Satellite speakers not turning on in creative inspire 4400(4.1)

i have bought this creative inspire 4.1 4400 about 2 months back. speakers were good untill now but from the recent times when i turn on the speakers, sound is genenated only through woofer and no sound comes out of satellite speakers. Then if i start incresing the volume to a high level sound comes from satellite speakers suddenly and the spekers will function normally untill i turn them off.
to check whether the problem is with the sound card or the speakers, i have connected the speakers to the walkmen and the same problem occured. I have checked whether any connections are loose, but all are tight and inplace. Somebody please help me to get rid of this problem.

    Good morning,
I have a problem with a P200, when I lighter, power-led illuminates, HDD flashes and then nothing, black screen, whether the power-led remains fixed, and the burner is turned on him More ...
I removed the battery, tested the SO-DIM, removed the hard drive, but nothing is ...
is the motherboard in your opinion?
ps: sorry for my English translation

Ok, a bit hard to understand, but I think your notebook is not turning on, right?
So you tested a few things already, but I can't give you an exact answer.
All you can do by now is the following:
Remove battery from your notebook and disconnect AC adaptor, wait about 30 minutes and then put battery and AC adaptor back in.

  • My Satellite does not turn on

    Hey,
I've a satellite M40 which does not power on. I had a message on a blue screen saying: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and it shut down right after. When I switch the laptop on the power light flash orange for a second. After 3or 4 other seconds it turns on...for 2 seconds before turning off again.
I try to plug the laptop with the AC adapter but doesn't change anything.
    Thanks for your help guys.

    HI Ludovic,
It would seem that your notebook is failing its initial POST process and the flashing code on the mains LED will give the service guys a clue as to the probable cause. Unfortunately there is no available documentation desribing these flashing codes so you will need to take your notebook to an authorised repairer to have it fixed.

  • Airplay Receivers, Speakers not turning on

I have been running Yamaha airplay enabled receivers and Pioneer A4 airplay speakers for the last 2 years without trouble.  Equipment includes:
Airport Extreme 5th gen, v7.6.4 (powered by POE)
2 Airport Express to extend the range
    TP-Link 24 Port POE switch
iMac OSX 10.9.5 with iTunes v11.4
iPad Air v7.1.2 plus iPhone 4S and 5 all on IOS 7.1.2
Pioneer and Yamaha Apps for IOS (latest)
    Synology NAS
    IP Cams
Extreme connects to 24 Port gigabit switch.  iMac and Yamaha receivers and Pioneer are ALL wired to the LAN.  Network standby turned ON for Receivers, Quick-Start mode for Pioneers also on.  Static IP addresses now set, but previously used DHCP reservations without issue.
No A/V or firewalls on desktops
Problem - unlike many airplay issues posted where airplay icons are missing and devices completely dropping off, this is somewhat unique
3-4 months ago the Pioneer speakers began disappear from the list of Airplay devices randomly.  After a manual "turn on" from the speaker, they would re-appear and could be used.  What I am seeing now is they stay in the list but if you select them to stream audio to, they should power up automatically but they don't.  The weird thing is iTunes, iPad or any iDevice you do this on THINKS the speaker has turned on in that it marks it with a tick and also shows the volume control for the speaker - when you look at the speaker = no power!  The Pioneer IOS App, cannot even see the speakers in this scenario.
I took the speakers to Pioneer who tested for a week in their environment and determined nothing was wrong with the speakers.  We suspected power outages at home might cause issues but I tested by plugging a speaker into a UPS and still have the same issue.
Just last week, the Yamaha receivers went through a similar thing.  The Yamaha IOS App could not see them and they disappeared from airplay list.  Manually turning them on, allowed airplay streaming until they went off again.   I changed their IP from DHCP reservations to static and reset the network standby mode also.  Didn't seem to make a difference until I read on another forum about users enabling/disabling IGMP on their routers.  The Airport doesn't have this ability but my switch has IGMP Snooping so I enabled it on the switch and so far the Receivers are working.  Unfortunately the Pioneer A4's are still an issue.
Something has changed on the network in the last 3-4 months via software updates as I've not introduced any new hardware.  I am suspecting a change may have occurred in Apple updates as there have been many to OSX, iTunes & IOS.  The above happens when trying to initiate Airplay from wireless iDevices AND LAN wired iMACs, makes no difference.  I'm at a total loss on this.

