I eventually got help to get serial nos and register products but all adobe download advice is for products bought online from adobe or for free trials. I paid for full version of Photoshop CS6 extended student edition and same for lightroom 5. How do you download and unstall products you bought from PC world?
you can download trials from adobe.com or prodesigntools.com and activate with your serial number.
