Save Operation Error

I get the following error message when trying to save an WMV file on soundbooth
The number of output audio channel(s) needs to be the same as the number of output channel(s) or lower e.g mono to stereo is not allowed.
Anyone know how reactify the problem.

Being as Soundbooth is audio editing software and not primarily intended for video work, you'll find that this isn't the only limitation you're going to run into. Because it will work with MP4 files doesn't mean it's the best tool for the job. I can fry eggs in a soup kettle, but why would I?
I've had troubles with H264 stuff since it first debuted. Trying to burn using Roxio Toast or Media Creator has rendered me numerous useless DVDs when working with H264. Sony Vegas 9 works pretty well with it, and from what I've heard, Premiere, OnLocation and Encore handle it well, but I've never used them because I lack the video equipment to record H264 footage.

Problem is, the save operation is incomplete when CC tries to access the file. And it jsut gives up. It doesn't wait or retry, which means my file never synchs UNLESS I restart the CC application, or reboots, or renames the file.
Thats silly. Can you change that behaviour please?

Even though new photo image shows up in the icon box in the lower corner of the camera screen, the photo did not save to any albums or places on iPhone 5s with ios8.02 update. Happened three times now so I know it is not operator error!

where did my photo go? Three times now I have taken a photo, and can see the image in the little icon box on the camera screen. I click on the icon to use the photo to share, but the photo is nowhere to be found. Sometimes the image is retrievable but three times today alone, no image came up in camera roll, even though image is in the little icon. What is happening?

Hello again... I have the 5S with current capacity of 56 GB and available space of 28GB. (I have several big big rule books and pdf files for work on the phone). There are currently a total of 1627 photos (yes, I know that's a lot...but there used to be even MORE, and I had no problems before ios 8.02) on the phone, and I have done routine purges and deletes and backups to my PC and the Cloud.
When I did the first update to ios 8.0, of course, I found out quickly that photostream and camera roll disappeared, but I was smart enough to figure out that the upgrade created the folder "recently added" and I was able to reinstall the Cloud on my PC and my photos are streaming nicely to the PC and my Ipads (two of them) when I get home to wifi.
Then I did the ios 8.02 upgrade last week. Used my phone to take photos this past weekend while away on a trip, and darn, one of the photos that I really needed, disappeared. I thought perhaps that the problem was "operator error" by the person who took the photo of me. But then last night, I was taking some photos and lo and behold, the same thing happened to me...twice...... the photo image was in the little "icon" box, and I wanted to "share it". So, I touch the icon of the photo, but the photo did not appear in the "recently added" bunch of photos. The previous photo was there. I took another photo, and it appeared normally in the "recently added". <shrug>. Took a few more photos, and once more... the icon showed the image, but no image was in the "recently added" folder.
That's all that I know as of now...... today... no problems. all photos (took about 20) all appeared in "recently added" as they should.

"Can't Save- Program Error" Update OS?

We have now twice encountered a situation where Photoshop CS5 is "unable to save file due to a program error". This occured before and AFTER I reset Photoshop prefs -which typically fixes any corruptions resulting in operating errors. We have also had PShop freezes when the SAVE dialog has been invoked. When prefs reset does not solve the problem, I tend to suspect sytem errors. I have run disk utility & repaired disk permissions. I have not yet reset PRAM.
Unit has been mostly stabile until recently. We have NOT added any software or hardware recently.
Does resetting PRAM resest Mac system prefs? Any additional basic fixes I should run?
This MacPro has a model ID: MacPro5,1 (quad core Intel Xeon 2.8GHz, 4 core, 8gb ram. Running OS 10.6.8
Should we "upgrade" the OS? Not sure if this vintage MacPro would benefit from an upgrade. (I used to have a very stable G5 which never ran well after "upgrading" to 10.5.8)

If you do go to 10.8.3 first clean out and look for anything that would use Rosetta and PowerPC, that is gone.
I would if you have the time do a clean OS install and then Migrate or use Setup Assistant. - Lion and ML do not like carrying over old items from before and nothing of PowerPC era.
PRAM and NVRAM are unlikely as they are hardware, nor does repairing permissions.
Where are you saving to? how many drives? where? what type?
Where is scratch preference set to?
how many pageouts in Activity Monitor?
You could also create a new user account and try working from there and not copy over anything until you straighten it out.
I prefer to see the system on its own drive, scratch drive or array, media drive or array for your work and media, and the user account folders other than ~/Library NOT be on the same drive as system.
8GB RAM is minimal for what you run.

