Saving things in I pad

I have an I pad min and a I6 phone that are shaved devices...I have a lot of things in my phone photo gallery, that I want to transfer to my I pad, and remove them from my phone's photo gallery, but keep them on the I pad....
Is their a way to do this????

If you live in a country where that particular content is not available - those tabs will not appear in iTunes. It is either restricted or unavailable in that country.

An iOS fluke or mail app glitch maybe. Not sure anyone will know why you get it. Do you're ever close the mail app? Try closing it and reset the iPad and see if the message goes away.
Assuming that you are running iOS 7, in order to close apps, you drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Mail app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Having trouble retrieving games (and the saved things in it) from older iPhone

Hello,
We just got new iPhone 5s in our family and the little one in our Family wants to preserve the progress in games (Pony Trails mainly, there's other things called Ham Race and Stickman 2).
I backed up the iPhone (old) and then synced it with iPhone 5 but the games are not there. I searched to see if the game was in the iTunes to see if I could manually drag it to the iPhone 5 but it wasn't there neither.
What could I be doing wrong?

Why can't I get sound on you tube or a radio station but I can on an old email? My sound is up on both items.

I understand you can't get any sound on YouTube since September 29, 2013.\
If you do a System Restore it should fix what changes took place on or before that date.
If I were to do the Restore I would take it to the 27th of September, that way you will be sure to correct the issue. Follow the link for how to options.

Will I loose all my things saved on iCloud if I delete the account?

I cant remember the login to my iCloud account and was wondering if I were to delete that account and set up a new account if I will loose all my saved things?

You will need your password to get your stuff, if you can't remember it go here and reset it. No need for a new account.

Dreamweaver saving files to wrong folders

I have so many problems with DW, but recently, I spent 4 days putting together a complex page only to have it saved to another folder. I resaved it to the correct folder, then deleted the first file. Obviously, I deleted everything, all my work and everything. Why does this keep happening? If I open a document in a specific site folder, why does it save it to another site folder?
I can see that I'm not saving things properly, and I guess I don't know how. I save the file to the site that I want, but it saves to a different site folder instead. Hope this makes sense. Any help is appreciated.

I keep getting an error when I try to log in to adobe, so if it's a long time between answers it means I can't get logged in.
Yes I'm working from a defined site. I begin a "new document from template", find the template, then begin the page. I realize I was working too fast, and got the wrong site when I saved the file, but why does DW do that? Why, If I'm working from a certain template that's defined to a specific site, am I allowed to save to a different site, even by accident? If I had been smart, I would have done it all on notepad, then just pasted it into the program.

My Iphone 4 has locked me out. Homescreen will show up but cannot get slider to open keypad. SOmetimes if I tap enough things the key pad will display. When I enter the passcode it will not register. If I hit each passcode number twice it will register but then tells me I have the wrong code. I also have boxes and rectangles that appear to highlight items which never used to come up. Anyone have any experience with something like this?

Hi, I just changed my password for my ipad 4 and my keypad has been messed up for a while. As I was typing in my new passcode it double cliked a number and i dont one which one it clicked twice for as i was typing it in the second time the same thing happened again and was accepted! i locked my ipad and when i can back to it i typed in my passcode and would go in i kept trying and ran out of attempts. It is down to 2 more attempts and then it will be drained. is there any important stuff saved to your emails? if so you could log on to your emails from a seperate device and back them up. im not sure what else you could do :/

Preset Migration migrates your saved presets, not your preferences. The message says "Would you like to migrate presets from the following versions?" It simply carries on the preset files you have already saved (things like Brush Tips, HDR Toning presets, Curve presets, Styles etc.) to CS6.

Photoshop CS6 offers the great new functionality of automated preset migration for your custom presets from Photoshop versions as far back as CS3.

Do you have an iPhoto Library from the old machine? If you have then simply open it - there's no importing involved.
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'
If you don't have an actual library there is no way to do what you want.

Saving and Opening files from Flash Drive Mac to Windows Computer

Hi!
I recently purchased a generic Flash drive (2gb). I am having problems saving things on it. Sometimes when i drag a file to the flash drive icon it doesn't load properly or transfers well. I try opening it and it says: "FILE ERROR
Couldn't open the file. It may be corrupt or a file format that Preview doesn't recognize." Some documents do open well. I also tried opening files on a windows computer and it says it has to be formated. I format it and of course everything deletes.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

OK. I did.
But here is the problem, it still doesn't save certain file on the flash drive. Most of the files are either jpg.,cwk.,pdf., or mov.
The mov. won't even play. It works fine when i save files from a windows computer, but not when i save from my mac.
I really have no idea why its doing this. I am aware that certain file can't be opened from a mac to a window, but i just don't know why, when i place a file into the flash drive icon and try to re-open it, it says the error message again (On my mac).

