPO/SDP94 - Interactive Demand Planning as start transaction.
Whenever planners log into APO system, they will directly to jump to planning book without clicking any favorites or putting the long T-code.
You can go to header -->Extras -->set the start transaction --> /SAPAPO/SDP94.
It´s one time setting for each user then nobody require to remember anything.
Please let us know of these ideas helps you.

Hi Chandan - this is the same as in any module of SAP:
1) check SPRO
If nothing is found then do the following:
1) Goto SE24 and display class cl_exithandler
2) Enter method GET_INSTANCE and create a break point at Line 25 (CASE sy-subrc)
3) Execute SAP standard transaction and invoke the process for which you need to create custom coding
4) Your break point will stop the process in debug mode - check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will contian the name of the BADI currently being executed.
5) Continue to debug by pressing F8 to see other BADI's
6) Repeat steps 3 thru 5 for each process that you want to find a BADI for

Issues/Problems between Apex 3.2.0.00.27 and Oracle Database 9.2.0.1

I don't know what problem is.
I was planning to install Oracle Application Express into my server.
So, i made a fresh database installation with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 9i release 2 (9.2.0.1) and setting up Oracle Application Express 3.2.0.00.27 to use it with it.
The installation was succesful.
But I am having problems to create workspaces using the Admin option: Manage Worspaces --> Create Worspace.
After open these option, the page ask me to enter Workspace Name and Workspace Description.Then appears the page where I need to enter re-use existing schema, schema name, schema password and space quota. When I press the next button, the CPU increase to 100% use and the server, even when it does not freeze, stays in the last page and not move to the next want for a long long time.... more thant 3 hours.
I read at the apache logs and didn't find something to show me the possible causes of these behaiviour.

Well I think it is kind of wasted of time to try to figure it out which caould be the possible cause, once you told me that Apex works with 9.2.0.3 or higher and has an issues with earlier versions.
I already download the last release for 10g, so I hope it solve the problem and let me install and setup properly oracle application server.
I know it is kind of hard work to do to install 10g rel 2 but, well, is the only solution, it seems.

11.0.10 Update Issue - Problem saving documents - getting message "This document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (21)." The PDF documents are being created by Esker VSIFax and the problem is only occuring with updated vers

Our IBM Unix system uses a program called VSIFax (Esker) to create PDF documents such as invoices. Users that have updated to Acrobat version 11.0.10 can open the PDF but then when trying to save the document the get a message "This document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (21)." The problem is only occuring with updated version 11.0.10 (11.0.9 works fine).

A "quick" fix that worked for me was to uninstall Adobe... then download the base install for Adobe Reader 11.0.
Then download each of the individual updates and run them sequentially.
I've installed back up to the last security update which is version 08 and have been able to do normal Save As operations.
You will have to disable automatic updates in order to stay at version 08 until Adobe resolves this issue in a later release.

Driver issue-problem installing hardware

I installed the latest update to iTunes yesterday. Now, when I connect my IPod to my PC, I get the following error message:
"There was a problem installing this hardware-apple IPOD USB driver-An Error Occurred During the Installation of this device. The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request."
I have searched for an updated driver, but I keep getting the same error message as above. The iPod shows up in device manager, but with a yellow exclamation point next to it. It says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)." I've also reinstalled the driver.cab file from my Windows installation disk, but none of this has resolved this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I've resolved this issue. I used SYSTEM RESTORE to find a restore point from before I upgraded iTunes. When I went to start iTunes after restoration it didn't want to start, so I had to go to the Apple web site to download and reinstall iTunes. It seems to be working now though some of my music didn't initially sync from the library to my iPod because my computer wasn't "authorized" according to the error message. All I did then was attempt to play oe of the songs that wouldn't sync and I got prompted for my iTunes password, plugged that in and everything seems to have synced just fine.

Hi Abdul,
As such there are no issues in implemeting the AC modules.
Just make sure that you undeploy previously installed SP before deploying the new Support packages.
1. You have to upload the initial file (xml files) again in CUP and ERM. These files should be corresponding to latest support pack.
2. upload the CC 53_Messages.txt file in RAR with every upgrade.
Also restart the server after deploying any following the above steps.
For RT you can follow the note 1225960, 1060673 and make sure to restart the server after configuring the SAP Adapter.

Please try the following
1) Create a Material group for your requirement ( Log gen>Basic setting>Key fields for MMR>Mat grp)
2) Create a valuation class(MM>Valuation>Account deter>Valuation cls)
3) Assign the valuation class to the material group(MM>Purchasing>MMR>Entry aids w/o MMR)
4) In OBYC>GBB maintain VBR/valuation class/GL account
5) Use the material group in the material if u use material master or else in PO.(MM02 or ME21n)

OS X 10.5.x AirPort Dropout Issue - Problem with Apple

I am posting this as a new topic in the hope that Apple will take urgent action to resolve these AirPort dropout issues with OS X 10.5.x.
Yesterday, I installed setup a new 40GB partition on my firewire drive and installed OS X 10.5.2 (from my original installation dvd) and did all updates (via Software Update) to arrive at an up-to-date OS X 10.5.5. Only stock standard OS X 10.5.5 installed now.
Some interesting observations along the way:
1. After installing 10.5.2 the AirPort network kept dropping out or stalling.
2. Installed following updates:
- AirPort Utility (5.3.2)
- QuickTime (7.5.5)
- iLife Support (8.3)
- iTunes (8.0)
- Remote Desktop Client Update (3.2.2)
- Java For Mac OS X 10.5 Update 1 (1.0)
I did not update to OS X 10.5.5 at this time.
3. Restarted and AirPort network stable and fast.
4. Ran Software Update again - installed:
- Front Row Update (2.1.6)
- Mac OS X Update Combined (10.5.5)
5. Restarted and AirPort network stable and fast.
6. Ran Software Update again - all software up to date.
7. Repaired permissions with Disk Utility.
Everything has been going fine with connections to the internet with Safari - until this morning.
My 'clean' OS X 10.5.5 installation is now suffering from the same AirPort network dropouts - no 3rd party applications installed. Ran OK for a day, but after being shutdown for 5 or 6 hours, the problem arose following startup this morning.
Conclusion:
1. AirPort problem with OS X 10.5.x; or
2. AirPort problem with new 17" MBP; or
3. Problem with AEB 802.11n (gagabit ethernet); or
4. Problem with DSL modem or ISP connection.
Comments on item 1 - think I have conclusively eliminated 3rd party software.
Comment on item 2 - no problems indicated by TechTool Delux or TechTool Pro 4; works OK via ethernet connection.
Comment on item 3 - previously did factory reset and textbook setup on AEB. Connection via AEB 802.11g relay and remote work fine.
Comment on item 4 - fact that other computers connect OK and this computer can connect OK via ethernet rules out problems with DSL modem and ISP.
Draw your own conclusions, but I am now certain the problem is clearly with Apple.

my AEB is just 2 ms away from the MacBookPro, the AEB is brand new.
In the moment I have an ethernet cable going from the router through the house, because the AEB is unrelyable. I used all the tricks people posted and said it would solve the problem, which is not the case for me. Dropouts just continue.
With the old ufo-style extreme there was no problem at all.
So please Airport developers put effort to solve the problem and suffering of users.
