My iTunes library will not completely sync to neither my iPad nor my iPhone -- both are completely updated with the latest software. What do I have to do?? On your iPad tap Settings > Store
Switch Books off then back on then reset your iPad.

I have just switched on my new 5s and gone through the intro sections. After entering my apple id, I selected the icloud update I wanted it to use (from my 4s). It is now stuck on the progress bar screen and has been for hours. Can I get it back to the original settings? I want to set it up as a new phone, until I can get on to a better wi-fi signal. I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

my apple id for icloud is linked to an invalid email address and i do not have the password for the account. I need to delete the account to access my icloud on my iphone. any ideas on how to override this issue?
If you updated the old ID at one point to create your current iCloud ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

If your phone was "serviced" by a non authorized entity, Apple will not touch your phone. You have voided your warranty (if any). And they will not offer you a out-of-warranty replacement.

I wanted to listen to some new music i added to my itouch, but when i looked, it said no content in the music section. So i connected to the computer and opened itunes. My device showed up and everything, my playlists and songs where still there, but my itouch still showed No Content. Then i tried to sync it, and there's always an error popping up, so now i have no idea what to do! I have too many songs to start over again! And the iTunes i am using now was not my original one because my old computer broke so i got a new computer and new iTunes, so this iTunes doesn't have all of my songs. i'm sick and tired of being afraid to update my itouch because it says it won't save my songs so when it updates my songs could be deleted. Could someone please help or tell me how to contact the Apple people?
iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

I had just redone all my security questions and committed them all to memory. Then the very next time I tried to log in-in oder to 'verify' they made me make up brand new ones. How does this 'verify' if they are new ones? How do they expect you to remember the security questions if they make you reset them over and over again on the the same day?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in
- Reset your Apple ID password

My iPhone 4 keeps having the "Restore Needed" message pop up on my phone. I have restored my phone several times this week, and it still keeps happening. The "Restore Needed" message pops up, so I immediately do a hard shut-down. Once the phone restarts, the phone then says "Activation Required". I keep shutting down and restarting the phone, and sometimes it snaps out of it, seemingly on its own. Sometimes I have to go home and restore and activate my phone. How do I fix this? I'm 2.5 hours away from the closest Apple store and 1 hour away from the closest AT&T store.

I just bought my iphone5 last march 27, but then after a few weeks I noticed that there is something loose inside of it. So I went to Globe Philippines, a telecommunications company in the Philippines and one of the authorize distributor of iPhones here ib the country, but instead of just replacing my defective phone, the advised me to wait for 3 to 4 weeks for them to be able to replace it because the replacement unit will be coming from Apple Singapore. I said ok then, but It's already a month now, still there is no feedback regarding the status of my phone. PLEASE HELP ME! Apple Singapore, Im begging you to replace my phone.
All support for your iPhone in the Philippines is handled by Globe, so you need to continue to work with them on the issue. No one here can help you directly with this issue, nor is there any way you can yourself contact the repair depot in Singapore (if indeed that's where it is). You can, however, try calling Apple Support in the Philippines at 1-800-1441-0234, ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations, and ask if there's anything they can do to help expedite the process.

I live in white rock but do travel to the states a lot. I've heard that if you have an American account you can buy apps from the us but have to log in back and forth to use them. But I only have one account and it's Canadian. Everything worked fine until recently I can no longer update apps I've been using since I bought my iPad. It always kicks me back and forth between us and Canadian stores but doesn't update anything. I've tried restarting and reloading, deleting and repurchasing. I haven't seen anybody else with this one! Please help!
