Savin MFP won't send scans to email

We're unable to send scans to email. We have a Savin MP C3502 multi-function printer and an Office 365 subscription. Please let me know if more information is required in order to assist in resolving this issue. Thanks!

Normally scanners need a SMTP server to relay the mail to. Is all that setup on the printer?

A couple days ago I first noticed the problem when snapchats would appear on my lock screen but when I opened the app I kept getting the error message that the app was not able to refresh my story. Try this procedure to be sure of a proper restart.
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
I would also try: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

If you already have a valid rescue email address, send the email to it, wait a few hours, and check the spam filter. If you don't, use the instructions in that article to contact Apple as if you had one security question and lost the Apple ID password.

I want to set up the Scan to email option on our printers however our emails are made through an exchange environment, and I don't see an option about sending scanned emails from an exchange email account. I'm not too sure what port I would need if we have exchange accounts.

The Laserjet 400 M425dw only support scanning to an email account by using SMTP server.
If your exchange account does not support SMTP, you will not be able to use the specific feature, I would suggest contacting your IT and check for the SMTP server details, if an SMTP server is not available you will need to use a differnt email account which use an SMTP server.

I tried to send a video to my friend, of course it was in the process of sending but then I instantly got this email

The same problem happened with Viber. It won't send videos even after being trimmed. It processes the video but then says "Not Sent"

Is wifi connected and working. Are you signed out on other mobile devices and outlook etc. You can be locked out when signed in toomany places atonce. Sometimes you need to sign into your email account from a laptop or desktop computer. This will not work on mobile device. You will need to make sure there are not pop boxes, security info required, etc. Obviously this tests password too. After trying to enter manually as mentioned above, go to Settings>Mail Contacts Calendars>Tap on any accounts saved that are not working or used anymore and delete them. If that doesn't resolve delete the "previously working" account and add account again.

Iphone6 won't send pictures to email contacts

I like to send pictures to my email contacts. Now with the new ipohne the pictures don't go through. I do everythng the way I always did on my old iphone but the pics won't go through.

So generally, and with my previous iPhone(s), I could email a photo via camera or photos by hitting the icon in the lower left, selecting the mail icon, entering a name into the to field and sending. The phone acts like normal, I hear the 'whoosh' when the picture 'sends,' but it is never received.
My email settings are fine; I can both send and receive email from the regular mail app as well as the gmail app. Additionally, I can manually attach a photo to an email and it will send normally. That said, this is an extra step (or two or three) that makes sending photos much less efficient.
Anything you can think of?

Mountain Lion Safari- Command Shift i - won't send URL in email

In Lion I used to be able to hit command-shift-i and my web based Gmail would come up with the subject auto-filled and the URL in the body of the email. All I had to do was type who I wanted to send.
In Safari in Mountain Lion, I hit command-shift-i and it comes up with a new email, but the subject is blank and the body is blank.
If I change the default browser to Chrome, it works great, but on Safari it doesn't work at all.
Any tips?

Welcome to the HP forums.
I understand that you haven't received the pin to activate the scan to email feature on your Photosmart 7520.
I would like to help.
Sometimes it can take upto 24 hours for the pin to arrive.
If you still have not received the pin the there are a couple of options.
1. Use the forgot pin option that is available when trying to use scan to email.
2. Reset the printers Web Services and start from the beginning again.
This option will cause the printer to loose its ePrint address. If you have customised the ePrint address, it will be lost.
To remove the printers Web Services, touch the printers ePrint icon.
Then select the settings option, and choose remove web services.
You will be brought back to the printers main menu.
Touch the ePrint icon again and follow the prompts to enable the feature once more.
Once the Web Services have been enabled you can setup scan to email again.

If you set up a Rescue email address:
Go into Manage Your AppleID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, select Password and Security, and click the first option (see below), and you will be able to proceed from there..... (I HOPE the first button is showing for you!)
Reset your password
You can change or reset the password for your Apple ID account by providing some information.
Select your authentication method.
Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the rescue email address on file for you.
Answer security questions: To access your information, you will need to answer the security question(s) provided when you originally created your Apple ID.
If you did not set up a Rescue email address:
1. Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
   Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
   Next choose 'Forgotten Security Questions' and fill in that you'd like your security
   questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....
