Sapscript logo printing reverse

In a sapscript, I am using a logo. In print preview, its coming fine but when it is printed, it is coming reverse.
What could be the problem and possible solutions? I have seen some threads here related to that but I would like to know if those solutions solved their problems.
I appreciate your time and input in advance.

Hi Guy,
This is typicial issue which I never got.
He says what ever he is printing like PO,STO every logo is printing up in Reverse direction.
He is using a Network printer and funny thing is all others are also using the same printer and they are able to print it in right direction.
What could be the reasons?

i have also faced some issues like instead of the logo there is a black patch appearing but when i print its fine
but when i Reinstalled the front end it fixed the issue because there isnt any thing with the print control because others are getting it fine
there could be some update patches for front end also u should look for

SapScript Logo problem

I am having a problem with several Sapscripts that we use. We have just upgraded from 46c to ECC 6.0.
In 46c, the company logo would print and on the same line some text would also print.
Example:
LOGO Commercial Invoice Page 1 of 1
In ECC 6.0, the logo still prints correctly but I cannot get any text to print on the same line as the logo.
Example:
LOGO
All the code int the scipts are exactly the same.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Sapscript Logo upside down with reverse color

Hello experts,
In ECC6, my colleage and I tested a sapscript logo on the same black&white printer. However, the printouts came out differently. My laptop produced a correct logo, but my colleage's one produced an upside down logo with reverse color. This is the statement we used in the form. Do you know if we miss something to check for? Please help!

Hi ,
First go to se78 and check the uploaded logo in the print previw. If it is fine then instead of defining the incluide statement manually
open the window where you want to include the logo then select the path include ->Graphics then select your logo
If logo appears in the upside down then the problem is in uploading.

SAPScript Duplex Printing (SD Invoice)

Hi all gurus,
After reading some threads and as I told on this "answered" question from Manfred:

We need to print SD invoices in duplex mode.
Settings that we have changed by now:
- Sapscript: first page printmode as DUPLEX, next as default -> OK
- Since read from official SAP documentation, for sapscript duplex you don't need to change display type or device type from SPAD. So I left the one was been used. Anyway, to be sure, I change its print mode to DUPLEX. I have also check if the print control SPMDU appears on the device -> OK
- The printer we use is an OCE MP 1020 which can print on duplex mode and has PCL
- I have tried printing the text SAPSCRIPT-PRINTMODETEST from SO10 but duplex does not work. They print on different pages.
Following those instructions, I could not manage to do it.
I have some questions:
- Do we need to configure the printer locally in any way?
- About the example "SAPSCRIPT-PRINTMODETEST", do you need to configure something before testing it for duplex printing?
Could you please explain the needed steps to accomplish SAPScript duplex print?

Sapscript's print preview problem

Hi everybody!
My problem is in sapscript's print preview.
When I call the transaction directly the print preview is ok. But when I call that same transaction through a CALL TRANSACTION command from others reports, the print preview is showed as a simple report output, like it's printed with WRITE commands.
Has anyone got an idea about this?

Yes, I'd found the answer.
To solve that, when use the CALL TRANSACTION command, you have to set the parameter CTU_PARAMS this way:
CTU_PARAMS-NOBINPT = 'X'.
Doing that, the system knows that it isn't a batch procedure.

If the code is wrong then the IMAGE should be print reverse for all the Countries, but in your case it is printing reverse for only some of the countries, then ask your basis people to check the printer settings in SPAD transaction code

Logo printing issue in Smartform

Hi,
I have uploaded company logo and i am using this logo in my Z*PO smart form, during printpreview it is showing correctly (the alignment and resolution), if i print that, the logo alignment is not proper, it is coming down than what i am aligned, the placement is perfect in printpreview.
Let me know, is there any other setting that i need to make.

Sometimes if a .pdf is smaller than actual 8 1/2 x 11 or bigger, you'll either get way too much of the image and it's cut off, or the image is too small. You should also try to do this in the print driver window: Properties -> Advanced -> Image Options -> Disable "PostScript pass-through"

HP L7780 Prints Reversed Images

I have a one year old Sony Vaio computer with Windows Vista. Recently, Windows updated my operating system with Service Pack 3. Since then, my printer (HP L7780 All-in-One) sometimes prints reversed images. I do not know if this is caused by Service Pack 3 or not. My printer operates wirelessly. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might fixthis? Thanks.

I am having the same problem that you're describing with an HP L7590. I am using a Dell XPS 1330 with Windows 7 -- and it just cropped up last week. The L7590 still works fine with my Dell Latitude 430 using XP. Ideas, anyone?

Print reverse order: never works

on the print menu.. when i select print reverse order... it's suppose to print the last page first... this never works. and it seems acrobat/reader is the only one that disregards this... any way of modifying this? currently use version 9 on snow leopard

Hi,
If you have uploaded the logo from the desktop means it will come like that if you want to remove the dots before saving the logo first the image as 256 bit format image and then upload.
Or else if you are using an already existing image then change the resolution of the image in the smartform and then if the problem persists try to take the print out by changing the printer there if it is coming fine means then the problem will be with the printer.

PROBLEM WITH LOGO PRINTING IN REVERSE DIRECTION

When Ever I take the print out of the checks, The company logo is getting printed in reverse direction, but if i look at the print preview , it is showing up correctly. even if i take the print out of just the logo from SE78, the logo is getting printed out in reverse direction...I think it is the problem with the printer settings, but i m not sure. Can any one please help me out with this issue,

Are you trying to get this print directly from the backend or some frondend application triggers your form? As I also faced same problem many a times but then observed that when smartform was triggered from frontend, logo was always in its right position.

LOGO Printing.... REVERSE :-(

here i am printing the logo using smartforms. in some printers it is coming correctly and in some printers logo is coming on REVERSE. i am not able to identify that problem. when i go thru print preview it is coming correct. but when i gave print... logo is coming on REVERSE.
This is coming on some printers only. i have tested using all user ids.
both printers are LASER JET only.
