Satellite A105 Problems: Solution anyone !!!

Hi
I have a Toshiba Satellite A105 laptop bought sometime in 2006. Recently I am experiencing the following problems:
1. Turn Off, Stand By functions are not working. When trying to turn off it is getting stuck after a certain point. Then I need to disconnect the power cable and remove the battery to turn it off completely. If I use safe mode then only I can turn it off properly.
2. Taking long time to boot (this problem has been there for quite a long time but after booting is complete it used to be ok until recently) and after that some of the programs are not working at all e.g. MS Office, some media players etc. Internet connection either is very slow or is not connected at all.
3. External hard drive (a pen drive or equivalent), when connected through the USB port, is not being recognized unless under safe mode.
4. I have tried to restore the system by choosing a restoration point about 16 days back (since the problem started only the day before yesterday), but got a message that it could not complete the restoration process and I need to choose another restoration point.
As there are lots of important data stored in the system, can any of you please suggest me a way so that I can fix the system without causing any damage to the data. I cannot figure out a valid reason for this situation as I do not open any unauthorized websites in order to reduce the risk.
Thanks
Shia Matthews

Sounds like you have gotten full and cluttered up.Unless you saved or maybe can save some of your files now to a backup-data disk i would install Linux (Fedora OS) and then you would have a new pc once again..Ask Cee or a Toshiba forum Super Contributer if you can use DBAN (Deriks Boot and Nuke) to clear your HD and then install the free Fendora OS (affiliated with Red Hat).I honestly dont know but i bet it would work as long as your CD/DVD DRIVE (<<boot up from that) recognizes your burned ISO CD-R disk.Or buy a new pc.What you think Cee?<<hes a Pro.8-)

  • Satellite A105-S4014 and fingerpint problem

    Hello!
I have Satellite A105-S4014 (PSAA8U-O2200U) with Vista Ultimate and there is a fingerprint reader issue. When I try to enroll my fingerprints (UPEK) using Protector Suite 5.8.0 program freezes for a moment and then displays an error: An internal error occured (rpnpipe:rpnpipe: no-svr(00000001fusserver)).
    So fingerprint reader doesn't work.
I did a little search, tried the newest drivers and soft - nothing helps.
Also in BIOS I have TPM disabled (I can not change it) and I get a feeling that it is connected with my fingerprint reader issue (correct me if I'm mistaken).
I upgraded my BIOS to 6.0 before this issue. Then I found on one forum that downgrading BIOS may help to enable TPM. So I downgraded to 5.1. Nothing works. Also I know some manufacturers provide a BIOS setting that hides the TPM by default.
So can anyone help me to enable TPM in BIOS or better give advice to make fingerprint reader work?

If the BIOS dont provide any options to enable/disable the TPM then its not possible to enable this.
I dont understand why your previous software was newer than on support page I think you have mixed something
I see youve installed the Vista Ultimate OS.
_It would be interesting to know if the finger print would function with the original preinstalled Toshiba image._
If it would functions then your issue has nothing to do with the new BIOS update!!!
By the way; I used the search option called +Ask Iris+ and searched for the Toshiba Fingerprint Utility.
There are newer versions of Toshiba Fingerprint Utility but not for your series!!!

  • Re: Satellite A105 shuts down after 60 seconds (NOT a thermal problem)

Satellite A105-s4344 shuts down after EXACTLY 60 seconds. The mobo has been removed from bezels and all un-needed devices removed (DVD, HDD, WiFI etc.). Swapped CPU and RAM with known good ones. Swapped AC adapter and battery with known good. Does the same on AC or DC only inputs.
I have not yet flashed the BIOS (with 60 seconds this would be foolish). But, I am looking into replacing or reflashing with an EEPROM burner. Currently has V 2.0
I am not sure what genration heat detecting this system uses, but it is a possible cause if it is one of the later generations (visit http://www.topbits.com/how-to-monitor-cpu-temperature.html if you do not know that I am refering to).
Prior to reballing the north and south bridge, and flashing I figured I would get some input from you folks. Just to cover all bases ;)
P.S. the first person to ask what OS I am using will get an instant ticket to the bottom of my respect list.

