Saving Sessions 100% Correctly For Launching On Another Computer

Hi, I have GB 2.02. On Mac OS 10.4.11. PowerBook G4 17".
I have made a few songs, some have actual recorded audio in them, some have samples, and some of course have the midi stock sounds in them.
What I was wondering is, where the heck are all these files stored ? The midi stock sounds I am not worried about because I know they are just "in the program" therefore the session. But where are all my recorded real audio files ? And the "Samples" ?
Basically what I want to do is save my Garage Band songs properly with EVERYTHING in proper tact so that I can load them up on another computer or wipe my computers drive instal Leopard and then load them back into my computer and have them play 100% flawlessly like they should with out missing anything.
Now in Pro Tools you have to save the "Session" file itself, plus the "Audio Files" folder.. Now that makes sense. See all the real audio files are recorded and kept in that "Audio Files" folder, so there is no confusion and you have total control. BUT when I went to my Garage Band folder, there seems to only be the "Session" file(s) and thats it. Where are all the actual audio files ? And how do I save them with the session ? Or is it all automatically in the "Session" file itself ? I don't understand, can someone shed some light please ?
How do I do this properly so I don't lose my songs or ANY of its elements ?

If you need a database, use a database.
The client doesn't do anything "on the server". The client just asks the server to do something with the data it provides. So make sure that the client sends the savegames and user IDs and load requests to the server process, and let the server worry about the implementation and storage.

Products such as Dreameaver are still desktop applications and as such need to be installed on a computer. They do not run from the Creative Cloud website.
You could ask permission of your client to install Dreamweaver on their computer. And then before you leave for the day from the menu choose Help > Sign Out to deactivate your subsscription. Once done with that client you could uninstall Dreamweaver from the computer.

Exporting IMovie to Flash Drive vie IDVD for Burning on Another Computer

I have made a slide show in IMovie and since my computer can't burn a DVD, I would now like to export the IMovie to IDVD and then onto a flash drive so that I am able to burn on another computer (probably a PC). Which is the best format to put the movie in for export via flash drive and how can I create the appropriate file after transfering the IMovie to IDVD. There didn't seem to be an export or share option for me on IDVD. If someone could help with the steps after sending the IMovie to IDVD. Thank you.

How do I clone Parallels partition for migration to another computer?

I have Parallels on my MBP (Lion OSX). In Parallels (Windows 7 operating system), I have internet banking set up and since this was very difficult to do, I want to migrate the Parallels partition in the same state that it's in to the new computer.
The machine I am migrating to does not have Parallels set up on it.
The second (destination) computer is an MBA with Snow Leopard on it (it originally came with SL and I was using that OS before the computer broke down. I am getting it back from repairs soon). I want to stay with SL on the MBA. Therefore I can't make a clone of the Mac HD of the MBP and simply restore that to the MBA. I believe that if I did that, I would have the Lion OS on the MBA even if I installed SL on the MBA before doing the migration.
The Mac HD part is not a problem. I made a clone of the Mac HD of the MBA before I sent it off for repairs. So I can easily restore the Mac HD onto the MBA.
But I do not have Parallels on the MBA. I installed Parallels and set up internet banking on the MBP (after I sent the MBA off for repairs.)
How do I move the Parallels that I installed on the MBA (Lion OS) onto the MBA (SL), keeping everything the same, that is, with all the files preserved?

You already have a copy of the files needed, they are in the Parallels folder, usually located in 'Documents'

Itunes for ipod on another computer

Oh how I hate iTunes! (I don't understand it anyway).
I have an older iPod Touch (3rd gen?) that I have synced with a laptop computer. I also want to sync it with my desktop computer (where I've put some songs into iTunes previously). However, when I tell it to sync music with this computer, it wants to DELETE all my songs from the iPod that I loaded from the other computer? Why? It's the same iTunes account and the same iPod, just two different Windows computers. ARGGHHH! I just want to put my new tracks from the second computer onto the iPod without having to first copy them to the laptop. Any way to do this?

