Save PM Order in Desktop as a PDF doc

Hello Experts,
Can anyone explain me as to how to Save a PM Order (Shop papers) in Desktop as a PDF doc?
I know we can explore options of workflow/smartforms, etc.,
Any quick help on this is highly appreciated!!!!!!

    since I got the same problem as pdfprincess I hope you can help me. The 'Automatically save document changes to temporary file...' is enabled in my adobe reader.
    A file I worked (commented) on a lot crashed. When I reopened the file, adobe reader didn't ask if I want to restore my changes in this file, as it is written on the help.adobe.com page. Is there any possibility to restore the changes manually from the temporary file?
    Thanks in advance - it is really important for me to restore these changes!!

    after creating PO i save the po . the print preview i give print option. that time we normalley send this by mail attachment file.
    so we save it as a PDF file. when we save as a PDF file system has to generate the file name (saving path) should be the PO number only.
    unfortunatly this info is much to vague to know how you save the PO as PDF.
    there are several options to generate PDFs from a PO, thats why I asking how you do it.
    the print preview i give print option.
    What exactly do you do here, which indicator do you set, what do you enter ....

  • In linux, saving a background image (set as Desktop)feature doesnt download my image to wallpaper folder..or even to standard "Save download" feature. Can I tell firefox where (what folder) to save my "Set as Desktop" picture?

    When I find a suitable picture to use as wallpaper" I often right click and use the menu item "Set as Desktop Background". The file ""example.jpg" is saved in directory\folder "/home/user" rather than for example "/home/user/my wallpaper" or in the directory
    "/home/user/Downloads". The latter as being set under the "Downloads" section on the "General" tab in the "Preferences" dialog box.
    Is there a configuration file where I can change the default location to save my "Set as Desktop Background" images. Or better still can the menu be customized to launch the application that allows me to set my desktop wallpapers?
    I am using the "PCLinuxOS" Linux OS but I have encountered this issue in many if not all the Linux distributions I have sampled.

    Don't use "Set as Desktop". Use ''' "Save Image As..." ''' instead, and file it with your other "wallpaper" images so the operating system has access to those images.
    IIRC, Firefox saves a "desktop image" to the Profile folder, and it will only save one image, at that. Change the image and the previous one is gone.

  • I deleted my desktop icon - now I can't save things to the desktop!

    After a complete meltdown of my computer (and thank GOD I backed everything up!!) ... I'm transferring everything back to my iMac from an external drive ... BUT, I deleted the little "desktop" icon from my finder folder - or more like, I dragged a desktop folder from the external hard drive and "replaced" the desktop icon.
    Now I can't save anything to the desktop. When I drag something to the desktop it says "The item cannot be moved because the 'desktop' cannot be modified."
    Is there a way to get this back???

    Under "Ownership & Permission" is says "You can - Read & Write", so that's not the issue.
    What I did was:
    When you open the finder window, there are several icons that appear in the window - usually the Desktop icon, the Home icon, the Applications icon, the Documents icon, the Movies icon, the Music icon and the Pictures icon.
    What I did was, I dragged a "Desktop FOLDER" over from an external hard drive and it asked me if I wanted to replace the Desktop. I said "Yes" and now I no longer have the DESKTOP ICON on the left side of the finder window and I can no longer drag and drop things to the desktop.
    The desktop icon no longer exists, so I can't access my desktop VIA the finder window.
    Does this make sense?

    I can't save files to my desktop.  I have no problem saving the same file anywhere else.  WHen I try through excel, for example, it tells me the file is read only. When I try to save it as a different file name, a pop up tells me I do not have permission to save to the desktop.  The same issue occurs when I attempt to take a screen shot (default save to desktop)

    Click on it, choose Get Info from the File menu, give yourself Read & Write access under Sharing and Permissions or Ownership and Permissions, and ensure it's not locked.

If you are the form author, you can save/print the form to PDF in FormsCentral, and the PDF forms can be viewed in Acrobat or Reader.Or if you like, you can save/print the entire web page to PDF using the browser, but the form could not be submitted then.     It's possible to create PO automatically after sales order is saved.
    1. Set up back-to-back, i.e. PR can be automatically created after the SO is saved.
    2. Item category - make sure 'Create PO automatically' checkbox  is ticked.
    3. Enterprise Structure --> Sales Organization - ensure that PO type, purchasing group etc. is maintained.
    4. Transaction code SWETYPV - Ensure that both checkboxes are ticked for BO (object category), BUS2032 (object type), ALECREATEE/CHANGED and ERRORCHANGINGPURORD/ERRORCREATINGPURORD.
    5. Optional: You could execute BD86 to check for consistencies (note that you can still get it work even if BD86 shows errors)

    Buy an external USB hard drive and copy your data to it.  Either that or burn them all to single or double layer DVDs (depending on amount of data you have).  Or if it's really a small amount, consider putting it all on a USB memory stick.

    This is because for the material which you are using in the purchase order,you havent maintained the text in the material master record.So go transaction Tcode MM02 and enter your material.Then in basic data 1 view,at the bottom there is a tab for Basic data text.Click on that tab,it will take you to a additional data screen where you have to maintain a short text for thematerial in the language ZF.Then save it.

    Could you confirm that when you re-open the sorted album, the display order on the top bar just over the browsing space is still in 'album' order ? That order may have been changed to a date order. For me, I get the order of the last album I opened, not necessarily the 'album' order of the present album.

    Actually, I had similar issue, but it was FM.  Occasionally, when I did a Save as PDF or Save as with HTML, FM went on for a few moment then stoped saving with an error message along the line: Cannot create <some file name>...  It kept doing the same thing for several tries until I deleted the previously generated files, then all would be well for a while, until the next time...  I don't know it had anything to do with the generated files (PDF or HTML) being opened on a web-browser at the moment.  Yet, as I remembered prior to that and verified afterward, in those times that went without such error, those files were being opened as well.  Thanks!