LV 2009 SP1 corrupts front panel VI during 'save' operation

My best guess is that corruption happens during 'save' operation.
Steps:
1. Slightly modify vi.
2. Run it, then stop and exit with saving of changes. (Saving takes unusual big amount time and cpu/memory resources)
3. Try to open vi and get the message "LabVIEW:Generic error... error code 3:Could not load front panel."
4. Exit from LabView
5. Start LabView and got the message "The last time you ran LabVIEW, an internal error or crash occurred at loaddata.cpp, line 3070"
Tried to reinstall LabView but it didn't help.
Any advice?

There were a lot of things that you did not post so I skipped through them.
Did a diagram clean-up and saved without issue.
maybe you should duplicate what I did (load with sub-VI and X-Controls adn save) to see if it is still corrupted for you. If not start adding stuff back in until you find what causing the crash.
So no crash on my machine.

Why do I receive Offending Operator Error when opening illustrator created charts??

I have created a pie chart in illustrator and after I save and close I receive Offending Operator errors when reopening and my chart information is gone. This has happened to me twice between a six month period. I thought it was just corupt files, but sure enough I am having the same issue when trying to create again.
Can anyone offer suggestions as to what i am doing wrong?

"Save operation failed" in HTML client screen

Some users of my Lightswitch application are getting an error: "SAVE OPERATION FAILED - Data in the Candidate Basic record is invalid".
Unfortunately I can't see their screens, however I've tried to replicate it myself with their user account and I can't. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? The application is 3-tier and is hosted on Azure.

some of the related topics here regarding my problem but could not seem
to find anything to help me fix this problem so I decided to post this.
I currently have a saved waveform from an oscilloscope that is quite
big in size(around 700MB, CSV file format) and I want to view this on
my PC using SignalExpress. Unfortunately when I try to load the file
using "Load/Save Signals -> Load From ASCII", I always get the "Not
enough memory to complete this operation" error. How can we view and
analyze large waveform files in SignalExpress? Is there a workaround on
this?

Are you encountering a read-only message when you tried to save the boot.ini file? If so, you can try this method: right-click on My Computer >> Select "Properties", and go to the "Advanced" tab. Select "Settings", and on the next screen, there is a button called Edit. If you click on Edit you should be able to modify the "/3GB" tag in boot.ini. Are you able to change it in this manner? After reboot, you can reload the file to see if it helps.
To open a file in SignalExpress, a contiguous chunk of memory is required. If SignalExpress cannot find a contiguous memory chunk that is large enough to hold this file, then an error will be generated. This can happen when fragmentation occurs in memory, and fragmentation (memory management) is managed by Windows, so unfortunately this is a limitation that we have.
As an alternative, have you looked at NI DIAdem before? It is a software tool that allows users to manage and analyze large volumes of data, and has some unique memory management method that lets it open and work on large amounts of data. There is an evaluation version which is available for download; you can try it out and see if it is suitable for your application.

HCM Interactive forms - operation error while applying usage rights

We have setup several scenarios using the new HCM Interactive forms on ERP6.0 and EP7.0. The scenarios include things like Transfer, pay change request.
In 9 out of 10 cases everything thing is working as expected so that the users can complete the forms and the process for their requests but occasionally we are seeing a random error that occurs for any user at any time without any apparent pattern.

We had the same problem. The fix is to get a unique ID for every form. Given below
Instructions to generate unique ID
1. Modify template
Edit your template via t-code SFP
-> goto Layout tab -> Adobe LiveCycle Designer will be started
-> Goto 'XML source' tab
in line2, you will find following entry

(you can delete all table entry from this table)
3. When you access the forms, they are aitomatically registered in this table.

