I'm getiing above error for sharing printer. In this system local administrator account its working fine but local user account is not working. I have provided admin rights also for this local user account still its not working. Please suggest and thanks in advance.

dont use the saplpd. Saplpd is not supported anymore. Please use the Frontend Printing with
control technology ( Acces Method G )
This is supported.

Hi,
You are getting the error because the printer name is greater than 40 characters.
The SAPLPD can only recognize printer names with 40 characters or less.
From the log, i believe you are using the printer BKC_7THFLR_HPCOLOR3800 ON THMUMGDCPS01 (FROM BKCDT1017) IN SESSION 11
but the SAPLPD is recognizing only till BKC_7thFlr_HPColor3800 on THMUMGDCPS01.
Try to change the printer name .. it will work

Apparently our Sandbox system didn't have a Spool server configured. That's why the error. It works perfectly in other systems.
The output device's Host Printer must be defined on the spool server for saplpd to recognize. Otherwise you see an error.

When I try to download ios 7.1.2 I am asked to enter password. When entered I receive a failed msg. The password works for iTunes.

I Am trying to download IOS 7.1.2 on my iPad and iPhone 5C. When I start the process, a window appears asking for my password. When I enter it, I receive a failed msg. The password works when I go to iTunes. I tried changing the password and still could not download ios 7.1.2 because I still received the failed msg when I entered the new password.

The passcode being requested when updating the IOS version is the 4 digit passcode(or passphrase if not set to simple) used to wake your ipad, not your Apple ID password.

N900 Application manager - Operation failed msg.

I have new N900. whenever I used to open the Application manager and was looking for updates, it was starting to check but after some time i was getting msg that there is some problem in some catalogue. But now a days whenever I open application manager it immediately gives the message "Operation Failed". But the window remains open. Even download from OVI was also not allowed before and after this message started coming.

Just downloaded Firefox - and IT WOT WORK. It wont even open up it's own support pages, I just get "secure conection failed" msgs no matter what page-USELESS!

I've just downloaded and istalled Firefox. IT WILL NOT WORK. No matter what site I try open up (included Firefox's OWN support site) I get the following:

'Connection Failed' msg when trying to connect my TX to wifi

I have a Palm TX that I bought used. The seller said it was in good order (she bought an iPhone), everything else works on it, my router is a Linksys and is working properly for the laptop. I have been on the phone and live chat with Palm support (they say they can't help). I have read the major posts about common problems (by Wyrenut, I think and on brighthand). I have done a soft reset and a hard reset with no change.
HELP! The TX picks up the signal and shows our SSID. We use WPA-PSK and I've entered the key code several times and I'm sure it's correct. The TX also will pick up signals elsewhere, such as hotels and restaurants, but still says 'connection failed'.
Is there a way to tell if it is a hardware problem? If maybe I got a lemon? (I hope not) All else works properly. I can sync, etc.
Can anyone help? If it helps, I was told it is 2 yrs old. Also, I've emailed the seller and asked if the wifi connection was working when she last used it, but nothing yet.

MAC filtering is turned off by default in just about every router. If you haven't turned it on, then it shouldn't be in effect. I don't own a Linksys, but MAC filtering should be in the Wireless settings somewhere.
When you did the resets, did you test the TX immediately without a Hotsync? If not, it may be software-related.
Are you sure the router is set to broadcast in /b mode, or "Mixed /b and /g"? If set to "/b,/g, and /n" try backing off to just b and g, no /n.

Is it possible to turn off "Internet Connect / Authentication Failed" msgs

Greetings and thank you for your time.
My network connect is set up to automatically connect wirelessly or through Ethernet...this is fine.
However, every time I open my notebook or start it up,
If my computer cannot connect through those two, (airport is off/no cable attached) it constantly sends the pop-up message: "Internet Connect / Authentication Failed". 3 times over a period of 15min.
Is there any way to turn this warning off ?
I am not trying to access a connection & Mail/Safari are closed.
It makes it frustrating when you arrive at a meeting to start a presentation and you keep getting this popup that blocks all functions till you acknowledge it and click "ok".
Any suggestions other then turning off auto connect (which I appreciate when I do turn on Airport or plug in an ethernet cable.

If all that fails, maybe get Little Snitch, it tells you when a program tries to send info to the internet so you can see what's going on in the background!

We are using Crystal Report viewer (Version 11.5) from our Web based product on Windows Server 2003.
Sometime when we run the report generating application we get the error message 'Load report failed'.
So far, we don't find any problem in our product.
Has someone experienced a similar problem?

Purchase Order Printout Problem

Hi Everyone,
Purchase Order print out is coming in one Laser jet printer and not coming in another laser jet printer.
1st printer is a Network printer so configured like this:Access method: C and host printer and host name given since it is configured in our SAP Server.
2nd printer is connected to a Notebook so, Device type: SAPWINJP, Access Method:F, and host path given.
Normal SAP Printout is coming but only Purchase order designed for Laserjet is not coming. I checked with Document type and all. No default printer assignment is given.
I have assigned this as a Default Printer in SU01.this is for your information. Error Msg im getting is here:

192.168.255.63HP_M1319 this is the Machine IP and its printer available in the LAN. Its been shared and marked as default in my Desktop.
Please give solution for this

Saplpd problem

Hi friends,
I have a problem with saplpd.
When ever my user tries to take print with the output device LOCL, the user is not getting the printout .
Following is the saplpd error messages:
"Error:StartPage failed ret=0,error =Overlapped I/O Operation is in progress
Error:Error-1 from NEWFRAME. Disk full?
Error:put_block failed at new_page[]
Error:BG:saplpd_close_dc failed,msg=808 SAPLPD:Windows Problem,siehe SAPLPD protokoll"
I checked the version of saplpd, It is 6.22
There is enough free sapce in user's laptop disk
Please suggest me the solution.

The spool & output requests are successful however, it shows "Possibly printed" in the output request log.

Please follow the below steps,
1) Go to transaction SPAD
2 Just click " Enter key"
3) And the screen will appear below and click " change" and select the printer name you want to change for exp:" LP01"
Now you can able to see the option called "Access Method"
Host Spool Access Method: F or G: Printing on Front End Computer
Host printer: __DEFAULT
Please remember in above step its two times under-scope then DEFAULT
and SAVE the entry by clicking button SAVE which I marked red colour.

Error in Script Printing

I have developed a new Script(Porchase order print), which i have assigned to ME22N through NACE.
Now i am able to see the print preview , but when firing the print the following error is shown.

Hi,
There is some problem with the system printer driver. Try to reinstall once again the printer driver.
If not able to update try to print the form from other system.