    >P.S. the first person to ask what OS I am using will get an instant ticket to the bottom of my respect list.
:) :) :) Best thing I saw in this forum.
    Back to your problem.
I am not technician but here just my opinion about all this. The fact is that after switching your notebook ON CPU in just few seconds reaches very high temperature. You can switch your notebook ON and just enter BIOS settings and the same should happen again.
I cannot say for sure if this is 100% thermal issue or not but what else can be responsible for switching off? CPU will be hot in few seconds only. Material change structure with temperature change and I can just imagine some contact will be interrupted.
On this forum we had many similar reports like when cold notebook starts and runs well but after short time switches off for no reason. Maybe I am wrong but for me it sounds like thermal or bad contacts issue. Lets see what other people have to say about it.

  • Problems upgrading RAM in Satellite A105-S2236

I am working on a Satellite A105-S2236 for a client. It has Windows Vista basic - and only came with 512 MB of RAM, so it is very slow. I went through Crucial and got another 512MB chip for this computer - after installation, it still only shows 512 - I've tried switching the chips, running each chip individiually in both slots to see if 1 chip or slot wasn't working, and everything works great - except with 2 512 chips - it still only shows 512 RAM.
I spent a while on the phone with Toshiba - bascially for them to tell me that the motherboard is picky, and won't recognize 2 different brand of RAM chips. The 2 chips are completely identical specs, except the one that came in it is Samsung, and the new one is Crucial. I find it hard to believe that they won't work together.
    Does anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks!

    Hello
You will not believe me but many people have reported about the same issue with Crucial modules. The best thing you can do is to send it back and buy known and good quality products. If you want to have one, order Kingston RAM module. They will work for sure.
Visit Kingston homepage. There you can find list of all compatible RAMs for your notebook model.

  • No Sound on Satellite A105-S4201

I recently lost all sound on my Satillite A105-S4201.  In Device Manager, under Sound and Video Devices, there are numerous yellow flags (too numerous to name here).  I attempted to install the device driver (Realtek HD) from the Toshiba Recovery CD without success.
I installed Windows XP SP3 on my computer a month ago but did not experience any sound problems.  I read on one of the posts that it could cause problems with the sound device.
Can anyone offer specific instructions on how I might resolve this issue other than reinstalling the operating system?  Or do I need to reinstall the system?  I would hate to have to reinstall all my programs and files.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Satellite A105-S2021 Won't Boot - Won't Run POST

I Googled this topic and searched these forums and cannot find a situation quite like this, or a solution to it.
First, the laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A105-S2021 running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit with 2.5 GB SDRAM.
While my wife was working on her laptop this afternoon, the display went all crazy and would not clear up. The picture was pixelated, and distorted, all diagonal and wierd.
When I rebooted the laptop, the cooling fan came on, the optical drive looked for a disc, the laptop tried to boot, and after about 3 seconds it shut down and went into a loop like this. It would try six times to boot, each time failing, then it would completely shutdown. It won't launch the POST to see if there are any beep codes that might indicate what the problem is. Pressing F2, F8 or F12 is useless since it can't boot to a point where that would be useful.
I'm A+ certified, so I tried all the normal stuff. I tried multiple variations of disconnecting the AC adapter or battery and holding the power button for 20-30 seconds. I removed and reseated the RAM. I took one SoDIMM out while trying to reboot with only 1 in place at a time. I opened the case and visually inspected everything and made sure all the connections were tight. I pulled the HDD and connected it to my laptop as an external and I could read the drive fine that way. On advice from 1 forum post, I checked to see if I could pop out the CMOS battery to reset the CMOS, but the battery seems to be hard-mounted to the MB.
Nothing I try seems to work. Does anyone have any useful advice? Thanks.

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Tim, not quite sure why Ed is talking about the Sat A105-101, as your model is the Sat A105-S2021.
Regardless, here's the downloads, specs, user guide, etc, page for your model:
    Satellite A105-S2021
While I doubt you'll be able to use it, here's the latest flash BIOS for your unit, even if you have already installed this, you should at least try to reinstall it:
ACPI Flash BIOS version 2.30 for Satellite A105
Make the bootable CD on another computer, to try to install this BIOS on yours by booting off the CD drive with the disk you create. You say it's seeking a CD/DVD on power up, so it might boot. It's certainly worth a try.
But, bottom line, if you can't 'F2' into the BIOS Setup, I'm doubting you'll be to boot off the CD, and in all likelihood your BIOS is toast.
    Good luck.

