Satellite X200-23G - Need some drivers for Windows 7

Hello buddy !!
In first place, I'm Brazilian and I have some dificulties to speak in engilsh.
Let's to go to the problem:
I had been installed Windows 7 Ultimate here in my Satellite X200-23g (PSPBUE), but, I'm not find some drivers. Are the drivers: Video Card, Biometric Coprocessor, PCI Memory and Storage Massive.
I hope that can someone helps me.

I have checked the page and it seems that for Windows 7 are no drivers available. I think its why Satellite X200 is pretty old.
But from my own experience I can say that the most Vista drivers are also work on Windows 7. You should check this too! ;)

Well, I think nobody can say exactly what drivers you need if you dont post detailed information about these unknown devices.
First of all you should identify them. Therefore you must check the vendor and device ID as you can read in following article:

Satellite L30 (PSL30A) - Need new drivers for Windows 7

Hello I am trying to update my notebook from Windows XP to Windows 7 and need new drivers.
My machine specs
Satellite L30 (PSL30A-00100E)
1.6 Celeron M
2GB RAM
40gb disk space
ATI gfx card (Radeon 200m?)
Intel chipset
Realtek RTL8139/810x family network card
Realtek High Definition Audio Device
Only the gfx card, sound card and network card need new drivers

Thanks so much for the swift reply's :) I had Windows XPsp3 running very well on this old computer and was quite happy with it. I decided windows 7 being new I'd give it a go anyways, so I can go back if I have to. I am going to battle on though I think this is achievable. Everything you need to know was in Boot Camp Assistant, the drivers are on OS X DVD (while in Windows)

If you bother to read the instructions first would save you and us a lot of repeating.
You also want Microsoft Security Essentials Vista SP2+ (Windows 7 64-bit would be better and supported) and make sure you have about 15-20GB free space on Windows. All the updates will eat up 10GB of temp space, plus page and other items

No idea, that info will not be available in advance, you can try the 8.0 drivers, they are reported to work for some people. Good luck.

website but it's as if they never made this model. I googled it and found where someone needed help loadking the DVD drivers. Can someone tell me where to go to get drivers or what model is equivalent to my SA50-110?

If you need drivers for your notebook you must search in the *Archive* on the Toshiba website:
http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com => Support & Downloads => Download Drivers
Archive => Satellite => Satellite A Series => Satellite A50
Normally you dont need drivers for the DVD drive. Its a part from the OS (operating system) and you must not install such drivers.

In that link there is no drivers for PSL40E model but only for PSL48, PSL49, PSL4C and PSL4B.
That is my problem !!

Satellite X200-22U - FN key driver for Windows 7?

Hi all!
I use a Satellite X200-22U notebook, and I want to install Windows 7 32bit on it.
The problem is, that my FN key functions don't work.
They worked fine with the factory installed Vista, but the multimedia keys were dead.
Now, under Win7 my multimedia keys are working fine, but the FN key functions are dead.
I installed almost all the drivers (Value Added Package, Controls, Flashcard, Assist, Chipset, Bluetooth, etc.) but some of them is available only for Win XP, some others only for Vista, there is no Win7 support. Despite this (as I see) my only problem is the FN key support. I want to switch the displays, set the brightness, mute the speakers, so it's problem.
My tfncky.exe doesn't run under Win7 and I got a message about it after startup.
Is there any newer version available for Win7, or can I use the driver(s) of an other notebook?

Ive got a older notebook and the Win 7 drivers were not released for my series.
I downloaded simply the Value Added Package and Flash Card Support Utility from the Toshiba European driver page: chosen the tools which were released for Satellite L500 series.
I installed first VAP and after new reboot I followed with Flash Card installation.
After second reboot I tested the Fn buttons and could get this functionality and the control bar appeared at the top of the display.
You could also check if you could restart the Flash Card in All Programs > Toshiba -> FlashCard restart

Satellite A135-SP4088: Need XP drivers for power management and Hotkey utility

I couldn't find drivers for the toshiba A135-SP4088, we bought 3 of them for the office and it's almost impossible to use with vista, so we go to XP SP2, and manage to get almost all of the drivers from other models, but i cannot find 2 utilities that work with this machine, they are:
Toshiba Power Management (the bulb in the task bar, remember?) :D
Hotkey Utility (so I can change Screen brightness, and go to hibernation (Fn+F4)
I have al the rest working, quite nicely but these two are a real problem, none of the ones I tested worked, some even crash the XP and have to go back to a previous restore point.
also, I didn't install any ACPI drivers, are they required?, which ones show I look for? since the model doesn't exist in csd.toshiba.com site.
Now, How one of the greatest notebooks manufacturers in the world can build such a nice computer without making drivers for the most widely used operating system?, can anyone explain me this because i sincerely don't understand it.