What is your method of backing-up/saving your projects _Ex drive,iDisk,DVD?

I just had a scare.
I've put weeks into CD project with about 10 songs almost finished and I get a blue screen kernel panic. About three months I had to erase and install and lost everything but only a few rough songs were in Logic. (It was L7 so I was having a hard time with it. L8 is so easy, I love it despite the bugs.)
I am really really stupid , dumb as a fence post especially with saving things. It also seems that over the last few years the methods keep changing.
I just ran the software update and got a message that I need updated Firmware and to save everything before I do anything else !!!
Can I throw a DVD in and copy all the project Folders ?

I appreciate all your help. I'm burning a disc now with all the logic folders in it. I hope that's all I need and I did it right. I stuck it in another computer and the folders are all there with something in them. They seem to be around 500MB each.
The lady at Apple Care said this is a new firmware update from apple and that it is a good thing and will make your computer better but it might also wipe out all your files !!!!!!!! any idea what this is all about?

Saving Multimedia messages!!! Bottom line you just cant!

Im sure most people have noticed when reciving a multimedia message on the iPhone you get a text message saying:
"I sent you a multimedia message. You can view my message via the internet at viewmymessage.com using Msg ID xxxxxxxxx Password xxxxxxxx" Well 1st of all that kinda ***** but the worst part of all is once you go to the site, login, see the picture, and then decide you like it and want to save it it doesn't matter if your on your iPhone or home computer! YOU CAN'T!!! Talked to the people at both apple and AT&T and got the same answer from both people and that was as of right now that there is no way for me to save that picture and that I should go on apple.com and leave a message about this and apple.com is check multiple times a day! So maybe sometime in the maybe near future changes will be made and I would b able to save that picture I really wanted to keep, but wait that not all!
So, I figured I would just save the message, logon ID, and password till maybe when I would be able to save it....Oh forget that idea the message EXPIRES IN 7 DAYS!!!
So what I got out of all this is that after that point I am just kinda F%$@ed out of being able to keep a important picture to me that I wanted!
Apple & AT&T lets please see some changes to this soon!
It would have been great to jump on my home computer, go to the the website, login, see the pic, right click that pic, and save it! Really simple I thought, but I guess not!

I think he's referring to the phone itself, as opposed to the computer.
Anyhow, I don't think this was built with the intention of saving things directly on the phone. To me, the iPhone was built as a synchronization tool, so that things would synchronize to it as opposed to users downloading to it directly. Just think about the security issues this creates! I think it was designed to make the iPhone more secure.

The password saving issue

If Apple wants Safari to be able to compete against other browsers such as Firefox, they also need to work on the password saving thing. Safari does indeed save usernames and passwords but it seems to me it only does that with one username/password per website. What if I've got two usernames/passwords? Right, next time I visit a website it uses the most recent login that was used. And the other one? Gone! Gone forever, or maybe just until 3.0.5. ?

i received an email from apple this morning telling me that the password problem is already a known bug and is being investigated by engineering. so, might be a feature in an upcoming version!

I spilled tea on my macbook pro last night and this morning i opened it and the fan began going loudly. It sounds like static. Is this a new thing to save itself?

I spilled my tea last night and a little got on my keyboard, by where the power cord plugs in. We immediately turned it upside down and of course dried off as much as possible. This morning, I tried turning it on and nothing happened. I waited a few minutes and tried again. The fan turned on, but nothing else. It sounds like static or white noise, but when you get closer you can feel the wind blowing from the fan. Is this a new self-saving thing? I just got it this year, 2014.

Turn it off now, it's damaged and the more you turn the power on the worse that can get.
Take it Apple, do not turn it on again.

Recent OS X upgrades save docs without saving them?

Whatever happened to "save" and "save-as"? I am sick of typing in a document, remembering to duplicate it, closing the original, and finding the original saved all changes. Is this an fix Apple can do? For business applications I can't have every pages and numbers doc be "live" and saving anytime its open. Thoughts?

Generally the newer apps have "versions", which autosaves. Took me a while to get used to it, but I like it. I don't have to worry about saving things, and I can browse through previous versions if I want.
There was a way to disable this on an application specific basis in Lion: Disable Autosave and Enable "Save As..." - Mac OS X Hints . I haven't tried this for Mavericks, but you could if you like.
In those apps that have "versions", if you option-click on the File menu, Save as... appears.
