Satellite L300-19Y: GPU issue - device cannot find enough free resoursces

I have an error message on my Display Adaper stating the following,
"The device cannot find enough free resoursces that it can use (code12).
If you want to this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on the system."
It is a Satellite L300-19Y with Mobile intel 4 series Graphics card. I have updated to the latest driver.
The screen is very fuzzy at present.
Please help with a solution if possible.

You tried to install a ATI driver on this notebook.
I have no idea if this would affect the OS functionality but it seems that you get a error message while installing the Intel driver so maybe you have muddled up the OS installing some wrong drivers
Did you use the driver from Toshiba driver page?
If not do that!
You should firstly uninstall the driver in device manager and then should reboot the notebook.
After new reboot you should check if you could install the driver once again

1. You have placed problem in wrong forum, or use different Windows operating system
2. Double check your resources, namely in Disk manager. What is free space on HDD?

Got the above error when i insert a firewire card with via chipset. I have update the firewire driver by picking a list of device driver from my computer and though it prompt me to restart but yet it still shows the yellow exclamation mark and next i update it through online, same thing it prompt me to restart which i did but sad to say it shows the yellow exclamation again
When i check under properties>general tab, it says the following Quote

As far as i know the irq in bios setup is all set as auto and the total there's 4 pci slot and only 1 that is using, so how can it be resources being used up??
Fyi i'm using Msi P35 neo3 mobo with vista ultimate sp1

Under device manager> VIA OCHI Compliant IEEE 1394 host controller> right click it and choose update driver follow by choosing the option of search automatically for updated software (window would search your computer and the internet for the lastest driver software for your device)
Once done i reboot and next bingo.... the yellow exclamation was no longer there, infact it was quite wierd when i try updating online, as the very first time it doesn't work but wouldn't know why the second time it does

I have been using Hyper-V to test parts of my deployments in sccm 2012 r2 for some time now, and yesterday, they would not complete. Turns out the error in the topic is what is causing it. See below for a screenshot in devmgmt of the error causing the machine
to be unable to access network resources.
of the solutions tried so far, I have rebooted, and uninstalled/reinstalled the Hyper-V role.

The following error message appears at the end of the synchronization process in BlackBerry® Desktop Manager:
Cannot find table in system file
CauseA BlackBerry Desktop Software upgrade failed to remove the Connectors folder from C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors. As a result, older Microsoft Outlook applications were registered with BlackBerry Desktop Software.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
Verify that the Connectors folder is present in the following folder: C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors\MS Outlook Connector
If the Connectors folder is present, complete the tasks listed below.
Task 1 - Remove the existing Microsoft Outlook connector ilxolkCompanion.fil
Open a command prompt.

ThinkPad X230 - Test Instrument: "This device cannot find free resources that it can use (Code12)"

I am use an ExpressCard (http://www.home.agilent.com/en/pd-2053520-pn-M9045B/pcie-expresscard-adapter) to connect Lenovo notebook with instrument chassis (http://www.home.agilent.com/en/pd-1886666-pn-M9018A/18-slot-pxie-chassis).
I found that Lenovo notebook failed to enumerate with the instruments with error "This device cannot find free resources that it can use (Code12)" in device manager.
This never happened in Lenovo model ThinkPad X220 and models before that.
Other affected model: ThinkPad T430, T540p which all failed to enumerate.
Note: All notebooks are upgraded to latest BIOS.

You are going to need to move that card to another slot. That is definitely your problem. I had mine in the PCI-E X8 slot which then knocked my video card down to x8 as well. So this definitely takes up resources. Also you can use something like EVEREST of Sisoft Sandra and those will tell you what else is sharing with that card. You could have a difficult network card that is fighting with it as well. You may think that its onboard and that of course it would not fight, but it does.

Having issues with "cannot find" and/or "taking too ling to respond".

I have good signal from my internet provider(broadband 3G service), but it seems like lately all I get is "Cannot find website" and/or "Taking too long to respond" errors.
My internet provider has checked their cell towers, I even bought a new broadband card, I've done all the updates on the card, etc.
Monitoring my card signal shows I have excellent service.

Issue with - "cannot find symbol - variable JOptionPane"

need some help, got the below loop and want it to be able to loop by the number input by the input dialog. when i compile it i get an error in BlueJ. the error is "cannot find symbol - variable JOptionPane". Any help. have tried a few things however cannot get this to work at all. any suggestions?

I cannot connect my Logitech keyboard to my IPad. It worked well and now the Bluetooth device cannot 'find' the connection. I have fully charged all batteries etc. I may have said 'forget this device' how do I get it back again!! Help!

