Save Report in SAP b1 from Crystalreport Addon failed

Hi,
when I try to save a report which is loaded from b1 in Crystal reports and edited I cannot save the report by the Addon-Menu
i get the error Message:
Die COM-Klassenfactory für die Komponente mit clsID {632F4591-AA62-4219-8FB6-22BCF5F60090} konnte aufgrund des folgenden fehlers
nicht abgerufen werden 8007007e
in the Registry I could locate this dll

CR 14.04.738 Developer
I think that the addon is not properly installed maybe because of the path?

you need to re install the integration package for B1 , you can find this in set up files of 9.0 package >>SAP CRAddin Installation
once you install this re start your crystal reports then you will be able to see this feature.
you can also check it is installed or not in programs under control panel called sap business one crystal reports integration package and the 2nd sap business object BI platform .net sdk redistributable .
if the those two programs are not there then you install this from the set up files i mentioned above.

Unable to save reports to enterprise from Crystal Reports 2013 and Crystal Reports for Enterprise

Dear Expert,
when we tried to save report to enterprise, error happened:
"Failed to find a Report Application Server."
We closed BO server firewall.
We could check report from PC by browser.
But when we save report from CR 2013, then error happened.
Then we install CR enterprise and save report is ok from same PC.
We launch latest patches too.
Anyone see this before? Please kindly help~

April, since you have CR4E, you also have BI and thus free phone support included. My suggestion would be to create a phone incident and work with an SAP engineer on the issue. Only saying because it looks like you're somewhat anxious to get this going(?).

Error while 'Crystal Report for Sap Business One' addon started

Hi,
I have try to install Crystal Report for Sap Business One (Addon Versione number 2.0.0.7).
The installatione finish succesfully, but when I started the addOn i retrieve this errore message: External Connection to the dataBase failed. Sap Crystal Addon may not function properly. Please re-run the account setup with superuser login.
I'm logged in Sap with manager (super user), so maybe I have forgot some step in the installation?
I have see the Demo in the Channel Partner Portal, I have note that I have to isntall the CR_Runtime_12_0, but I don't find it, I don't know where I can download this file. I have just installed SapCrystalSetup.exe and registered the Addon like a normal Sap B1 addon.
Where is the error??

You must configure in each cliente Pc the connection with the DATABASE.
You must Know the Database Super User (In SQL Server usually sa, and its password, the standard form SAP Business One is SAPB1Admin)
In Administration > Crystal Reports Administration > Account Setup
The CR_Runtime_12_0 is only necesary to view reports, but isn't necesary to start de addon.

Update ABAP Report in SAP R/3 with data from xMII

Hi Experts,
How do we update some PP reports in SAP R/3 from xMII .
We have sucessfully got all the data from the historians in the plant and also established connection between SAP R/3 and xMII.
1. We also need to store the data passed in SAP R/3 in a Z-table and fetch data from there.
2. How the BLS in xMII can be called from SAP R/3 to update the table.

You can very well do this using a remote enabled function module. For this,
1) Write a function module which takes input (tag name & value) and inserts in z table.
2) Set it remote enabled.
3) Define your SAP server under data services - > SAP Server Configurations.
3) Write a BLS transaction which calls this RFC using SAP JCO action. Here you can use the configuration that you defined in earlier step. Set the input parameters.
4) Execute the transaction and you can put an external breakpoint in your RFC for debugging.
I think when you said you are getting data xacute query, even that will execute such kind of BLS transaction.

please ask your network admins if there is a firewall between your CR Designer installation and your SAP R/3 system.
I assume that you have imported the necessary trsansports in your SAP R/3 system.
Which kind of driver do you use for the connection to SAP R/3?

SAP Report for Material purchased from Vendors

Can anyone tell me if there is a report in SAP that we can use to list all suppliers for a given material? We are operating in SAP ECC6.0 and need a report that will list all vendors that the company has used for a given part. Is there a standard report in SAP that pulls information from purchasing info records?
Also does anybody know of any SAP consultants that can help us create custom reports?

There is not standard report for ageing... You have to develop a custom one if you are talking in terms of GR/IR...

Unable to export report to excel file from SAP

Hi all,
I have a problem to download data from a report. The XL gets downloaded in a different format than my colleague.
We are using the same XL version but two weeks back the SAP GUI 730 got reinstalled to my machine and since then the problem
started.
Can you please confirm is there is any particular user settings for this?
I have login in any different working ( SAP Export ) machine with my login ID and Password and try to export the report to excel file from SAP, and I have same issue . Same we have requested another user to login in my machine with their ID and Password and check the same, They have tried and its working for then in my machine.

