Saving password in eStorage Google Docs app

It would be great if printer could just save password for google docs / google calendar password. It's annoying when you have to type pass everytime you want to use this feature. I hope that HP and/or Google will come with update quickly ;-)

Already one year passed by and I don't give up.
Can somebody please tell me if it is now possible to store the password for Google Drive in the eStorage app?

Hi Azerty21,
I understand that you are having problems with your Photosmart 5520, ePrint device. With the device you have, you will not be able to do eStorage but you should be able to print Google Docs with the Google Docs app.

IPad Air with Google Docs app

I have an iPad Air with the Google Doc App loaded. In creating a Google Document why is it impossible to SINGLE space within a document???? What is the reasoning why the app does not allow for SINGLE spacing???

There's iOS apps for iOS which is what iPods, iPads, and iPhones use. Then there are Mac Apps (which is a different store) which is what run on a computer with OSX.

Google Docs app for Photosmart D110

Why can't i get this app on my Photosmart D110. My customer who has an Officejet 6500 can. I understand that mine is a "Photo"smart and not an "Office"jet, but i would like access to my Google Docs as well.

Not saving passwords uniquely for google sites vs gmail

Installed the latest firefox for the first time on Windows 7. I have private email account that is hosted by google aps (mydomain.com). When I go to mail.mydomain.com, that eventually gets translated to google.com/a/mydomain.com/.... The resulting username/password is saved for www.google.com. When I go to my gmail account, that translates to google.com/accounts. I have an account that has the same username there, but a different password. When I save the username/password, it overwrites the first one. IE explorer recognizes these as 2 different sites and save the username/password as 2 entries, where as firefox save the username/password as 1 entry.
Is there some way to get Firefox to use more of the web address to distinquish username/passwords for different accounts hosted by the same vendor?

HP LaserJet Professional CM1415fnw - eStorage print apps - Google Docs

Hello HP,
Why there are only 10 apps available for my CM1415 multifunction printer. I would like to have eStorage app to work; Google docs or box.net and why not other apps like facebook too. The CM1415 has a beautiful 3" color touch screen but it has no use for this purpose -->why?. These apps are available to cheaper printer models too.
Google Docs app error message is "Not Available for this Printer" Is it coming to this printer in future?

Thanks for the reply but you didn't answer to my question. I know how to change those apps, but the problem is not in that. The problem is that I bought the multifunction network machine so I could scan my documents to the internet but now I found out that it is not possible with my CM1415fnw multifunction network printer. It is sad, but cheaper Samsung and Canon can scan to at least network drive (and usb of course).
I found out that HP Finland doesn't know printers that are suitable to eStorage. So they cant help me. Who knows then if HP even doesn't know. Actually HP support first gave me instructions how to get it work but after few times double checks they said "sorry, no can do". I am not quite satisfied.

Google Docs eStorage wont let me enter e-mail information

Hello,
I have a Officejet 4630 ePrinter. I have added on my account the eStorage app for Google Docs. The app said it was compatible, and added it to the printer. The printer shows "eStorage" on the "printables" menu.
The problem is the app will not let me log in. Once I hit "OK" for the app, it of course wants my google login information. However, no space opens us where I can type the e-mail information. I tried just pushing the buttons, but they do not start typing. My only option is to hit OK, where it tells me the information is incorrect. Or, the backbutton.
I wanted this app to be able to scan to the cloud. If there is an alternative I would be interested in hearing about it.
Any suggestions? Does this simply not work with this printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I gather that you are unable to log into the Google Docs app on the front panel of your Deskjet 4630.
HP is aware of this and is working on a resolution. I do not have an ETA on when or what type of resolution that will be.

Google Docs Draw Application

Hey Mozilla! =)
The Google Documents draw application allows one to collaborate on design elements in what's essentially real-time, however Firefox has a keyboard shortcut that makes the use of this site somewhat annoying.
Pressing the 'Shift' key allows for multiple-select within Google Draw, however when this action is used upon an image object in the draw document, a new window spawns in Firefox to display the original image. With as many objects as I'm working with, it's kind of cramping my style.
Is there a way to disable this hotkey for this site?
If not, it would be nice as a feature request. I'd love some options that allow users to adjust their hotkeys as they'd like; or disable them altogether. :)

Are you talking about an app that is available on the printer or are you referencing an app that you download on your computer?
If the latter, please tell me which version of Windows that you are using. If the former, please verify with me that you are using the same printer that was listed in the original post.