  • DVD drive died - l need to reinstall XP Satellite A105

    Hi everyone,
My wife went on vacation to Hawaii, and while she was gone, her Satellite A105 (no longer under warranty with a dead DVD drive) started malfunctioning to the point where XP where freeze on boot.
I tried everything I could but it wouldn't boot.
So finally I took a USB DVD drive formatted the hard drive with killdisk and tried to use the recovery disc to at least get the unit operational. Problem is the unit will not complete the installation I get the following error:
    Windows cannot find c:/bin/errordialog.exe
I thought it was the disc so I cleaned it, and still the same thing, since I'm a student, I had access to XP pro from the msdn network so I got a copy, and still the same error.
I don't have a large enough USB flash drive, and the laptop doesn't have a floppy so I'm stuck with no way to restore the OS... needless to say the wife is not pleased with me!
I managed to get Linux installed without problem, but my wife wants her laptop back to xp and will probably hate me until I can fix what I have done. PLEASE help!
    TIA

    >feilks, your grammar and sarcasm are as bad as the design of this laptop
:) you are right about my grammar but notebook design is not so bad.
Maybe my grammar is bad but you understood me very well. Thats make me happy.
    So let be serious now.
You have notebook with defective optical disc drive.
You don't have floppy disc drive.
If you want to start OS installation from second partition you must somehow start notebook in DOS mode.
The question is how to do this. Usually you can do this using start disc (FDD) or you can create bootable start CD. The funny thing is: you cannot use any of them.
The whole time you are writing about USB. Ok I can understand what you want. Probably you want to use external USB connected CD/DVD drive. Right?
Idea is not bad but this drive will not be recognized for boot-up. Why? You must load DOS driver for external drive. How to do this? Using floppy? You don't have it.
Can you now understand my joke with gasoline tank?
BTW: sorry for all my intrusive unintelligent remarks. This is my last posting. I will not disturb you anymore. I just thought we can be realistic here.
I will follow this thread. Maybe someone else have better solution.
    Good luck!

  • Booting Satellite A105 to Recovery Disk

I have a Satellite A105-S2716. I want to reformat the drive and reinstall the factory default installation. I can't get the machine to boot to the recovery DVD. I have tried using the f12 or the C key at startup, but every time I try, it boots up to XP on the hard drive. Thinking I had bad media, I ordered a new recovery disk and I get the same results with it.
I saw the thread on using DBAN but I'm afraid to do that without some knowledge that the computer is going to boot to the recovery disk after formatting the drive.
What do I have to do to make it boot to the recovery disk. I find it hard to believe that I would have to reformat the hard drive to make it boot from the optical drive.
    Thank you.

I have tried using the f12 or the C key at startup, but every time I try, it boots up to XP on the hard drive.
I assume you can read DVDs from the optical drive using Windows. The problem may be due to a broken BIOS. You might try flashing that.
ACPI Flash BIOS version 2.00 for Satellite A100 (PSAA0U/PSAA1U)
Or you can change the boot priority in the BIOS so that the optical drive is seen first. You can do that from Windows on the Boot Priority tab in HWSetup. Look for that in Start > All Programs > Toshiba > Utilities.

  • My Satellite A105 is lagging

I have a Satellite A105-S4074 and it's been working bad lately, I have not install any drivers nor a program. The problem is it has like a "lag" in everything I do. I noticed that when I was listening to music or when I started some program that has sounds because they cannot be played fluently.
Since I have this problem windows starts slower than usually it does. I had this problem once and the solution was to install again windows. I'd like any solution you can give me. Thanks for your attention.

    Hello
To be honest, I also believe that clean OS installation is the best solution. Especially if you do not have enough experience with operating system.
This time you can try to optimize HDD activity and run Disk Defragmenter tool. You can find it under Start All Programs Accessories System Tools Disk Defragmenter.
Please mark volume C and click on button DEFRAGMENT.
After finishing restart your notebook. Please post the results. There are few more things you can du but let us do all this step-by-step.