Execute report>
Right click anywhere in the report output and select Spreadsheet.
A pop up box will appear, select which export option you would like to use and click green check.
NOTE: If you don't see this option then goto Settings>Switch List then try above said.

Crystal report- Connect from SAP gateway to RFC server failed

I am trying to connect to a SAP R3 system from crystal reports but it gives me below error.
Please note : Transports have been imported and also the roles CRYSTAL_ENTITLEMENT and CRYSTAL_DESIGNER. My user is a member of these roles which were release along with Best practice reports v1.31

How to download/save report from server machine to client machine?

Hello All
This is San,
My problem is that i need to save pdf/html report in client machine while report running on client machine for this i have set destype as file and desformat as pdf/html.
It is running and save automatically while report run on server machine (Application Server OS is Windows 20003 professional) but when i run it on client machine (Client machine OS is XP sp2) click on run button to run report then it give message as
FRM-41214: Unable to run report
When I do showjobs then it give message as
Executed successfully but there were some errors when distribute the output 
Please suggest me solution of the above mentioned.

Crystal Report for SAP B1 8.8

Hi All !
I can not finish for designing template layout for Sales Quotation by Crystal Report 2008 for SAP 8 8
I have already done for template of sale quotation but when i print preview in SAP for this one, system did not understood and it get all data from Sale quotation in database. I would like to assign specify Sales Quotation Doc number which i want to Print preview on my template.
How can i assign or how can i have to create what parameter.

Try this:
For Sales Order
The DocKey@ token is mandatory in a Crystal Reports .rpt file that you want to use as a
layout. The DocKey@ token is used to identify the current active document. SAP Business One
populates its value when you preview or print a layout.
When you apply the DocKey@ token, in the Select Expert window, you need to specify a filter
condition, such as:
{ORDR.DocEntry}={DocKey@}
If the DocKey@ token does not exist, create a new parameter with the following settings:
In the Name field, enter DocKey@
In the Type dropdown list, select Number
In all other fields, leave the default settings
Then Save report as layout to B1
Try previewing this layout as you will notice it will no longer ask for a parameter.
This likely behaves as a standard layout
Try searching forums or channel portal regarding Parameter Tokens

Error when saving Crystal Report to SAP BW (via SAP toolbar)

Dear Experts -
Our landscape is:
Backend - SAP BW7.4 with Service pack 5
Crystal Version - Crystal Reports 2013 SP1 Patch 6
Business Objects - SAP BI 4.1 SP1 Patch 6
I'm trying to save a crystal report to SAP BW via the toolbar option, but the attached error is being returned.
Also, if I try to create a new report from BW, an error is thrown. 'An error occurred while generating a new report template; No error'.
Any feedback/pointers would be valuable.

I realize this post is a few months old, but did S. B. O. Shell Business One get this issue cleared up by installing the BW transports mentioned in Josh's reply? I'm interested in knowing whether this was resolved as we are receiving the same error as the one shown in the initial post.

This code works fine when the report invoke to print is developed in crystal reports version for .net 2008 or .net 2005
when trying to print a report standart getting from SAP BO 8.8.1 using this code I getting the following error:

How I can get these dll´s version for Crystal Report 2008 for SAP Business one or How I can solve this problem

Publish Crystal Reports to SAP NetWeaver Portal

We are trying to publish Crystal Reports to SAP NetWeaver Portal. So far we found that we always have to save to BusinessObjects Enterprise first, and then we found the ID from Crystal Reports in the InfoView. After that, we put that ID in our iView using PAR template. Here are our questions:
(1) After we save Crystal Reports to BW server, how can we run that report from BW without saving to BusinesObjects Enterprise?
(2) Can we directly publish Crystal Reports to SAP NetWeaver Portal without saving to BusinessObjects Enterprise first?

Thanks for the answers. From your answer, I believe what you are trying to say is that we need to save Crystal Reports to BusinessObjects Enterprise no matter what. We need to save Crystal Reports to BOE first, and then we need to have BOE in order to run Crsytal Reports.

what is the tcode or table name to get all only reports in sap module wise. i have tryed in TSTC table, but it is showing all tcodes including standard screen programs. i want only reports, that list have to convert in excel file. please help me in this..