  • Satellite A300 - Not turning on, screen remains black

I have a Satellite A300 laptop. I tried turning it on when I got home from work and the monitor remained blank. The lights come on the bottom (the plug, the power and the battery lights) but the screen remains black.
    Can someone help me?

    Hi
Its difficult to say whats going wrong here but maybe its just a small issue which could be solved easily.
    Try this;
Remove the battery, disconnect the AC adaptor.
Then wait some hours and plug the both parts again.
I had such issue in the past and leave the notebook disconnected during the night.
Next morning I plugged battery and A\c adaptor and the notebook worked again
Maybe this will help you too

  • External speakers do not turn back on when computer restarted...

iMac 24" C2D. External speakers are Harman Kardon Sounds SticksII-Z (the ones you plug into the headphone jack) on the back of the computer. They work great, when the computer sleeps, and is reawakened they work. (And yes, when the external speakers are plugged in - the sound preference pane shows "headphones.")
THE ISSUE - if I turn the computer and the external speakers off over night - and restart the computer...the next morning, no sound form the external speakers.
I check the sound preference pane - still shows "headphones" (meaning the external speakers are plugged in) but no sound. I unplug the external speakers - and the internal speakers iMac speakers take over.
So, then I plug the external speakers in - and all is well.
Seems like a small nit - but why doesn't the computer automatically play throught the external speakers after an off-on cycle?

    Hello Michael
"Seems like a small nit - but why doesn't the computer automatically play throught the external speakers after an off-on cycle? "
When you startup or restarts the startup chime will come from the internal speakers. Then the system should automaticly switch to external when it detects a jack pluged in. From what you discribe it seems to work properly when the computer is up and running, so it sound more like a startup issue.
First reset the SMC the instructions are in this link:
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=303446
Then test to see if this solved the issue!
If not then maybe you should Repair Disk Permissions, the instructions are in this link:

    Then test again!

  • Creative Inspire 6.1 6600 Speakers

I have Creative Inspire 6.1 6600 speakers. The "Wired Volume / Base Control with Power Switch and Headphone Jack" is malfunctioning. In fact, when I turn the volume control on, the green LED on top does not illuminate. And because of this bad control, I do not have sound. Can anyone tell me how and where I can replace this control? Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks very much.

I'm also having the exact same problem, and so is a friend who has the same speaker/soundcard setup. Any help is appreciated!

  • Creative Inspire 5300 5.1 Problems - Only Two Speakers Work 100%

I recently purchased the Creative Inspire 5300 5.1 speaker system for my home computer, thinking that a low-end setup would work fine until I gathered the resources to trade them in for something better. Upon hooking them up though I find that they do not work as I was led to believe. The front two corner speakers and subwoofer work fine, just as they would if they were a 2.1 setup, however the center and back speakers make no noise. I know I have them hooked up correctly as I can go into my onboard soundcard?s setup program and test them individually, but in actually practice they do nothing. Not with games or movies that are supposedly 5.1 enabled.
I'm clueless as to what the problem may be. Is it that I need a Creative brand soundcard, that may Abit motherboard and it'ss built-in soundcard are unable to establish the proper frequencies or whatnot? Perhaps I do not have the appropriate surround sound drivers installed? Any help would be vastly appreciated.

    DevNull7,
You may need to enable certain settings within your sound card to upmix the Stereo to 5.1. Check with your sound card support for further information. They should be able to assit you on this.

  • Creative Inspire T900 problem, just 2 front speakers work when connect to a laptop

    Hi everybody,
I have just bought a Creative Inspire T7900 system, it's in good quality I think.
But I just got a laptop without 5.1/6.1 or 7/ sound card ( one output only ), therefore i cannot use the 7.1 Audio Cable.
I tried to use a stereo-to-stereo cable to connect my laptop to the input in the wired remote but only the front satellite speakers work. Is that a problem with the Wired Remote ? Or the problem with the system ?
Can I laptop use all the speakers ?
Please help me, thank you very much.

    thanhvtd86,
There isn't any problem with the speaker system nor your laptop and it's normal. Stereo consists of only 2 channel and that's why you are experiencing output from only the two front speaker. You won't be able to utilize the full capability of the speaker if you don't have a 7.1 capable soundcard.

