Saved Documentary with Art Filter

The dark as-taken photo was improved to a completely pixelated (even after Noiseware)version. And, the photo was then a throw out for sure. However, I "saved" it by making it strictly a documentary (of my family), happily an artistic one. I used the PSE art filter Crosshatch. The final version can be seen in the large image that I made it in at:

Line art filter shimmer

hi all - I have applied the line art filter to a short clip and the effect is perfect when it's not playing - but when it plays there is a shimmer in areas of the image. The clips are 640 X 480, 30 fps, progressive. The FCP timeline setting is for Photo JPEG. They are color corrected for brightness and contrast with a smidge of saturation in FCP and then sent to Motion. I have played with all the parameters with no luck and looked for another filter to reduce the shimmer to no avail.
Anybody know of a way to get rid of this shimmer?

Depending on your settings, the Line Art plugin tends to amplify noise by "outlining" all the differences, which change slightly, frame to frame...

Looking for an ASCII Art filter - possible to build from scratch?

I would like an ASCII art filter for Final Cut Pro. The closest I have found so far is one for imovie from stupendous software (http://www.stupendous-software.com/).
Does anyone know of one I've overlooked for Final Cut Pro?
If not, do you think creating a filter using whatever ascii art generator's are already out there would be a worthwhile attempt for someone with little programming knowledge?

Sorry, perhaps I should have been clearer! The function that I picked just to test what you need to do just happened to return a string that contains SPAN tags with style attributes. The actual function code is:

Camera filters, exporting with the filter..

I just bought my first iPhone about 2 weeks ago, i like it, but today, I took some photos with the built-in filters and i use dropbox to atutomatically save the photos, BUT my issue is, when exported to dropbox. The photo is not in black/white it is in the normal setting.. I am not a computer software wizard(photoshop or other) so I cannot just apply the filters that I want, if I want to use them outside of the iPhone
Is there a way for the filters to be saved to the image file in some way?.. please help, this is quite annoying because I like the filters!
I hope some apply genious will assist me!
Lots of xo's to the person who gives me the answer.. no workarounds, or emailing photos and such, i just want it to save the file WITH the filter, if this is not possible, then I urge apple to make it an option in their next update because, why else have filters? :S

I am sorry to hear this has occurred to you, I am very glad to hear you are enjoying your new iPhone. As for Dropbox, there could be a feature built in, but not being a Dropbox user I am not 100% sure? Try to check for an in app feature, if not I would plug your phone into your computer and log into iTunes, go onto the tab that says iPhone or similar and look for 'on this iphone' then try to find and drag the image to your computer, then use Dropbox from there. ES_CRM_PARTNER_REDETERMIN* with the filter value *BUS2000223

I have a requirement in which i have to create a Service Request and enter some particular Account ID for it through which any particular Account is assigned to the partner function "Account owner " automatically.
Then again before saving the user changes the Account ID entered before to some other.As for this Partner Determination settings has been done in the spro.But now the partner function "Account Owner" is not changed accordingly.
To make this happen i implented an Enahncement Spot ES_CRM_PARTNER_REDETERMIN with the filter value BUS2000223.
But this implementation is not getting triggered, it triggers only once the first time when we try to create a Service request.And teh partner determination is not working.
Please, suggest regarding the same.

partner re-determination is only available since crm 6.0.

Normally it works only for BUS - types which are maintained in table (these entries are also supported)

Issue with parameter/filter - trying to display null rows

This is how my data looks in the database
Order_ID ----- Vendor
ID123 NULL
ID234 ABC
ID456 NULL
ID001 CDE
I want to create an SSRS report with a filter for vendors
*All Vendors should be checked off by default
*Users should be able to select multiple vendors
So I started by creating the VendorDataSet, the query looks like
SELECT VendorName
FROM Vendor
WHERE Active = 1
*This query will return all active vendors stored in my vendor table
Then, I created my parameter @prmVendor and it looks like:
-Data Type: Text
-Allow blank value("")
-Allow multiples values
Available Values:
-Dataset: Vendor
-Value field: vendor_name
-Label field: vendor_name
The main query of the report looks like
Select Order_ID, Vendor
FROM Order
LEFT JOIN Vendors
ON Order.VendorID = Vendor.ID
WHERE Vendor IN (@prmVendor)
So at this point it does what is supposed to do except - that when I run the query with all the vendors selected,
the query will only return the ones with vendors populated.

I've tried adding the following to my VendorDataSet:
SELECT VendorName
FROM Vendor
WHERE Active = 1
UNION ALL
SELECT '' -- I've also tried SELECT NULL
But when I run the report and look at the list of vendor displayed - it won't show the empty row in the vendor drop down filter
thus, my main query will ignore the orders with no vendors.

I can isolate a bookmark with the filter, but how can I "find" a bookmark in the hierarchy of the ShowAllBookmarks window?

I want to find a bookmark in its location in the hierarchy of bookmarks, but all I can do with the filter is isolate a bookmark[s]; either using the filter of the bookmarks sidebar, or in the ShowAllBookmarks window. For instance, I know I have a certain bookmark, but I want to move it into a new "folder" and rename it, perhaps; for this I need to be able to *see* it in the hierarchy, as in the Finder of a Mac, when the filter turns up a file, then "Show Original" of "Open Enclosing Folder."

I'm just trying to understand how to use these add-ons, having just added them on, to borrow a phrase, but have now found a comment re Go Parent Folder, "This extension does not seem to work in MacOS X. " <http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=659690>. Sadly [altho I really like Snow Leopard] I'm running OS X.6.7. Nonetheless a contextual menu mousing down on a "found" bookmark indeed does give the working option of "Go to Parent Folder" from the found list of the ShowAllBookmarks window, *or* the that of the sidebar window. Bravo!!

