Satellite L300 PCMCIA cards don't fit. What can one do?
I have new L300 and cannot insert PCMCIA cards. Someone told me that the new PCI slot does not accommodate those cards. Can someone tell me if there is an adaptor that can be bought?

Hi!
Its right that PCMICA cards do not fit because the slot who you mean its an express card slot.
This is the new technology and supports both PCI express and USB 2.0 connectivity through the express card slot. The cards are also hot pluggable.
As far as I know are PCMCIA to express card adapter available but I dont have experience with to say what is good and bad.

Are you sure you have a 3GS and not a 3G? The 3G cannot be updated to iOS5. What version are you on now?... Settings > General > About > Version

Typically this indicates a device that has been hacked to be unlocked or jailbroken.
If that is the case, no support can be provided here. -
My account information match with my credit card, but still ITunes store writitng a message stating "The credit card was declined."

well recomend to see if ur iPhone is under warranty.. but sounds like a hareware issue! you can try it but i dont think it would work but to see if its a software issue put device it Recover mode or known has DFU mode an force restore (you will lose all content on the iPhone) an install 6.1.3 fresh on it but to me sounds like a LCD & Digitizer problem might need a new Assembly...

Where exactly did you get the phone? That message indicates that the phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use. Note that if the phone is locked to (for example) Orange in the UK, then you can NOT use it on Orange in France. They are not the same carrier, even though they have the same parent.
It's possible that the SIM you have is defective, but I would normally expect to see a different message if that were the case. -

You must be accessing the iTunes Store in the U.S. You can't buy an iTunes card in your country (i need to know this), so try making a new account with the payment option as a Visa Credit Card. Have you bought that Pre-paid Visa credit card yet and loaded money on it? If you haven't, you will probably have to. -

ive got the same prob on my 4s i usually have to hard reboot a couple tims with no sim
steps i go through
1. turn on airplane mode
take out sim
2. hard reboot
3.turn back on then turn off airplane a couple a times if didnt work 1st time
another way that worked for me is turn on airplane mode then reset network settings and reboot with out sim in
but the longest this worked for me was maybe 3 or 4 days it a temp fix.. it just went to searching again about 5 mins ago and i used my first way to fix it, get it to say no sim and then i put sim back in. note it has to say no sim when its on the way to be working -

I have a Toshiba Satellite L300.
My 'F' and 'w' keys arent working, and because I have a Built-in HDD user password of which contains those letters, I can not start up my computer.
I had a 'startup' problem a couple of months back, and what I had to do was restore my laptop to a previous date. I did this through Boot management during startup. The only thing is I cant remember how to do it now.
I cant find any restoration disks that may have come with my laptop- so the only way I can do it is through boot management.
So, how do you do a system restore? or is there another way of fixing this problem?.

If W and F key dont work I would recommend replacing the keyboard or use an external one. In my opinion its the best choice because you also need the keys for typing letters or emails
You can get a new keyboard from an authorized service provider in your country.

I think you should read the user manual because you have to create this disk yourself ;) -