  • Satellite A210 1AP - The display is not turning on

I had a problem about a mounth ago with my Toshiba Satellite A210-1AP, just once the display did not turn on. Computer was working, all lights were on. That light that shows reading from HDD was blinking, working as normal, but with display still turned off. So I turn it off, and next time I tried it was warking as usual, with display turned on, he asked if i want to start windows normaly, or in safe mode (like when it is restarted unnaturally). Then worked normaly for few days, then it happened again. At that time I couldn't go to the service (computer was on warranty, and how to prove that something happens sometimes if it do not happened there). So I continued to use it, and as time passes by the problem was more often. Then I decided to go to service.
Guy in the service said that the problem is motherboard, so he changed motherboard, and it took about month for him to do it, and then when I called he said me that it isn't working still. And maybe he has to change all parts, display, graphical card is maybe problem, that he didn't saw problem like that...
So my question is do you know what the problem could be? And the second question is can I demand from him, as it passed 30 days to give me new computer instead changeing all parts on it?
    Thanks,
    Nikola

    Thanks for answers.
I have my notebook now back, but there is another question, you said that video card is on board on A210-1AP? Because tehnician said taht he ordered new one, after replacement of mother board...
I also doubt that he lied me with some more things, so I would like to know some things. Is there any toshiba policy that the broken parts have to be send back to toshiba? Because in law there is one paragraphf that sais that he have to give me back also broken parts.
    And one more.
Do changed parts have extended waranty? For example I bougth laptor before 1,5 year, so he changed motherboard. Do the motherboard have waranty 2 more years or just half year as other non changed parts.
There is also paragraph about it in serbian law, but tehnician said that I don't have more waranty, and if it dies again (hopefuly not) that I can call inspection...

  • Connecting Creative Inspire 5.1 speakers to DVD player

    Hi,
I have a LG DVD Player (DSI 8352) which gives 5.1 home theatre (dolby decoder) output.
If I buy Creative Inspire 5.1 speakers (5200 or 5700), how do I connect them ? Through RCA Stereo cables ? Would there be any compatibility issues ?
Please suggest the 5.1 speakers that would suit my requirement (no decoder / only amplifier) ..
Plz reply back to [email protected]
    Thanks,Sambath

Creative offers many speaker systems that will fit your needs, without decoder.
You mentioned the Inspire 5700 system; this system comes with a decoder/amplifier, and wouldnt actually be what you'r looking for.
If your looking for awesome sound-quality, and good power, I can recommend the 5.1 Megaworks system, though this system can get quite expensive, you'll get what you pay for.
The megaworks (like "all" other creative speaker systems, got a built in amplifier in the subwoofer, where you connect all the speakers.)
To connect the speakers to the DVD-player, you connect the multichannel output on the DVD-player, to the multichannel input on the back of the subwoofer. (three stereo minijack inputs.)
You may need some RCA-to-minijack adapters, so that the multichannel audio cable that comes with the megaworks, will fit on your DVD-players output.

  • Creative Inspire T6100 5.1 Speakers problem

Hello. I have Creative Inspire T6100 5.1 Speakers with SB Audigy Live! 24-bit installed Sound Card (it supports up to 7.1 speakers). Also I have Stereo Surround CMSS 3D settings (EAX)enabled. However when I'm listening to music or playing games my Rear Left speaker makes no sound. Before I had problem that Rear Right wasn't working (however rear left and right sound was on rear left speaker), but after replugging Rear Left doesn't work. Any ideas what might be the problem?
    Thanks for reading...
EDIT:: I tried changing Rear Left and Rear Right speakers with each other in Subwoofer (where it connects) and Rear Left is working properly.

Hi all do you have any idea to solve my problem?
Currently, I'm using the P5800. My problem is sub can't working. I fix together with SB24Bit External sound card.Previously is working. I'm very proud with the sound, after I decrease the master volume and bass level volume my sub suddenly quit.what happened actually?
-Is that mean I need to change the sub speaker or the coil inside the magnet core is burned?
-or maybe my component circuit like ic,capacitor, diode burned?
If I plug n unplug the power to the sub,I can heard that 'bump'. Is that mean my circuit in good condition or maybe the charge and discharge for capacitor?
    Please answer me...

  • Creative Inspire 4.1 4400 speakers

Hi, I just bought a new set of creative inspire 4.1 4400 speakers. I haven't got a 5.1 sound card. Can I just use it as a 2.1 instead, i.e. don't connect the other 2 rear speakers?

Yup, that will work fine. Make sure you unplug the input at the speakers too (so only one input lead is connected).
You could also use a 3.5mm headphone splitter at the pc side so the front sounds come from the rear too (and put the rear speakers next to the front speakers?).