The Satellite A135-SP4088 seems to be designed for the US market so you should use the Toshiba US driver page for the driver download!!!!
But why you need the Toshiba power saver for XP? The XP supports an own power options and also the hibernation option. This option must be enabled in the control panel -> power options -> hibernate tab

Toshiba page does not provide any special ACPI drivers. The OS uses own Microsoft drivers and the installation of any 3rd applications is not necessary!!!!

I need some drivers for an HP Pavilion DV2120us

I recently did a fresh install of Windows XP and I am having a difficult time finding all of the appropriate drivers for my HP Pavilion DV2120us. I have tried every single available driver from the HP website that is available for this particular model. I do not have access to the internet on this particular computer. I'm assuming that I can't connect to the internet because I am missing some of the necessary drivers. Here is a screen shot of my device manager. Any help would be appreciated

First install the chipset driver and reboot.

Then install the video driver and reboot.

For any other devices still remaining (like the unknown device), go to the device manager and click on each device still left with the yellow ? mark.
Then click on the details tab.
Post the top string of characters.
Those will ID the type and model of the device(s) and I will post the links to the drivers you need.
It would be best if you typed them because a screen shot can take a while to clear censorship.

First of all, try installing the Vista version of your Chipset installer on the link below.

Hi:
Download and install the amd chipset drivers and reboot. That should install the smbus and usb 3 controllers.

This driver installs the drivers for both the AMD and Intel GPU's.
Never install the standalone Intel HD graphics driver or allow Windows Update to install a newer Intel graphics driver, or the switchable graphics in your notebook will no longer function.

I need some drivers for my CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive

I have been going through the apple site for a few hours here and I would really like to speak to a human being about this. This is not hard. I have a Pismo PowerBook G3, which I purchased online, used. Wiped the HD when I got it, installed 10.2.8. Updated iTunes to version 6.0.5. I get an error message when I try to burn a CD, missing software or incompatible drive. The drive is an apple brand drive. I am not certain where to find the serial number on it, there are a lot of numbers on it, but it can be provided if someone will tell me where to look. It's not a hardware problem, I can watch DVDs and play CDs, just can't burn. The drive says "CD-RW/DVD-ROM" right on it, and my computer is able to recognize it as such in the system profiler. I am led to believe I am missing a driver(s) that will allow iTunes to burn CDs with the drive.
It'd be great if I could get this on a disc, but if I can just download it from somewhere (willing to pay for it/them!), as long as I can burn it to a disc or download it again if I install a larger HD, that's wonderful. Or, say, I could wait on downloading it until I HAVE upgraded the HD, which I will probably do in the coming year. This would not be as wonderful, but I'm willing to do it.
Please, can somebody help me?

If you can, I'd recommend upgrading to 10.4, as it usually recognizes any 3rd party CDRW/DVD or DVD burner, without the need for Patchburn.
You can check the xlr8yourmac website for reports from Pismo (and other PB) users who have added aftermarket CD/DVD burners to their Pismos, etc.
I too love the Pismo (have had and upgraded at least 10 over the years, some for me and some for family members). The expansion bay was a great idea back in the day. I've found that most if not all aftermarket notebook, a.k.a. "slim" burners fit in the expansion bay. And the Pismo, coupled with Tiger 10.4 (I find 10.4.7 to be outstanding and haven't updated beyond it), is highly usable still today, given that big hard disks and DVD burners and 54g wifi PCMCIA cards (Airport compatible, no drivers needed: e.g. the Motorola WN825G cardbus card) have plummeted in price from a couple years ago. Too bad that compatible RAM is still expensive, as are new Pismo batteries (new, they cost more than many Pismos on eBay!).
As to brands/models, I like the Sony-Nec Optiarc AW-G540A 8x DVD burner (recognized as Master, ID=0 right out of the box, very fast, fairly quiet, priced @ $50-60) because it just works; and the UJ-8xx series DVD burners from Panasonic, which are pretty reliable (and very cheap on ebay if they're older models), because you can swap the faceplate/bezel with the original bezel from the DVD-Rom in your Pismo (if it was a Panasonic model; Apple also used LG drives).