Getting " Not enough memory for the operation error " in BOE

Hi,
We are using BOE 11.0.
we try to schedule a new report with multiple database logins for testing in BOE. When we run the report we are getting error like "Not enough memory for the operation error"
The same report has been executed successfully when we run using Crystal reports developer. The report is fectching less than 10K records from all the databases together.
Please let me know which is causing the issue and also let me know is there any limit in the number of databases connecting for a single report.

I've seen one parameter "Maximum Cache Size Allowed (KBytes)" and the value for this parameter is 5000.
If we change it to a big number whether we can solve the issue ? Please suggest.

"You do not have enough access privileges for this operation" error message on iTunes startup?

So I cleaned up my Macbook recently, and now I am fearing that I may have deleted something important.
Whenever I start up iTunes, I am met with the "You do not have enough access privileges for this operation" error message. I have read forums that advised editing the Get Info page for the iTunes library to allow all users and staff to "Read/Write", but doing this has not eliminated this message.
Any tracks that were not purchased play normally, but purchased tracks now require additional sign-in that I do not believe was required before. Other than this, iTunes performs normally.
Did I mess something up permanentliy or is there a way to fix this?

The problem was that my account wasn't authorized. But when I tried to authorize it, I got an error message saying that the authorization could not be completed. Thankfully, THAT was something that Apple Support had previously addressed.

Error trying to publish (real time) to delivery: No response from remote execute trying to save assettype [error was -103].

I'm trying to publish for first time to a new environment (delivery).
The light of target destination is green.
When i click on "inicialize" i get these errors and in the docs i cannot find why or what i have to do.
Trying to publish asset types during inicialization it returns this error:

Looking for the meaning for this i found: No table. What does it mean? Why the tool has not created the table?
And then, the next error message is shown (all of them are shown in the same screenshot) trying to mirroring. It might have to do with the previos error message... but i have no idea!

What SQL server driver are you using, Microsoft's or the jTDS driver (see jTDS JDBC Driver)? It may be worth trying the other.
Also, can you enable
com.fatwire.logging.cs=DEBUG
in log4j.properties and retest, then post the entire resulting sites.log and application server log somewhere for us to see? e.g somewhere like pastebin.com

Can't save image, error message ???

Hi, I'm trying to save a pdf image in photoshop, as I always do, hitting command S, or going to file-save. I keep getting an error message saying "could not save "x" file because the file is already in use or was left open". Well duh, of course it's in use, I'm working on it.
Anybody know what's going on here? Am I missing something?

Save operations in ALV Grid

Halo experts ,
I have an CL_GUI_ALV grid with editable fiedls which I call in the subscreen. The user can generate new detail ids from the grid by saving lines in the application .
When next time the grid is displayed the grid should come back with the generated ID from the database .So that if there is a modifcation operation, it will not be treated as an insert operation
For that I am freeing all the gird container and alv grid values after SAVE operation in PAI like
case ok_code.
when 'SAVE'.
l_gui->save( ).
      FREE: g_cont_1927.
      FREE g_gui_tab_1927.
When the screen is being shown again in the PBO of the subscreen its taking up the generated id from the database .
the PBO of the subscreen is like
IF g_cont_1927 IS INITIAL.
    CREATE OBJECT g_cont_1927
      EXPORTING
        container_name = 'G_CONT_1927'.
ENDIF.
IF g_gui_tab_1927 IS INITIAL.

l_gui is a global class reference type . it is having attribute my_grid type ref to cl_gui_alv_grid. Inside save I am calliong my_grid->check_changed_data( ).
But that is not the problem here
When the screen is shown second time after save with set_table_for_first_display method
f it is having the new generated ids from the database( in debugger ) .
But when i do some modification operations( ie again triigerr PAI ) the display_records seems to be the old one again( not with genereated ids ) strange
I tried using cl_gui_cfw=>set_new_ok_code , cl_gui_cfw=>flush everyhting in on_data_changed and on_user_commnad event handlers but no avail
When i go back to another screen and come again it is getting the new ids