How did you design the filter on the view?

None of fact sources are compatible with detail filter

We have 2 facts and 7 dimensions defined in physical layer and below are the relationships between them
D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 are conformed dimensions and all joined to F1 and F2
D6 is joined to F1
D7 is joined to F2.
In BMM layer, I combined two facts(F1 and F2 ) into one fact with two logical sources. And even set the aggregation content level for LTS of F1 to "total level of D7" and
LTS of F2 to "total level of D6".
Whenever I create a report with D6 attributes and D7 attributes without any filter D6 or D7 attribute filters., the report is generating fine. But if the report is using any of the D6 or D7 attributes in filter, I am getting the error *"None of fact sources are compatible with detail filter... "*
Am I missing something. Can someone please help how to resolve this.
BTW..We are on version 11.1.1.5

I am confused here..could you please explain why do you have to set the "Total" Level to Dimension D7 for F1 and "Total" Level for Dimension D6 on F2?
Lets talk about F1 first:
In your case F1 is joined to D1 through D6. Then in the logical layer, on the fact, have you set the levels for the dimensions D1 through D6 to all Detail or lowest level (ROW_WID/KEY)? (Assuming no hierarchies and all are at detail level)
Similarly check the levels on the fact F2. My guess is that it is something to do with your logical level settings. Make sure the logical level are set correctly on the correct dimensions.

Issue with a filter

I am having a really hard time applying the filter "Brush Strokes -> Angled Strokes" to a colored box, whether it's just a selection or a rectangular box.
I did this once and it worked (i.e. The box kept the same color and the correct filter was applied to it), but now I am trying to do it with a different box, whenever I access the Filter Gallery with the box selected, the color remains flat, even with the filter in question highlighted. I've tried everything I can think of, but it just seems like a weird glitch.. First time it worked, now it doesn't. Any idea what could be causing this?

New shapes on new layers don't have any layer styles for me. I don't recall running across an option for applying layer styles to new shapes.
Is it possible you're drawing pixels on the same layer? Layer styles are applied equally to whatever's on the entire layer.
As far as I know, new layer styles use whatever defaults you explicitly set for them. There are buttons such as the one shown below for setting your own default.
The [ ] Use Global Light feature is a bit special in that it uses one global angle for all layer styles (change any one and they all change) - the idea being that things look better when the shadows and highlights all imply the light is coming from the same direction.
Can you describe a specific case where the default you set isn't being used? I'll be happy to try to reproduce it.

All items are not visible even with no filter

I have a custom list and am not able to run a search the list, through the "all items" view, even with no filter set. The list is also set to only view 50 items at a time, but I am not able to view the next batch of items. The search
will give no results even when the list contains the item with that specific information.

1) I understand you are not able to view the 'All Items' in the list.
Can you check the total number of items that list contains.
Go to Site Actions-->View All site content see the number of items beside the list name( right side)
I suspect the list might be reached the threshold value.
2) If the number of Items are less than the threshold value then I would suggest you do a test by creating another view by providing only the view name (Don't use any sort, Filter, Groupby ...etc) and just keep the default settings and let me
know if you are able to see the items using the newly created view.

How to know if implementation with a filter value exist for a BAdI in code?

Scenario:
I created a BAdI. There will be a button on the UI to call its implementation(s); while if there is no implementation with specified filter value, this button needs to be hidden. Thus I need to know if the implementation exist before calling it.
Question:
In the ABAP code, how to get whether implementation with specified filter value exists for a BAdI?
If it's possible, please help provide code.

The folder you are looking for has no displayable content.
You can try one of the following:
Access the folder using the Navigation user interface.
Access the folder as a Web folder. Your operating system and browser dictate whether or not this will work.
And when I click on "Access the folder using the Navigation user interface." then I can see the folder structure and its contents really nice.
is there a way to configure the iView that allways display the content this way with out the user clicking on the "Access the folder using the Navigation user interface." option. ?

I resolved the problem using a KM Navigation iView, this iView has the functionality I was looking for and this displays the folders and then the content of the folders if we click on the folder. with the edit etc etc functionality.

I've got X-Fi with Art Tube MP USB which uses standart Windows USB Audio Device driver. In 'Control panel -> Sound & Audio Devices' I select Output: X-Fi, Input (Rec): USB Audio Device because I need sound output from X-fi and input from USB Audio Device (Art Tube MP).
In Cubase 3 everything works fine with ASIO Multimedia driver. But latency is?VERY big. If I select 'Creative ASIO' in doesn't work at all. ASIO4ALL, ASIO DirectX Full Duplex doesn't work also.
My question is how to get things to work. I want to record from ART Tube MP and listen from X-Fi. With LOW latency.

screw it.. i dunno... bad drivers, that's what i'm accounting it to. Nobody seems to know what the problem is anymore.
With that said, the card works wonderfully now =D
Someone on this board mentioned some third party drivers, so I went and found them. I had no troubles installing and have had no troubles with the drivers
since their installation a few days ago.
These drivers are not supported nor created by Creative (as far as I know). Use the drivers at your own risk.
First, go to this address and read up on their drivers and how to install and what not. All the posts you should care about are sticked, so read the stickies!

I noticed that the links to their drivers are lousy/don't work. Some nice person went and hosted all their files on a different site.

Be very cautious when downloading their drivers from filefront. The host has numerous old versions up and the file names aren't always 00% copy/paste from
the YouP Pax site, so be certain you have the right file before downloading/installing.
READ THE STICKIED INSTALLATION GUIDE! Same thing as with the installing Creatives' drivers, if you don't completely uninstall former drivers, bad things happen.
