Saving pictures from my picture mail to my phone

How do i save my picture mail onto my Droid X? I just got the phone yesterday so i dont know much about the phone yet. I also have a hard time taking pictures. Anyone else have any problems taking pictures?

Hold your finger down on the picture and a menu should pop up.See if you see the option called "Copy Attached to SD card" & select that.

If you received a photo stream photo on your phone, save it to your camera roll, then locate the photo in the Photos section of the Photos app, tap the location listed above the photo in Moments and it should show you where it was taken on a map (assuming location services was enabled for the camera on your phone).

Getting pictures from an e-mail attachment downloaded on the iPhone

I recieved pictures from someone via e-mail and was trying to figure out how to download the pictures from the e-mail to my iphone. Its a gmail account that I've recieved it from. Does anyone know how to do that?

Not possible with the iPhone - at the present time anyway.
If you are also accessing your Gmail account with an email client on your computer, such as with the Mail.app. save the received photos outside of the message. If you use iPhoto for storing photos, transfer the received photos to iPhoto. Add these photos to an existing iPhoto album that you transfer to your iPhone, or create a new iPhoto album for these photos. Transfer the photos to your iPhone's Photo Library via the iTunes sync process as is done to transfer any photos from your Mac to your iPhone.

Adobe plash plug in crashes when I try to attach a picture from My Pictures

I am trying to attach a picture from My Pictures folder to an email. When I press attach files, it disappears quickly and I see the message that my "Adobe Flash Plug-in has crashed.

Yes, as long as it is words, but when I want to do a picture it refuses. The pictures library is part of Window 7. The help program just said to be sure it was connected, power was on to it, unplug and replug, then restart my computer. I did all that. I prints photos that are in other programs. When I first started with 7 I didn't understand how it worked and some pictures were posted in documents. Those pictures print. Windows 7 seems to put the pictures where ever it wants them. I have Picasso on my computer and it doesn't pick up any of the pictures in the pictures library. So I still can't get Firefox to print pictures.

Are you using iCloud to sync calendars on the iPhone or your computer?
If you are it should blank out the option to sync calendars on iTunes but on the rare occasion it doesn't.

Will deleting pictures from my photo stream on my phone remove them from my iCloud albums?

I am almost out of storage on my phone so I uploaded all of my photos to icloud and deleted them from my camera roll. They are all still in my photo stream though; is that taking up room on my phone? And if I delete them from my photo stream, does that remove them from my iCloud albums as well?

Welcome to the Support Communities! Did you backup your iPhone to iCloud and or iTunes before deleting the pictures from your camera roll? Photo Stream is not a storage location. Do you have a Mac or a PC?

Hi, I am a new user to iMac and have now bought just about every Mac product you can think of and have just taken delivery of an Apple TV and now want to stream photos but don't know how to transfer photos from my picture files over into my iPhotos for Photo Streaming. Is there an easy way? I have Mac for Dummies but they don't mention it there!! Guess it's too dummy for them!!! You need to connect the Apple TV and the computer to the same network and then turn on "Home Sharing" in iTunes. Check boxes allow you to select what you want to share.
You'll see a "Computer" icon on the Apple TV and it holds all your music, movies and photos.

How do i transfer pictures from my pc to my I4 phone please/

I have just purchased an I phone 4 and am trying to move a couple of pictures from my PC to the phone, pictures which I transferred from my old I 3. As you know, the I4 uses a micro sim card and he I 3 an ordinary one so the I3 has been turned off and there is no serfvice on it so I cannot email them to myself.
Any constructive advice will be gratefully received.

You will have to use itunes to transfer your pictures to your iphone 4.
First you will need to sync your iphone with itunes and then click on iphone and then on pictures and select sync pictures from(where ever you have stored them).After doing this click on apply and wait for itunes to sync the pictures.

How to download pictures from the cloud to a new phone

I have a new iPhone 6 plus and want to get my pictures from my iphone 4s. they are backed up to the cloud.

Pictures are not "backed up" to iCloud, with the exception of their inclusion in a full backup of the device. If they are in Photo Stream, then they will be in the Photo Stream tab in the Photos app once you sign into iCloud on the iPhone 6. If they are part of a backup, then you need to choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" during the setup process on the iPhone 6. If you've already set it up, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, to start over.

How can I remove pictures from the picture file?

I have alot of pictures in the picture folder for
the desktop background and screensaver.
But there is no option to move to trash or delete.
And, it won't let you drag them to the trash.
I would like to remove them, can someone tell me?

You will need follow this progression click on:
Finder (in dock) -> (Your User Account)-> Pictures,
when there choose the folders or pictures you want to delete, you can either drag and drop into trash or you can right click and get a drop down menu that will give you the option of "Move to Trash."
You can choose multiple pictures or files by holding down the Apple Command key and clicking on the ones you want to remove.
Please report by choosing Yes this helped or No it didn't.

If I received an e-mail on my iphone with a photo attached, how do I save that photo to my iphone photo album? I know I could go into my pc and download the picture and then when I sync my iphone it will appear in my iphone photo album but I was just wondering if there was a way to do it all on my iphone.

So i deleted all my pictures off my phone. But i have the icloud backing them up. How do i download them back to my phone from the cloud?

You can also use iCloud Control Panel to copy them to your computer.
You should regularly sync your photos to yoru computer and delete them form the Camera Roll.
You can sync the photos you want back to the iPhone using iTunes.

Yes if you have the latest version of the iPhone software 4.0 or higher.
In the Photo app when you can see a grid of photos (i.e. don't go to an individual photo), touch the box with the arrow in the upper right of the screen, you will then be asked to select the photos you want to sen. You are limited to 19 photos max to share, use the share button in the lower left once you have selected your photos.
