Says I am synched to a different iTunes acct but I only have same one for over a year?

I am trying to backup music from my phone to my iTunes account but it says my iPhone is currently synched to another iTunes account. I got this phone brand new in end of February and only have one apple iTunes account. Have always used same computer. I have over 600 songs on phone and only 8 songs show up in my music library. How do I identify what account my phone is currently synched to cuz when I sign in, it shows my correct id? It isn't making an sense!

I'll echo what roaminggnome said. Since you wiped your machine, this is a new installation of iTunes and a new library. I'm assuming based on what you're saying that when you "completely restored" your computer, all you did was format the drive, reinstall Windows and all your applications. You did not actually "restore" anything, like your iTunes library. If you had, the music and other media would be in iTunes already and all you would have to do would be re-sync it to the phone (still a new library, but at least it would all be there).
Hopefully, you did backup your data, including iTunes BEFORE you wiped out the machine. Not doing so is like putting all your cash in a shoebox, dumping lighter fluid on it, tossing in a match, then going and getting another shoebox and complaining because your money isn't in it.
There are some 3rd party utilities that may be able to help extract the media from your phone. None are sanctioned by Apple. Google is your friend.

Yes, if you repurchase it you may lose your progress. The exception would be a game that stored all your progress on a server under your ID
If you want to retain your progress you have two choices:
1. Don't apply the update.
2. Use your fathers account password to update the game.

The number of pictures/videos on the device is irrelevant. If there is not available space on the device, there is no way to take pictures. Pictures, videos, music, iBooks, and any other media share the same space.
Might be a good idea to manage the content on the device going forward so that there is always space available.
Try not to fall into the misconception that many others experience, believing that the iPhone is a storage device, it simply is not. Instead it is intended to be a mirror of the content on the computer.

You need a much later version than iTunes 7 so I'm not sure what you are talking about. If the iPad is running iOS 6 I'm quite sure that you need iTunes 10.7 - unless that is what you mean.

We are having this same issue. We have over 200 songs that are now missing and only our most recent ones show up in our ITunes library. Fortunately we have one phone that still has all of our music still in tact. This phone is no longer one I will be using as I upgraded to the Iphone 6, and only the most recent purchased songs remain. Go to settings, store, click on apple ID, sign out and sign back in with your ID. You can put her music into your account. That is illegal.

My Photo Library says it is using 2.3 GB of storage, but I only have 30 pictures in my camera roll and nothing else.

When i look st my photos on my computer (attached to the iPad with USB0 it says that my photos only take up 42.9 MB. I just want to get all of the storage space I can.

Make sure you are reading GB and not MB. At the top of Usage what are the "Available" and "Used" numbers?
You should also try a Reset which could make the numbers display propperly:
From the Home screen double tap the Home button to view the multitasking bar at the bottom. Tap and hold an app at the bottom till the icons wiggle with the minus button visible. Tap the button to close all apps then tap the Home button to get back to the Home page. Press and hold the Sleep button till you see the Slide to power off message and power it off. Once powered down completely press and hold the sleep button till the Apple icon appears.
I have had an instance were I had to Restore my iPad due to photos not properly deleting from the Photo Library. Restore using a Backup which should return your 2 photos in Camera Roll. If it still doesn't fix it you'll have to Restore as new.

Sometimes a computer glitch wil cause that problem. You just have to restore the iPod and resync.

Go back to iTunes, select the Music tab, uncheck the 'sync music; button, then hit apply.

Ive had tunes downloaded on my PC for over 4 years. Currently when I login to my iTunes account it only lists 1 song on my playboard. I should have over 1000. When I log in on a different computer I can see the complete song list. Any ideas what to do?