  • POWER SAVER won't run! Satellite A105

Please read this very carefully, as I have tried to make this as detailed as possible. I have had this problem before, and when I installed the new BIOS driver, it fixed itself. I am not so lucky this time. Also, please AVOID recommending to use my restore CD, because I know it is possible to fix this problem without it, and the restore CD is the easy/convenient answer on how to fix this.
Ok so I just installed the new BIOS software, and now my TOSHIBA Power Saver will not run. I am using a Satellite A105-S4284 on Windows XP SP2. When I boot the computer, I get this message:
    TPSODDCtl.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 21 could not be located in the dynamic link library TPSMainCtl.dll.
    OK
I know this refers to the power saver, but I do not know what to do about it.
Additionally, I have searched other forums on this issue. When I open the Control Panel and switch to classic view, the TOSHIBA Power Saver icon is there. I double click it, and I get this message:
Cannot open, as "TOSHIBA Power Saver" is not running.
In order to run this, Please open "Power Options" in the control panel, then choose "TOSHIBA Power Saver"from the "Power Schemes" list box in the "Power Schemes Page"
    OK
I open the power options, and the toshiba power saver scheme is already chosen. I tried applying a different one and switching back, but this did not help.
I tried reinstalling both the Power Saver AND the common modules from the TOSHIBA drivers website, and that also did not help. I tried uninstalling the Power Saver all together, and I get this error message:
Unable to locate the installation log file 'C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\Power Saver\uninst.isu'. Uninstallation will not continue.
I opened up the Power Saver folder in the above location, and there are two files: TPSTrace (a plain text file) and TPwrSetup.$$$ (note: the '$' are not errors, thats what it says). The plain text file contains this message:
A Fatal error has occured. This program will be terminated. Code: 0x45A Location: TPSDel.cpp(230)
Please help! Thanks in advance for everyone's time!

ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah !
You are funny and very fast in defending Toshiba, but not giving a solution - the forums are supposed to be for users to help each other and that is why I asked if they did fix it or found a solution - because I DID NOT!
    1. I have not fixed it yet - I do not have the time to try it as I spend most of the days (all of them) trying to bring some cash at home, as I am not a employee, but a self-employed.
    2. my system works very well - thank you and if Toshiba Power saver gives so many problems it means that it is a 'critical' install on a Windows environment
    3. I am not blaming Toshiba for this problem, but I am blaming Toshiba for not doing anything to 'help' to fix it
    4. you cannot force a user to re-install at factory settings for several reasons:
    a. if you do that you will have a system dated 2004! and I mean you will have to do a re-install (which means loosing all your setting the way you like - that is why one buys portable computer!)
    b. re-install XP SP3, re-install all your programs, re-load all your files and folders the way you work with it every day and I work with 20 to 25 files at once and the browser usually opened on about 30/35 tabs and it is not easy to reset it the way I work faster and produce - all hardware drivers, Toshiba updates ...
    c. then after you spent a full working day (which I do not have) you may find that the Toshiba Power Utility stopped to work again - for whatever reasons!
Worst of all, one has to do all this 'knowing' their system is in good condition as I am not one of those people that deletes programs instead of un-installing them properly, etc. - I do now how to use a Computer after 25 years working with them I do a defragmentation every week together with a chkdsk (which usually fix most system problems by itself), clean it from Internet muck!
What I do everyday at work is to fix other people problems (software and hardware) and give their computer back as if it was new and perfect order and I do not charge them if they are back or charge a Premium phone call too.
So, my system is fine and if you do not have anything to do but just attack users on this forum, you are in the wrong place - if you have a solution other than re-install, let us know.
We are supposed to help each other here.
    Thank you
ADDITION on point 3: instead of forcing customers to reload everything and waste a lot of time, why Toshiba does not create a simple EXE that checks all the settings/drivers/programs are fibe and if they are not fix iy. Like many 'serious' Programs do when you have a problem (usually German Programs or northern Europe in general). A programs repairer without the need to re-install anything!
    Sorry for asking the obvious!

  • Satellite A105 - 1/3 of the screen is freezing periodically

I have an Satellite A105 and the bottom 1/3 of the screen is freezing periodically, yet the top 2/3 of the screen is perfectly fine.
After tapping the bottom part of the screen or the border around the bottom of the screen for a while it will go back to normal.
After the slightest movement, it will begin to go haywire again.
I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not this is a problem with the screen or could it be the inverter??