Can the home app also use the saved passwords of the desktop Firefox version?

I rely on the saved password feature of Firefox for my bookmark sites. Can those saved passwords also be transferred to the Home Firefox on my iPad and iPhone?
Also is there a way to have the iPad version in a higher resolution?

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here. I've signed up for a Firefox Sync account and installed Firefox Home on my iPad - but I can't see any sign of saved passwords being synced. Where would they be on the iPad? They're not auto-suggested even in the browser embedded in the Home app.
Ideally, I'd like them to be available directly in Safari too, but I realise that this might be harder to do.

I don't see any "sort" done at all on the resulting output. And the code on my page doesn't have any sort functions included, that I can see. ''(I know little about writing Javascript.)'' It sure doesn't "sort" as displayed in the Firefox Saved Passwords window, which is alpha from left to right - chrome:// - ftp:// - http:// - https:// - as the primary sort. And within each of those protocols there are mutli-levels of alpha sort, which are separated by each period in the URL, it seems.
The resulting output from my page seems like it may be in the order the passwords were originally saved, which is the order that data would have been originally saved in the signons.sqlite file. I can't say that 100% though, as the Profile I used earlier to test that it still works in Firefox 5.0 has been through hell and back over the last 8 or 9 years. I honestly can't remember the last time I started saving passwords from scratch in a new Profile, I have passwords from websites that I haven't been to in the last 8 years in there. I just copy the two password files into any new Profile I may create and I'm then sure I have any of the passwords I have saved since I started using Firefox.
Sorry, I don't have any idea about how to add another column with (xerox.com) pulled out of this URL (www.office.xerox.com), if I am following you. The script used basically takes the data saved in Firefox an outputs it direct, without modification, just placing that data into the correct place as per the script. I'm not sure that would even be possible, we're already hitting two security alerts in Firefox as it is.

Contact Form data to Google Docs/Contacts?

In Adobe Muse CC, I want to create a single-line signup form just like the following I have already created using the form widget:
However I would like the results to be sent straight to a spreadsheet in Google Docs, or more preferably straight into my Google Contacts so that I start building an email list from the submissions (I use Google Apps for Business).
And if at all possible to have a tag in Google Contacts associated with them automatically so that I know who in my contacts list came from my website form.
Is there any way that I can do this?
Is this a feature of Business Catalyst webBasics subscription?
Can I do this using a site hosted somewhere other than Business Catalyst?

Unfortunately there is no direct way to link your webform to a Google Spreadsheet using Muse. But You can try to export your site as html and use some code like PHP. Here is a helpful article,

Google docs server address. WebDAV download.

Can documents on Google docs be imported to Numbers? If so, can someone help me with the server address. I have tried several URL's but receive an error each time attempting to import through the WebDAV utility. Thanks.

There's this nice little app called DAV-Pocket Lab... here's a link: http://dav-pocket.appspot.com/
all you need to do, is to create an account, authorize it to access your google docs, and viola. you can get your google docs via web dav right from within the app.
They also claim that you can update the docs (by saving to a web dav) but i haven't tried it... so i don't know if it works.
one little thing though, when i first accessed my docs, they were all grayed out (numbers couldn't open them) that's because it relays on the file extension to identify it as openable\editable... so just rename the file, add it a '.doc' or '.xls' or what ever extension it suppose to be, and it'll work like a charm!

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
You may have installed the "Trovi," "Conduit," or "SearchProtect" ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
Besides the files listed in the linked support article, you may also need to remove these files in the same way:
~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/searchplugins/MyBrand.xml
~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/External Extensions/fjadmdmahkpbhgbmmkiiaanlnlekelmn.json

One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, then you may have one of the other kinds of adware covered by the support article. Follow the rest of the instructions in the article.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. Chances are you got it from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.
"SearchProtect" may be distributed along with two other applications: "MacKeeper," which is a scam, and "ZipCloud," which, if not actually a scam, has a dubious reputation. Ask if you need instructions to remove those items.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked
Install system data files and security updates (OS X 10.10 or later)
or
Download updates automatically (OS X 10.9 or earlier)
if it's not already checked.