This is a limitation that's assumed to be based on agreements between Apple and content providers, such that iTunes and iPods cannot be easily used for illegal sharing of copyrighted materials. If you want to sync an iDevice from more than one PC you need to replicate your library to be able to do so. I use this approach and can sync my iPod's from any one of four different PCs.

After croping a photo I sometimes cannot drag the photo to a SD chip or usb storage disk for transfer to another computer.

some photo file that are edited (croped etc) are rejected when I attempt to drag into a SD chip or usb stick. the icon show a / instead of the + and does not allow the transfer of the file. any idea why some files after editing are rejected for transfer to a S/D chip.

And what does happen?
Have you selected one of the problem photos and right clicked and said to show file and see what you get?
What else have you tried?
We can make much better guesses if we have some information other than it does not work

Export custom title for use on another computer

I created some custom lower thirds titles on my old computer using Motion 5 running Mountain Lion.
I want to be able to use these custom titles in FCPX on my new computer running Mavericks.
How do I do this?

Your custom titles should be in your Movies>Motion Templates folder on your old computer. Just copy that entire Templates folder to the Movies folder on your new computer. If your new computer already has a Motion Templates folder then just transfer the contents of the Templates folder on the old computer.

Export Ultra Beat Kit to use on another computer? Multiple samples per key?

I know I can save it in a session, but I'd like to export a custom UB kit, along with its samples, as a single file/folder for use on another computer. Is this possible?
Additionally, I'm sure this has been asked before but I never found an answer. Can I layer multiple samples on a single key and trigger them with different velocities? I can't even figure out how to do this in exs without it changing the volume according to velocity input. Thanks guys.

To answer the second question, it is certainly possible. Not that I have done it intentionally but on more than one occasion I have imported multiple samples into exs only to find that every sample plays when I press one key...

Remote access to TC is allowed by BTMM and iCloud service.
Not for ipad or iphone.. only the Macbook although I think people have some work arounds..
NOTE. Your school firewall should block it. If I was still working in network admin I would. ie you are risking the whole network to get access to files unchecked for viruses.. and please don't just say Macs don't get viruses, you can still be the source of the infection even if you don't suffer the disease. Just a carrier.

Cursor does not sit in the frame correctly for session restore; choice cannot be selected.

Since the last update of firefox I've noticed that the cursor doesn't sit properly in the frame on some websites. Usually it can be solved by clicking in the frame. However, on the session restore page for firefox the cursor will not position in the frame and the choice cannot be selecteed.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.
*Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

HT1386 I have been syncing my IPad to only one PC computer successfully for over a year. Now when I try to sync I get the message that the ipad is synced with another computer and can be synced with only one. How can I correct this?

I have lots of apps on the ipad and do not want to loose everything by starting fresh with the ipad. How can I get the ipad to again accept my computer and sync successfully?

I am creating a new tax code A7 through trx. FTXP. It is a copy of another code A1 and only percentage needs to change for eg. from 60% to 25%.
After changing while saving i get error - 'Calculation procedure not maintained correctly for level 000 Message no. FS789'.
Could you please help me to understand why i get this error while i am only copying an existing tax code A1 and just changing the %.

My blends in Illustrator CS4 are not saving or printing correctly. Why?

Why are my blends in Illustrator CS4 not saving or printing correctly???

MAC 10.5.8
I got a outlined Text blend with a drop shadow. And another text with a drop shadow on top. Not too complex at all.

Thanks for you time and suggestions! You helped alot! My layers panel was crazy. I re-arranged, re-organized and stacked according to the graphic. Solved my problem first try. Not used to making sure the order is right in illustrator, only in photoshop.

My XSLT mapping needs to pick a field(BOL) from the Header and the using that, search the Items node for the matching BOL and generate the output accordingly.
My current XSLT is as follows(not the entire program, just the snippet)

The following code works correctly(without the outer for-each and with hardcoding)

So its the for-each within another for-each that does not work . Is there some syntax problem ? Or another way to achieve this in XSLT?
