Saving a Adobe Pdf so the toolbars are not viewable and as a jpg without blurry images.

Hi I have recently purchased a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 for the first time. I used to create all my documents in Word and then save as a PDF. When hen opening the PDF it would just show the PDF document without toolbars etc. Now when I open it I can see the toolbars (is that normal or is their a clean way I can save this document to share with fellow workers? I don't want it to be editable so not worried about the toolbars etc.
When sharing this do they see the toolbars etc.? I don't know the right terms but I want it to look clean as in a book.
Also when trying to save as a jpg it's all blury? any ideas what I am doing wrongs.
Thankyou for you help in advance this is driving me nuts.

Is there a way to recover my catalogs? Please tell me there is because I was in the middle of working on a session when I had to wipe my drive and I would REALLY like to not have to go back and reshoot it. Any help would be wonderful!

It depends on how you wiped your drive. Depending on how you did it, only the directory was erased and the data can be found with drive recovery software. Some are free, although there is a small charge for most of them (~$30). You can usually download a trial version that shows if it will work and you have to pay to be able to save the found files. Use Google to search for the software. Different programs work differently and can find different things.

The Battery icon with the "X" indicates that your computer does not detect a battery and is operating on electrical power from AC since your computer is plugged in. If your battery is installed but not detected that indicates a problem: 1. the battery is dead; 2. the battery connector is not functioning properly. You mention that there is no response from the indicator lights so it could be either of the two possibilities. The noise is not a good sign. Best to shut it down safely while you can to prevent any possibility of damage and get it to an Apple Genius Bar or Authorized Apple Service Provider to discover the nature of the problem

Did you ever install Acrobat? It is not installed automatically with CS, but requires an extra installation step.

In some websites, the caracters are not clear and impossible to read when I scroll down. I have to pass my mouse over it to clear the caracters.

It started to do that about a year of 2 ago. So I started to use Chrome instead. This morning I'm using Firefox because I saw they upgraded and I thought it would not do that again, but the problem is the same.
I open a website la my Hotmail account. The caracters are clear at this moment. Then, I scroll down, and I cannot read some lines of caracters. And it seems like the problem is sporadic. I added NoSquint, and the problem is the same.

How to reset the Apple ID password when the emails are not received and the security questions not right?

My foolish husband put his apple password on a website. Apple has suspended his account. He is not getting the reset password emails and the security questions are not the ones he used. We live in Malawi where there is no phone support access. How can he contact apple by chat or email (through a different account) to start getting his emails back?

The links to download the software are not valid and not functioning

I have the disc to CS5 but we upgraded to 6 in January. I no longer have the product on my computer and so I atempted to install it by clicking th download link in the email I recived in January but it no longer works. I have my serial number but I am so confused as to how I can get this added back onto my computer. I still have the CS5 disc but not sure what to do

The App store tells me "all downloads are complete", however, the downloads are not loading and i still have the message "waiting" with no ability to complete the installations.

Try disabling anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
FYI... third party download managers will not work with the App Store.

HT201320 how can i stop automatic configuration of email accounts on my ipad...the ports are not correct and i cannot access my email

i cannot get my "frontier" email account set up on my ipad so that i cannot either or receive email. Frontier says that the "automatic" verifying tool puts the wrong ports in and that is why i cannot get or send emails from the ipad. We know we have the correct name and password in but when in comes to verifying, an error message comes up and says "the wrong user name or password has been entered".
How do i disable the automatic set up of email so i can be assured the correct ports are enabled?

-Tap "Settings" app,
-Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" option on the left hand side,
-On the right, under "Accounts" on top, tap "Add Account...",
-Select one of the email service providers or "Other",
-Under "Mail", tap "Add Mail Account",
-A window pops up and enter your new email account details.

HT204370 I downloaded 8 movies back in 2009. Now the movies are not playing and i cannot find the files for them. It shows that I purchased them but they will not play. How do I get them to play? This happened after updating my itunes.

Try deleting the entries from the Movies part of your library (i.e. where you are trying to play them) and see if you get the cloud symbol next to them for re-downloading in the Purchased link

When I try to sync photos to i pad from my pc the photos are not synced and I get an error message "could not sync 113 photos see i tunes"

When I try to sync my photos from my pc (windows 7) I get an error message that could it could not sync 113 photos of 1170 or so and that I should see itunes. Many of the the photos that are synced are mixed intothe wrong albums. I have deleted the ipad cache numerous times; meticuliously reorganized my albums, tried to add albums both individually as well as sync all. I am beside myself.

Why are my photo images pure black? New photos uploaded are not viewable and are 100% black. How can I fix this?

Recently my photo images are 100% blacked out and can't be viewed at all. Also, upon editing a few photos Aperture got bogged down and then image turned 100% black. I am now aftraid to open or edit any photos, and fear I have a virus/bug that could be damaging my photos. What can I do to fix this?