The Inverter simply provides voltage to the backlight, it cannot knock out a 1/3 of the image.
The problem is most likely to be the LCD Module, or LCD Cable.

  • Satellite A105-S4547 boots itself using battery

Hi I am new to this forum. Since having the 'password ' problem and resetting the bios I have two things wrong.
1 Touchpad dosent work, but I'am not really bothered about that as I use a mouse anyway.
The bigger problem is that after shutting down, it starts back up again on its own.
I have a temporary fix. I have removed the battery and the moment it has shut down I switch off at the ac supply.
Sometimes when the ac is restored it restarts itselff, sometimes not.
But will always do so with battery in. Resulting in a flat battery.
Have searched all around for this specific problem answer with no luck so have resorted to a new thread. If anyone can help, then thanks in advance. exact model Satellite A105-S4547

Thanks, have tried touchpad driver, still no go. But I am really not bothered about that, only mentioned touchpad in case it tuns out there is some connection between that and the other problem.
The reinstall operating system will have to wait until my son visits again, to give me help, I dont want to get that wrong on my own!

  • Satellite A105-S4284: cracking audio and sound

    Hi,
I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-s4284 notebook. When I play audio files (wma, mp3, wav) the sound occasionally produces a cracking (scratching) noise and its VERY VERY annoying, people that share this problem know just how disturbing it is, especially when you pay 1100 euros for a core duo processor with 1GB ram notebook (which you thought would be perfect for use).
Is it a hardware issue or is something wrong with the drivers? This also happens with the preinstalled windows xp media center edition os, as well as with xp professional and windows vista.
I took it for repair but the guys just reinstalled the dvds and returned it to me as it was, I guess it was too difficult for them to hear the noise.
Anyway, I am VERY disappointed and now I just want to fix this problem...
    Please help!

    Hi Emil.d,
There are several message threads that seem to be related to your problem. Please see topics, "Audio glitch: maybe fan related??" and "Satellite A100-906 - sound issue with playing mp3" and "Audible click from speakers when fan starts and stops Equium A100-147" and "Crackling sound on Satellite A100-709".
These all appear to be related problems on machines running bios 2.0 Windows XP, and RealTec sound chip.
One temporary solution was recommended in thread, "Audio glitch: maybe fan related??", but I wouldn't recommend it based on my own experience. I will continue to pursue the problem on the "Audio glitch: maybe fan related??" message thread. Thought you might like to know that there are others having the same problem.
To check if you have the same problem, play a cd or mp3 while placing your hand close to the heat sink exhaust port at the left side of the computer. If you hear the click, (or pop, or garbage) when the cooling fan turns on or off then you have the same problem.
If you have that same problem then come to the "Audio glitch: maybe fan related??" message thread and join us in a hunt for this solution. In my case, I can't return the computer and I can't use my new synthesizer on gigs until this problem is solved - so I have no choice but to pursue this to a solution.

  • Satellite A105 series

Does Satellite A105-S4104 support SATA 3.0Gb/s (SATA2) hard disk like the ones listed bellow?
I'd like to buy a hard disk to a Toshiba Satellite model A105-S4104. This laptop is SATA 1 compatible (1,5Gb/s). However I’d like to buy a SATA 2 (3Gb/s) HDD and use it on other future machine.
I’ve done some research and I know this is possible with desktop machines and HDDs of 3.5”. This is, use a SATA 2 HDD on a SATA 1 compatible desktop. I’ve read this is possible by setting jumpers…
Is it possible with laptops? In other words, can I buy a 2.5” SATA 2 HDD to this Toshiba Satellite A105-S4104, and will it work? Are there those jumpers configs in 2.5” HDDs?
Could someone help giving detailed support to this problem?
Please, note that I've tested a Samsung 320Gb HM320JI before, and it did not work. I'm almost sure it was the model HM320JI. It wasn't even recognized by BIOS. Just pluged it, and it was not recognized. I dindn't do anything else becouse I did not know what to do. However it worked as external HD running with a SATA Enclosure plugged to this laptop. So I gave it back to vendor.
The laptop is running the 6.0 BIOS version and windows XP Pro updated.