Satellite Pro C660-1LP drops or cannot find a wireless connection

We are a school and purchased 12 Satellite C660-1LP last summer these are causing constant problems by dropping or just not fining a wireless connection.
This is only rectified by rebooting; sometimes multiple times
We have a number of other makes and models of laptops onsite and they have no problems.
We have XP installed on all devices with the latest drives and BIOS and we are using CISCO Aironet 1130AG access points
The problem we have is that there is no obvious fault but the issue affects all/only this model of laptop onsite and is rendering them unusable/unreliable

Hmm did you also disable the power saving for WLan card?
This can be done in Win 7 Power Management.
Additionally disable the option Allow to turn off this device to save power. This option is placed in device manager Wlan card properties last tab (power management)

Very strange Issue, and cannot find a reasonable solution or Tech Support help / Will PAY for HELP !!

So, without going into great details that cannot reasonably be explained, the scenario goes a little like this:
When editing a PDF, and with nothing else open on the computer, Adobe Acrobat Pro XI tends to "hang up" and become unresponsive. The only plausible solution is to force command and restart Acrobat in hopes it will open correctly the next time. Sometimes this works, other times - nope .. Does not resolve the problem. So - can anyone recommend a solution? I have contacted help and they had to to delete a Adobe Preference file, and this seemed to work while I still had them on live chat. Once offline, it happened again.
Here is the really weird thing, I thought that I fixed the issue (as I am doing this for my boss on his Macbook Pro) and was able to quickly edit a PDF .. but when I handed the computer over to him - literally in only 2 minutes - he proceeded to edit the same document and was not able to. He got the never ending rotating circle of death
So - that is problem #1
Problem #2 is with the inability my boss has to use CC offline. I have personally reconnected to our CC account and verified all settings, and when I perform my tests at the office, everything seems fine and all programs work as should. However, he is now on business travel and says the "Trial Expired" keeps popping up. What is going on? This is literally frustrating him and me with what little knowledge I can assist with resolving the trial expired issue. How many days can you be offline with CC? Tech support says up to 99 days .. Clearly 4 days is ridiculous and I am not able to duplicate the scenario when I have his computer but what would it work for me and not him?
I just need to resolve this whole Adobe Acrobat issue as to finally get it resolved and fixed once and for all.
BTW, called in outside computer help from a local company - and the computer guy was working to get it fixed, but it seems even with live chat or phone support - it has now been escalated to Tech Support 2 .. This make any sense or logic? I believe he has uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat and now it is only creating more issues. I think he tried to install a trial version and activate the subscription but it failed.
Any HELP? We are desperate and I'll even pay via PayPal to get a resolution to this problem if any recommendation leads to a solid solution. Guaranteed !!

Actually I also noticed that usual heat with wifi and game play.. However this was extreme heat. I wasn't able to hold it for long time and had to drop it.
So can that bulge can be ignored and should I start using it back again. Though that bulge appeared after that heating issue.
Beside the hardware, safety would be my bigger concern. Perhaps because I have heard few incidents with mobile phones where battery generated heat and caused some defect in bodies and continued use resulted in a blast in battery causing physical harm.
So if its advised to try it by charging 100% and monitoring backup time or any other advise.

Satellite Pro U300: DVD issue - error: cannot output to external monitor

Hi,
I was having problems playing a dvd on my U300.
Basically the software would load but when I tried to play the dvd it said "cannot output to external monitor".
Having gone through all options I could not find anything to stop this happening. I then downloaded the latest software from the toshiba site.

I resintalled this but got the same error message.
I then uninstalled the software and tried to reinstall but now it just produces an error mesaage saying it cannot intsall the software on this computer.
How can I reinstall this?

I presume you have received the Toshiba Recovery CD. Am I right?
On this CD you can find the Toshiba image file. This image contains the Vista OS, Toshiba drivers, tools and additional software.
But note; you cannot install only a single program. To reinstall a application from the Recovery CD you have to format the HDD and have to reinstall the whole OS using the Recovery CD.
As Gipsyman said, the Toshiba driver page contains update and the original preinstalled software is needed.

I can turn on personal hotspot but my devices cannot find the network

I have tried everything... The problem is: I can turn on my hotspot from my iphone 5, 32gb, ios 6.1 BUT any of my laptops, ipads, ipod or even my wifes iphone wont find / see the hotspot when i try to search for it.
I also have iPad 3 16gb, with cellular and i can turn this ipads hotspot on and all my devices can connect into it just fine, so the problem is on my iphone.
I have tried:
- full restore and then restore from back up
- reset network settings
- reset all setting and then restore'
- restore as a new (so no faulty configs restore)
- turning of and on multible times all my other devices.
Waiting for a solution!

Satellite L300-19Y - Can I connect it to a TV?

It's just the standard laptop package.

oldish tv, has female S-socket (4 pin), and female yellow video phono, red + white audio phonos.
What I dont know, is - laptop handbook says 15 pin output is a monitor port, so is this a VGA output with TV-out functionality?
All the cable suppliers say....
"Ensure TV-Out function from the computer or laptop to function correctly"
"Works with laptops and desktops with VGA cards that have a TV-Out function through the VGA connector."
