Saw gameplay in store, didn't catch name of game. HELP!

Hey guys, I'm not a huge gamer but my boyfriend and I were in Best Buy several months ago and saw a really awesome game on the big screen in the game section... The gameplay was being demo'd and looked awesome, but I never caught the name of the game! I'd like to buy it for him so I need help!!
It looked like a spy sort of game and the character was walking through streets and able to focus in on fellow characters and see their crimes. Like I remember the main character looking at one guy on the street and seeing petty larceny, while another guy said assault and battery or something similar when he was focused on. Then the main character guy started chasing a guy down a street and tackled him. It made me think vigalante justice.
I know this isn't much to go on but I was really hoping someone might have played this game and knows exactly what I'm talking about. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

You can send it to someone you know in the US to have them take it in for service or you can get on a plane and take it there yourself. You can not ship it to Apple in the US for service.

Oracle 10g impdp log didn't catch failed to create FK?

We try to use 10g impdp, the speed was impressive, but we found an issue here:
We found some missing FKs after impdp, since all the missing FK point to other schedma which not exist in current instant.
Here is an example:

FOREIGN KEY (DEPT.ID)
REFERENCES FINA.DEPT(DEPT_ID));
in this example, this FK owner by HR but reference to other schema FINA,
but FINA doesn't exist in current instant.
I was surprise impdp.log file didn't catch any error message to fail to create these FKs, have anyone has similar issue?

Weblogic 10.3.6 standalone server (no cluster).
I want to move ejb timers persistence from the default store to DB.
I created a new data source, non-XA, global transactions not supported, targeted to my managed server. Tested configuratiion against DB: OK.
I created a JDBC persistent store (type JDBCStore), attached it to data source, targeted to my managed server, committed changes OK.
In my application, TimedObject is implemented by a Stateless Session bean.
I modified the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml descriptor for my SLSB specifying the persistence store name:

The OTM schema has been created on an external database and not on the embedded XE database. Using 'Oracle Application Testing Database Configuration' we were able to successfully configure the said DB. We are able to use OTM through the 'Oracle Test Manager - Win32 Client' also. We are being held up by the above error when we attempt to deploy and use the server based OTM application.
Do we need to configure the above Schema under the Weblogic console also?

New MBPro last August, running OS 10.7.5, have a code for Mt Lion which I have been trying to download ever since. (Am confined to bed a lot so cannot just run down to Apple store.) Have never been able to connect to the app store or to iTunes (support could not help me: They simply documented the basic instructions, which has never once worked.) On and off over the months of trying both, I have had to make 4 different Apple Id's, each of which eventually stop working.
Have tried a dozen things from apple support forums. None worked. Have no firewall or antivirus software. This is what messages I get.

If I didn't love my Mac I would sell it after all this frustration. Cannot begin to estimate the hours, days I've spent on this.

Never sync a device to a computer's itunes that you do not normally sync to - that will sync their stuff and lose yours.
Try to go to settings>icloud and check which icloud account (if any) the device is connected to (it should not be the one you've been connecting to). If wrong, scroll to bottom of page a press the Delete Account button. Then log back into icloud using your ID. This should bring back your old contacts, calendars, etc. data. However, this will not bring back the apps and their data. If you have had icloud backup turned on in the past, try restoring from an old backup (before the incident with the friend's MBP).

In iTunes, go to the Store in the left menu, select iTunes Store, wehn it opens, make sure you are on the home screen (icon of a house in the menu bar) and from the righthand side, select Account.
Next you will see all of your account information. Just a little don, you will find: Apple ID overview, there it says, Authorised computers; click on the button to deauthorise.
And you should be done.

I overcame the permissions by allowing both paths to have read and write access to anyone but that didnt solve it until I copied it into the DATA directory which I created on the Airport Time Capsule.
I had already discovered the TIME MACHINE How to transfer backups but I am struggling still with the item and cannot currently get it to work. My setup seems to have created a wireless link to my router which is what I wanted and in that set up there are three options. I have simply gone for the extension of my network. I ignored the other option there which I cannot remember something like DNS? That may be the problem becasuse when I remove the Ethernet connector it just doesnt go anywhere.
I have also found I cannot update my TIME MACHINE software (currently 1.3) as although Apple tell me I should be able to set backups hourly daily or weekly I have only ever been able to run it hourly when i would prefer longer intervals so thought an update might be necssary.
Also tried to get an update for my Airport Utility (Currently 6.3.2 but cannot find one even though I have read there might be one available and again this might be the problem.
Have reset the Time Capsule now about a dozen times.
Following the instructions and trying to copy my existing backup it suggests you need to copy it to the root directory but that is when I get some sort of security issue and I found I could only get it to accept if I dragged my .backupdb to the DATA directory on the Time Capsule. I dont even know if I do this it will work when I come to use it.
I therefore found your reply of no more help than i had discovered but I hope you return to read this note because I really do need some help.
I am intending starting again in the next couple of days and fully documenting what I do and what I see and then as I suspect it will be no different and I will then seek an appointment at the Apple Store in Trafford Centre and if that proves unsuccessful then I still have time to return and become a dissatisfied customer with Apple for the first time in a long experience with Apple. I have noticed frightening notes on the conversations which point to problems of Mavericks working with Airport Time Machine!! So in the end it might not be me doing anything wrong.