    Thank you…

    Hello Christopher
Thank you for helping at the other topic I oppened...
I've tested a Samsung 320Gb HM320JI. It was not recognized at BIOS level, so I just spent the money I don't have. It's not a easy thing to me to pay the equivalent of U$ 400 for a HDD. Yes, as we need to import this kind of products and pay up to 175% in goverment duties it becomes hard to me.
I wish I could buy a SATA-II drive so I can use on (near) future laptop. But Thoshiba simply does not help me answering things like this:
I've got it from Seagate's and Western Digital Support:
    WD's
Thank you for contacting Western Digital Customer Service and Support.
The same principle applies to both desktop and laptop drives. However, I would suggest verifying with the computer manufacturer if the laptop will support this type of arrangement. The reason for this is, that laptop manufacturers are very specific on their systems. But, from WD's point of view, there should be no issue when using a SATA 2 on a SATA 1 port, on a laptop, as long as it is jumpered correctly.

    Henrique,
    You ask :
    1. " I'd like to buy a hard disk to a Toshiba Satellite model A105-S4104. I’ve read this is possible by setting jumpers… Is it possible with laptops? In other words, can I buy a 2.5” SATA 2 HDD to this Toshiba Satellite A105-S4104, and will it work?  Are there those jumpers in this kind of 2.5” HDDs?
Regarding the jumpers; the jumpers for the Momentus models you are interested in, can be set, just as in a 3.5" drive, to 1.5 or 3.0.
2.Could someone help giving detailed support to this problem? Notebook’s support page http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=SB&os=&category=&moid=136412... Laptop computers have 3 main issues to address:
    1)    Physical compatibility.  Seagate laptop models come in 9.5 mm height, or approximately .374 of an inch.   Verify what your computer can support and select a model that meets that maximum height requirement
    2)    Addressing capability; Most SATA laptop systems employ a 48-bit addressing system for data transfer between the operating system, BIOS, the system chip sets and the hard drive.  48-bit LBA addressing, increases the drive capacity limit to 144 petabytes.  Hardware and software solutions are required from your O/S, BIOS and Chip Sets to enable the 48-bit address feature set. Some laptop BIOS are set with a manufacturers own limitations and contacting the manufacturer regarding maximum drive capacity is recommended.
    3)    System compatibility.  Some laptop manufacturer's designs were somewhat proprietary and would only work on certain model disc drives.  This means the manufacturer had designed a system that has requirements beyond the SATA  ANSI standards as determined by the American National Standards  Institute, (ANSI) committee. Again, contacting the manufacturer regarding maximum drive capacity is recommended.
We believe the drives you selected will present no physical problems but you will need to confirm that prior to making your purchase. You will need to contact Toshiba regarding capacity limits. Operation in 1.5 and 3.0 environments is no issue. We have included the specifications of the selected drives for your review.[/quote]
And the Toshiba Support answered me:
    Dear Sir,
Thank you for your recent e-mail for Toshiba.
We sell our HDDs(Hard Disk Drives) only to our OEM customers
such as PC manufacturers, system integrators, add-on kit makers
    and so on,
and not sold to end users directly as a single unit.
After-sales service and support about HDD for end users are
available directly from our OEM customers(PC manufacturers)
and their authorized distributors and dealers.
If you want to replace HDD for your PC, please contact your
PC manufacturer(Toshiba PC support center in your country/area).
    Please read FAQ
    http://www3.toshiba.co.jp/storage/english/faq/index.htm
Now I can buy a 500Gb HDD (or maybe a 320Gb), if this laptop suport. I'd like to buy it, but don't have answers to the stated questios by Western Digital and Seagate...
    Can you help, again?
    Thank you ppl...

  • Creation of Ibase for satellite systems in Solution Manager 4.0 SP13

    Hello!
    Can enybody help?
We are trying to creat Ibase for Satellite systems in solution landscape in SolMan system, using the automatic generation(TA SOLUTION_MANAGER) for specific solution.
After successfully generation we have only one iBase for one solman system only, but there are some systems in solution.
Does anyone know how to generate iBase for all systems in solution?

    Hi,
There will be only one iBase for a solution.
Goto tcode IB52 and check. You will find all the systems assigned to your solution appear there.
    regards,
